Projektų valdymo sistemos modelis ir jo eksperimentinis tyrimas / Project management system model development and experimental researchGolubeva, Viktorija 30 May 2006 (has links)
Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements. Project Management Information System is tightly connected with organizational structure and particularity of executed projects. However the main objective of this research was to identify project management model that would be universal, helpful and easily used with small and medium projects In analysis phase we reviewed different methodologies, project management processes and methods, that are used to implement these processes. For our model we’ve chosen Adaptive Project Framework and basic process groups, such as time, resource management and some other, that can be effectively used in computer-driven system. During research we compared our project management system prototype with existing solutions to ascertain suggested model for its universality, helpfulness and easy use. The comparison showed that our model fits the requirements, though its not the most useful, but the proportion of functionality and usefulness is the best.

Adaptyviųjų tiekimo grandinių valdymo sistema elektroninių paslaugų architektūroje / Adaptive supply chain management system in web services architectureStulpinas, Paulius 26 May 2005 (has links)
Present situation in globalizing economy when margins are falling is forcing businesses to change traditional supply chains to adaptive supply chain networks. Adaptive supply chain network - a network of user oriented enterprises, sharing resources and knowledge, in order to be able to react smoothly to constantly changing and competitive environment.
Currently market leading supply chain management systems aren't providing profitable opportunities to organize adaptive supply chain networks. In order to elevate the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises by increasing the effectiveness of their business processes, a supply chain management system, which could make use of e-business concepts, has to be developed. In order to do so, an integrated supply chain network model was created, which serves as a conceptual foundation and provides guidelines for creation of adaptive supply chain network management systems.
Because members of adaptive supply chain network are separate enterprises, they must share data by the means of internet. It is purposeful to use web services to implement this requirement, because they enable communication of software systems, which were developed on different platforms or using different programming languages.
During a project such a system was developed and it provides an opportunity to integrate an enterprise into an adaptive supply chain network. The solution, which is operating as a set of web services and is implemented in Java, can... [to full text]

Markovo grandinės Monte-Karlo metodo tyrimas ir taikymas / Study and application of Markov chain Monte Carlo methodVaičiulytė, Ingrida 09 December 2014 (has links)
Disertacijoje nagrinėjami Markovo grandinės Monte-Karlo (MCMC) adaptavimo metodai, skirti efektyviems skaitiniams duomenų analizės sprendimų priėmimo su iš anksto nustatytu patikimumu algoritmams sudaryti. Suformuluoti ir išspręsti hierarchiniu būdu sudarytų daugiamačių skirstinių (asimetrinio t skirstinio, Puasono-Gauso modelio, stabiliojo simetrinio vektoriaus dėsnio) parametrų vertinimo uždaviniai. Adaptuotai MCMC procedūrai sukurti yra pritaikytas nuoseklaus Monte-Karlo imčių generavimo metodas, įvedant statistinį stabdymo kriterijų ir imties tūrio reguliavimą. Statistiniai uždaviniai išspręsti šiuo metodu leidžia atskleisti aktualias MCMC metodų skaitmeninimo problemų ypatybes. MCMC algoritmų efektyvumas tiriamas pasinaudojant disertacijoje sudarytu statistinio modeliavimo metodu. / Markov chain Monte Carlo adaptive methods by creating computationally effective algorithms for decision-making of data analysis with the given accuracy are analyzed in this dissertation. The tasks for estimation of parameters of the multivariate distributions which are constructed in hierarchical way (skew t distribution, Poisson-Gaussian model, stable symmetric vector law) are described and solved in this research. To create the adaptive MCMC procedure, the sequential generating method is applied for Monte Carlo samples, introducing rules for statistical termination and for sample size regulation of Markov chains. Statistical tasks, solved by this method, reveal characteristics of relevant computational problems including MCMC method.
Effectiveness of the MCMC algorithms is analyzed by statistical modeling method, constructed in the dissertation. Tests made with sportsmen data and financial data of enterprises, belonging to health-care industry, confirmed that numerical properties of the method correspond to the theoretical model. The methods and algorithms created also are applied to construct the model for sociological data analysis. Tests of algorithms have shown that adaptive MCMC algorithm allows to obtain estimators of examined distribution parameters in lower number of chains, and reducing the volume of calculations approximately two times. The algorithms created in this dissertation can be used to test the systems of stochastic type and to solve other statistical... [to full text]
