The thesis is paid to design frequency filters steerable jet active elements of the MO–CF (Multiple-Output Current Follower) and also newly-developed current active element DACA (Digitally Adjustable Current Amplifier) in the company ON Semiconductor. The first three chapters focus on basic properties of frequency filters, used components and circuit design methods. The digitally controllable current amplifier DACA is used for managing the radio frequency filters and adjust it using the current amplification parameter A through the digital input CTR. For the design of filters of the second order a method of M-C Signal flow graphs is used. This method is in the work proved very useful and contributed to the modification of already designed frequency filters. The fourth chapter describes the actual detailed design of circuits with quality management, or marginal frequencies to the two parameters. Involvement of the proposed filter is simulated in the OrCAD program for different levels of models of the circuit elements. At the end of each filter design there is a comparison of theoretical and simulated values of the adjustable parameters circuit. The conclusion was one of the districts selected for experimental verification, followed by comparing the measured and simulated transmission characteristics.

This work deals with the representation of segmented images using graphs. Different segmentation methods used in processing visual information are described here. Today is mathematics increasingly needed. This fact is not omitted, basic information of graph theory are described in this paper. The second part of this work is practical. It contains a survey of libraries processing graphs. Further the data structures for describing the segmented image are described. Last but not least, there is also described the formation and properties of the operators designed for environment RapidMiner that fill these structures.

Hlavní motivací diplomové práce bylo najít vhodný algoritmus, který by vytvořil grafovou reprezentaci NGS sekvenačních dat v lineárním čase. Zvolenou metodou pro reprezentaci je de Bruijnův graf. V další části práce byl navrhnut nástroj, který je schopen transformovat graf do přijatelné podoby pro vykreslování, a dále je schopen odstraňovat chyby, které vznikají při konstrukci grafu. Cílem práce je vytvořit nástroj, který rekonstruuje repetitivní segmenty v DNA. Implementovaný nástroj byl otestován a je schopen identifikovat opakující se segmenty, určit jejich typy, vizualizovat je a sestavit jejich sekvenci na jednodušších genomech s velkou přesnotí. Při použití složitějších genomů, nástroj nalezne pouze fragmenty repetitivních segmentů.

Microorganisms are all around us. Some of them even live in our body and are essential for our healthy being. Study of microbial communities based on their genetic content has become very popular with the development of new technologies, which enable easy reading of DNA or RNA. The key role of these studies is usually to characterize significant microbial patterns of an environment. However, currently used visualization tools have many drawbacks for such analyses. The subject of this thesis is to design a R/Bioconductor package for simple creation of bipartite graphs from microbial data. This type of visualization brings many advantages for microbiome analysis. Benefits of bipartite graphs are further demonstrated by analysis of main parameters affecting computer processing of microbial data.

Graphical system visualization and flow display : A visual representation of an authentication, authorization, and accounting backendaf Sandeberg, Joakim January 2016 (has links)
Displaying the architecture of a software system is not a simple task. Showing all of the available information will unnecessarily complicate the view, while showing too little might render the view unhelpful. Furthermore, showing the dynamics of the operation of such a system is even more challenging. This thesis project describes the development of a graphical tool that can both display the configuration of an advanced authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) system and the messages passed between nodes in the system. The solution described uses force-based graph layouts coupled with adaptive filters as well as vector-based rendering to deliver a view of the status of the system. Force-based layout spreads out the nodes in an adaptive fashion. The adaptive filters starts by showing what is most often the most relevant information, but can be configured by the user. Finally, the vector based rendering offers unlimited zoom into the individual nodes in the graph in order to display additional detailed information. Unified Modeling Language (UML) sequence charts are used to display the message flow inside the system (both between nodes and inside individual nodes). To validate the results of this thesis project each iteration of the design was evaluated through meetings with the staff at Aptilo Networks. These meetings provided feedback on the direction the project was taking as well as provided input (such as ideas for features to implement). The result of this thesis project shows a way to display the status of an AAA system with multiple properties displayed at the same time. It combines this with a view of the flow of messages and application of policies in the network via a dynamically generated UML sequence diagram. As a result human operators are able to see both the system’s architecture and the dynamics of its operation using the same user interface. This integrated view should enable more effective management of the AAA system and facilitate responding to problems and attacks. / Att visualisera arkitekturen av ett mjukvarusystem är inte lätt. Visas all tillgänglig information så blir vyn för komplicerad medan ifall för lite visas så blir vyn onödig. Att samtidigt visa dynamiken som uppstår när systemet arbetar är ytterligare en utmaning. Detta examensprojektet beskriver hur utvecklingen av ett grafiskt verktyg, som både kan visa konfigurationen av ett avancerat autentisering-, tillåtelse- och bokförings-system (AAA) och meddelanden som skickas mellan noder i systemet.<p> Lösningen använder en kraftriktad graflayout tillsammans med adaptiva filter och vektorbaserad rendering för att visa en vy av systemets status. De adaptiva filtren börjar med att visa den information som oftast är mest relevant men kan ställas in av användaren. Nyttjandet av vektorbaserad grafik tillhandahåller obegränsade möjligheter för användaren att zooma in på delar av grafen för att visa mer detaljerad information. UML sekvensdiagram används för att visa medelandeflödet inuti systemet (både mellan noder och inuti noder). För att utvärdera resultatet av examensprojektet blev varje iteration av designen utvärderad vid möten med personalen på Aptilo Networks. Dessa möten gav återkoppling på vilken rikting projektet tog samt input med t. ex. id´eer på nya egenskaper att lägga till. Resultatet av detta examensarbete visar ett sätt att visa statusen för ett AAA system med många av systemets egenskaper visade samtidigt. Det kombinerar detta med en vy av flödet av meddelanden och applikationpolicies i nätverket via ett dynamiskt genererat UML sekvensdiagram. Resultatet av detta är att mänskliga operatörer kan se både systemets arkitektur och dynamiken i hur det fungerar i samma gränssnitt. Detta gränssnitt bör möjliggöra mer effektiv hantering av AAA systemet och underlätta lösningar på både problem i systemet och attacker mot systemet.

Data lineage forms an important aspect of today's enterprise environment. MANTA Flow is a data lineage analysis platform that already has basic support for analysis of Java programs, provided by one of its components called Bytecode Scanner. Neverthe- less, there are very few applications in today's enterprise environment that do not use dependency injection at least in a very limited way. Therefore, we present an extension of Bytecode Scanner in the MANTA Flow platform to support data lineage analysis of dependency injection frameworks as well. The extension is able to process even complex definitions of standard dependency injection containers. Since the dependency injec- tion influences a selection of method call targets, we also provide a description of call graph structure and its modification to support dependency injection. Last, we use this infrastructure to design and implement a plugin into Bytecode Scanner for the Spring Framework, a popular dependency injection framework targeting Java Platform. The plugin has been successfully tested on a small but realistic software system that can read data from a file, transform them, and write them into a database. 1

Deep learning has been successfully applied to semantic graph parsing in recent years. However, to our best knowledge, all graph-based parsers depend on a strong assumption about the ordering of graph nodes. This work explores a permutation-invariant approach to sentence-to-graph semantic parsing. We present a versatile, cross-framework, and language-independent architecture for universal modeling of semantic structures. To empirically validate our method, we participated in the CoNLL 2020 shared task, Cross- Framework Meaning Representation Parsing (MRP 2020), which evaluated the competing systems on five different frameworks (AMR, DRG, EDS, PTG, and UCCA) across four languages. Our parsing system, called PERIN, was one of the winners of this shared task. Thus, we believe that permutation invariance is a promising new direction in the field of semantic parsing. 1

Ett problem med ett programmeringsspråk som har många bibliotek är att det kan vara svårt att identifiera vilket bibliotek som är snabbast. Rapporten bygger på ett experiment där olika Pythonbibliotek jämförs baserat på renderingstiden för diagram med olika datamängder. Stapeldiagram, linjediagram och punktdiagram skapas med Pythonbiblioteken Matlablib, Seaborn och Plotly. Mätningarna visar att det finns en signifikant skillnad på renderingstiderna oavsett vilket bibliotek som används. Mätningarna visar även att det finns en signifikant skillnad, olika bibliotek skalar olika beroende på mängden av data.
