The relevance of the study of this topic is that nowadyas TNC is one of the main structural elements of the economies of most countries, as well as the driving force of its development. To improve the efficiency of the Russian economy and the sustainability of its development is necessary to evaluate the potential of domestic companies and to develop recommendations for the exit to the transnational level. The problem is that methodological universal basis for evaluating the potential of transnationalization companies do not exist. In this regard, the phenomenon of transnational corporations and transnationalization problems require further study. The goal of this study is to develop a methodology to evaluate the potential of transnationalization of Russian companies on the example JSC "Transneft", in other words, the potential of entering to the foreign markets. The object of the study will be transnational corporations, and the subject of research will be Russian companies that have the potential of transnationalization. From the goal arise the following tasks: - to study the phenomenon, the concept and essence of transnational corporations; - to explore the history of the emergence and development of TNCs; - to evaluate the place, role and development tendencies of TNCs in the world economy; - to characterize the sources of effective activities of transnational corporations; - to evaluate key performance indicators TNCs; - to identify the role of TNCs in the economy of Russia; - to learn the specifics of transnationalization of modern Russian companies; - to identify the most important factors in evaluating the potential of transnationalization companies; - to develop a methodology to evaluate the potential of transnationalization companies ; - to develop the recommendations for Russian companies on the example JSC "Transneft" for increasing the potential of transnationalization. The hypothesis of this study is that JSC "Transneft" have the potential to enter to the transnational level and necessary facilities for its implementation.

Disertační práce zkoumá současnou globální nerovnost, její trendy, typy a faktory. Učiněné závěry jsou podloženy vlastní regresní analýzou konvergence, kdy je zkoumána především závislost počátečního HDP na obyvatele a růstu HDP na obyvatele v rámci různých skupin zemí. Jednak byla provedena analýza absolutní/alfa konvergence a jednak analýzy podmíněné/beta konvergence. Zejména výsledky analýz beta konvergence ukazují zajímavé skutečnosti o faktorech konvergence a o možnostech snižování nerovnosti. Práce poskytuje rovněž přehled teorií konvergence od počátku novodobé globalizace a platnost teorií je zhodnocena na základě výsledků zmíněné regresní analýzy.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stavem čínské ekonomiky a společnosti a pozicí země ve světové ekonomice na počátku 21. století v kontextu domácích reforem a globalizace. Na reformní proces a globalizaci světové ekonomiky je pohlíženo jako na hlavní faktory současného stavu a pozice čínské ekonomiky. Cílem práce je zhodnotit průběh a důsledky čínského reformního procesu, který měl během posledních třiceti let pozměnit čínskou společnost a fungování ekonomiky tak, aby byla schopna se integrovat a obstát v liberalizující se ekonomice světové.

Komunikace je jedním ze základních témat managementu a v současné době globalizace, je aktuální otázkou důvěra na pracovišti. Člověk v pracovním procesu je v neustálém kontaktu s druhými lidmi. Je proto podstatné vědět, jak správně komunikovat, abychom Vás pochopili a komunikace byla účinná. Větší část svého života jedinec stráví na pracovišti mezi lidmi, s kterými tvoří tým. Tenhle tým má společný cíl, který bude jen těžko dosažitelný bez komunikace a důvěry mezi pracovníky. Proto je důležité zabývat se otázkou důvěry a komunikace v rámci jednoho pracoviště. Navrhovaný komunikační model by měl napomáhat řešit tuto otázku.

The main objective of the thesis is to identify risks that affect small and medium-sized the engineering enterprises, and through primary data, which are acquiredcano questionnaire investigation. The literary part of the thesis explains concepts of globalization, internationalization models internationalization, small and medium-sized enterprises, risk. The analytical part of the work contains the characteristic of engineering as an industry, a description of the small and medium-sized enterprises in the CZECH republic. On the basis of the obtained data are determined by the risks that affect small and medium-sized engineering enterprises in the international trading. The key risks of small and medium-sized engineering enterprises identified the loss of key customers, the withdrawal of a business partner from the contract, the conclusion of an erroneous purchase contract, unfavorable exchange rate changes and are subsequently set out proposals for addressing these risks. The results of the survey are further compared with other selected industries.

Anotace: Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První část je věnována úvodu do problematiky a snahy o uchopení tématu, které je velmi obšírné. Svoji pozornost jsem zaměřila především na názory odborníků z různých oblastí na problematiku globalizace. Dále pak na historický vývoj globalizace a její etapizaci a hlavní faktory ovlivňující globalizační procesy. Taktéž jsem se zmínila o vztahu globalizace, regionalismu a světové ekonomiky. V druhé části jsem přiblížila tři oblasti dopadů globalizačních procesů - oblast ekonomickou, ekologickou a sociální. V závěrečné části se již blíže věnuji vybraným důsledkům.
