The main aim of this thesis is to examine the characteristics of Kemalist views and works on Turkish folk music during Early Republican Period. Kemalism, as a modernization project, aimed to transform the Turkish social formation totally. In this respect, one of the indispensable dimension of this project was cultural reforms. The music policies, as a part of the cultural reforms, were given considerable attentions by the Kemalist cadres since the music, according to them, was one of the area to reflect the developmental level of a society. Their views and efforts on Turkish folk music were a significant part of these music policies. In this sense, Kemalist folklore acts are of crucial importance to understand the features of Kemalist ideologic paradigms. Besides, this thesis will deal with the Kemalist folklore acts in order to understand two main principles of Kemalism / nationalism and populism which were the important ideological paradigms of Kemalism. In other words, one of the main ab inito of this thesis is to comprehend the nationalism and populism principles which constituted the general framework of Kemalist folklore acts. The thesis also pays attention to the inconsistencies and unmethodological works in folk music acts during the Early Republican Period.

O presente estudo entende que as várias formas de resistência popular somente podem arrancar da luta cotidiana os caminhos para a superação de todo tipo de exploração e opressão se assumirem um caráter pedagógico e contra-hegemônico. No caso do movimento hip-hop, tal caráter se expressa na elaboração de formas de resistência que lançam mão da cultura própria das comunidades pobres das grandes cidades para organizar formas concretas de protesto, organização e luta. Para responder às indagações colocadas por esta hipótese escolheu-se como objeto de estudo a atuação do coletivo fluminense de hip-hop Lutarmada, que participa das ações dos movimentos sociais do estado e em nível nacional. Suas intervenções por meio do rap, do grafite e do break unem arte, cultura, atividades de formação e conscientização contra-hegemônica que procuram apontar caminhos rebeldes e emancipadores para a juventude negra / This study hypothesizes that various forms of popular resistance can only overcome exploitation and oppression if they construct a pedagogical and counter-hegemonic project. In the case of the hip-hop movement, such a project may be expressed through the organization of concrete forms of protest, organization and struggle which draw on the very culture of poor communities in the large cities. To explore this question, this study analyzes the actions of the hip-hop collective Lutarmada which actively participates in social movements in the state of Rio de Janeiro and nationally in Brazil. Their interventions through rap, graffiti and breakdancing combine counter-hegemonic art, culture, training and political awareness activities which provide rebellious and emancipatory paths for black youth

Analisa-se a imputação penal dos dirigentes de estruturas organizadas de poder, buscando definir os requisitos configuradores e o âmbito de aplicabilidade da teoria do domínio da organização, uma modalidade de autoria mediata em que o executor direto do delito atual de forma livre e responsável. Então, são apreciados os casos de maior notoriedade internacional, notadamente de criminalidade estatal, sobre os quais incidiu a referida construção. A carência de uniformidade no emprego da teoria da autoria mediata em virtude de aparatos organizados de poder pelos tribunais estrangeiros constitui corolário das discussões existentes na seara doutrinária. Tais divergências são abordadas no presente trabalho, bem como os modelos propostos por alguns doutrinadores. Por fim, efetua-se uma análise com base em um processo de imputação que respeite os direitos e garantias individuais fundamentais a um Estado Democrático de Direito. / The present essay analyzes the criminal responsibility in the crimes commited by organized structures of power, with the typification requirements and the range of applicability of the theory of indirect perpetration, a modality of mediate perpetration in which the direct executor of an offence acts in a free and responsible manner. Cases of great international notoriety are appreciated, especially those relating to state criminality in which the aforementioned construction applies. The lack of uniformity in the adoption by foreign courts of the theory of indirect perpetration by means of an organized apparatus of power constitutes the corollary of existing discussions in the doctrinal field. Such divergences are approached in the present essay, as well as the alternatives proposed by some indoctrinators. A comparison is made between its structure and the fundamental individual rights and guarantees of a Democratic State of Law

Pretendemos contribuir na reflexão sobre o caminho que o MST percorreu no debate geral sobre as ideias de cultura, a partir de uma abordagem marxista, e de como e seu Coletivo Nacional de Cultura avançou no desafio em criar uma produção artística contra-hegemônica para contribuir na formação cultural de todo o MST. Este desafio transcorre pelo desenvolvimento humano em sua forma integral, na formação de valores humanos anti- capitalistas, objetivando a melhoria das formas de vida para a constituição de territórios de resistência. / This research proposes to analyze the formative and consolidation processes of the National Collective of Culture of the MST. For this purpose, the aim is to search for the first aesthetic elements related to the initial processes of the historical emergence of the MST, in an effort to elucidate and correlate the struggle for land carried out by the Movement, alongside some of its cultural matrices. The objective is to produce a cultural perspective of the MST, highlighting the counter-hegemonic struggle and the forms of resistance encountered in its territory, as well as searching through the history of the MST for its relationship with Art and Culture. The research focuses more on the period between 2003 and 2010, during the government of Luís Inácio Lula da Silva. The intention is to contribute to the reflection upon the path that the MST has taken in the general debate about the ideas of Culture, based on a Marxist approach, and how the National Collective of Culture advanced through the challenge of creating a counter-hegemonic artistic production that contributes to the entire MST. That challenge elapses through human development in its integral form, in the formation of anti- capitalist human values, aiming at the improvement of ways of living for the constitution of territories of resistance. / Esta investigación propone analizar los procesos formativos y de consolidación del Colectivo Nacional de Cultura del MST. Para ello, buscamos desde el surgimiento histórico del MST los primeros elementos estéticos en el inicio, con el objetivo de elucidar y correlacionar la lucha por la tierra realizada por el MST con algunas de sus matrices culturales. De esta forma, se plantea el objetivo de un “mirar cultural” al MST, su lucha anti hegemónica y las formas de resistencia en sus territorios, además de buscar en la historia del MST sus relaciones con ideas sobre cultura y arte, en una investigación que pone énfasis en el periodo comprendido entre 2003 y 2010, durante el gobierno de Luís Inácio Lula da Silva. Pretendemos contribuir con la reflexión sobre el camino que recorrió el MST en el debate general sobre las ideas de cultura, a partir de un abordaje marxista y cómo su Colectivo Nacional de Cultura avanzó en el desafío de crear una producción artística anti hegemónica, para contribuir con la formación cultural del Movimiento.
