The main aim of this tesis is the analysis of the collective bargaining process which should be helping the employees to reach better working conditions. The collective contracts from the CR will be explored to see if it this is true. Other aims are : 1. Description of the evolution of the Trade Unions in the Czech republic, Greece and Italy. 2. Description of the legal frame work and today situation of the Trade Unions in these countries. 3. Consideration of the influence of the financial crises on the collective bargaining. The tesis explores on the base of the data from the years 2008 and 2009 the influence of the financial crises on the collective bargaining in the Czech republic and explores if the salaries have economical containt and how the union members'demands change according to the general economic situation. As for the main target it tries to prove the success and necessity or its opposite of the collective bargaining in the reality of the Czech republic.

The thesis deals with the topic of eGovernment and services provided within eGovernment in the Czech Republic. The aim is to describe the present eGovernment possibilities and to focus more closely on the analysis of the Public Administration Portal. The analysis serves as a foundation for proposing improvements to the Portal, including basic interface design. All changes are sufficiently backed by arguments. The second chapter introduces the basics of eGovernment and the history of eGovernment in the Czech Republic. The third chapter summarizes basic conditions for the existence and realistic functioning of effective eGovernment. The fourth chapter describes selected important eGovernment services. The fifth chapter describes selected duties of a company that are dependent on the existence of eGovernment services. In the sixth chapter an analysis of Public Administration Portal itself is done. The structure of the Portal itself and displaying information on mobile devices are covered as well. Furthermore, possible changes and extensions to the Portal are proposed so that the Portal may become a real gateway to eGovernment services. In the seventh chapter it is possible to find the summary of findings, thesis contributions and assessment of their usability.

The Master's Thesis on "The History of Diplomatic Protocol with the Emphasis on French Influence on Diplomatic Protocol and New Cultural Influences on Today's Diplomatic Protocol" aims at introducing the topic of History of Diplomatic protocol and is further elaborating on the topic in terms of various influences on Diplomacy and Diplomatic protocol. The purpose was to show that the evolution of the practices, protocols and etiquette is a gradual process of change. Nowadays we live in the world strongly influenced by the European tradition that mainly comes from France. However, the changing world and process of globalization makes it easier for people to interact, share their values and spread their ideas.

Diplomová práca Lobing a jeho uplatnenie v rámci komerčných komunikácií si kladie za cieľ analyzovať postavenie a vnímanie lobingu vo svete širokou aj odbornou verejnosťou. Práca je rozdelená na osem častí. Skladá sa z teoretickej časti doplnenej o analytické prvky a praktickej časti nasledovanej prípadovými štúdiami k danej problematike. Prvé kapitoly upresňujú odborové začlenenie lobingu do marketingových komunikácií a public relations. Ďalšia časť práce je venovaná špecifikám lobingu v Spojených štátoch a v Európskej únii. Nasledujú state venované pripravovanému zákonu o lobingu na Slovensku a prieskumu verejnej mienky v Českej republike. Posledné časti popisujú, ako sa lobing využíva v praxi. Praktickú časť dopĺňajú prípadové štúdie.

IN ENGLISH The work deals with the history of mountain bike in Vimpersko from 1989 to the present. Major cycling events, prominent racers, organizers and founders of a mountain bike section in Vimpersko should appear in the work. The main aim of this work is to investigate and record the arrival of a mountain bike in Vimpersko from 1989 to the present. Partial objectives include recording the main characters associated with the emergence of mountain bike races and a section in Vimperk and linking the topic with the history of cycling in the Czech Republic. The main method of work is the historical method enriched with interviews with the main actors of mountaine biking in Vimpersko.

Member of the genus Sicista rank among the rarest and the least known European mammals. They exhibit a number of outstanding specificities (hibernation, aestivation etc.) and extreme capability of a rare range dynamics. Their fossil record is fragmentary and associated with numerous controversies. The present thesis summarizes results of a detailed revision of the fossil record of Sicista from Czech Republic, Slovakia and some other countries. It comprises of about 150 items of the Holocene and Vistualian age as well as from the Middle and Early Pleistocene including earliest records from MN17/Q1 boundary and type material of S. praeloriger from Q1 Betfia. Compared to a sample of extant population, variation dynamics of both metrical and nonmetrical dental traits was examined in details with particular attention to phenotype patterns of particular fossil samples. The results demonstrated extensive amount of both within- and between-population variation and rather limited validity of commonly used discrimination criteria of extant clades. 1 Annotation: The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of performance in athletic disciplines in relation to educational concepts. The data set was obtained from long-term records of children's performance for a selected school and was further processed and evaluated. An interview with a teacher who manages documents also makes a significant contribution to the interpretation of the results of the work itself. The research sample in question consists of male probands attending the 2nd grade at Glowackého Primary School between 1987 - 2019. Work deals with marketing strategy of e-shop www.vune24.cz. Containing the theoretical basis for describing the problem and analysis of the selected company. Draft marketing strategy is focused primarily on product strategy, pricing strategy, distribution strategy and promotion. It also included an economic evaluation of the proposal.

The main goal of this thesis is to present contemporary contemporary slovenian architectural scene to the Czech audience. Since the fall of Iron curtain is the slovenian architecture regarded as the most advanced from the former Eastern bloc. During the stay in Slovenia it's succeeded to collect sufficient informations for further analysis. Daily contact with the local culture and buildings helped in understanding of the current situation in the Slovenian architectural scene. The work provides the most important architectural works from Fabiani through Plečnik, Ravnikar, Podrecca to successors of generation Sixpack. The aim of this work is to help document and analyze the causes of Slovenia success and with this conclusion help to improve the situation in our country, where there is a wide range of high-quality buildings, but they remain almost unnoticed and unknown on the international scene. The study focused which role played the biggest importance in starting Slovenian model. Work search if it's possible to re-establish cooperation in the field of architecture. The aim of these was to find out how to apply the knowledge acquired in the Czech environment. Lessons from Slovenia could be summarized in two main areas: how to successfully cultivate their land and about how to be able to report about it externally.

The aim of this work is to study the effect of thermal history to structure and properties not only of oriented polypropylene monofilaments with different orientation but of course of isotropic non-oriented polypropylene. Term thermal history includes thermal regimes from alpha relaxation temperature (T?) to melting temperature (Tm). This work consists of three parts. The changes of dynamic mechanical properties, strength, deformation and tensile modulus of polypropylene samples according to annealing temperature (Ta) are described in the first part of this work. In the second part, the changes of crystal phase are observed. Preferentially, calorimetric behaviour (DSC), changes of crystal dimensions and orientation function of crystal phase (X-ray) are observed. Measured values from the first and the second part of this work were used for calculation of total orientation function of PP samples. Rheological measurements are shown in the third part of this thesis. Rheological measurements consist of short isothermal creep, shrinkage of free tapes and static deformation at higher temperatures. Measured rheological values were performed using rheological models. Using these models characteristics of entropic spring, instantaneous elasticity and viscosity and tendency to get to state of ease were calculated.
