Cinco técnicas de melhoramento de solo foram selecionadas para avaliar diferentes técnicas de estabilização de aterros construídos sobre solos moles no intuito de atender os requisitos do projeto. O presente trabalho é baseado no projeto No-Recess apresentando as investigações de campo e laboratório e as cinco técnicas usadas no projeto. Foi utilizado um modelo de elementos finitos bidimensional (Programa Plaxis) para representar as condições in-situ e as propriedades locais do solo comparando a viabilidade do caso do aterro sem nenhuma técnica de melhoramento de solo e dois casos das cinco técnicas de melhoramento de solo usadas no projeto No-Recess: (1) o projeto do aterro com drenos pré-fabricados, e (2) o aterro com as colunas de areia encamisadas (confinadas) com geotéxtil. As análises do comportamento dos aterros com relação às medidas de poro-pressões, deslocamentos verticais e horizontais foram feitas no intuito de avaliar as técnicas usadas no projeto para atender os requerimentos exigidos como curto tempo de construção, recalques residuais baixos, o mínimo de volume de solo mobilizado e comportamento rígido da construção sob carregamento dinâmico

Para tanto, foram selecionadas três categorias para análise – o narrador, o personagem e a sociedade –, que foram estudadas a partir da análise das narrativas e, paralelamente, de alguns textos teóricos. O objetivo principal é investigar a visão do autor acerca da sociedade brasileira urbana atual e, além disso, identificar características que indicam unidade na obra do romancista. Para a realização dessa investigação, os três aspectos selecionados foram analisados com base em textos de Theodor W. Adorno, Roberto Schwarz, Edu Teruki Otsuka, entre outros. Após as pesquisas, foi possível perceber que a obra literária de Chico Buarque, embora não deva e não possa ser limitada a uma mera tentativa de retratar as mazelas da vida urbana contemporânea, nos faz refletir sobre seus diferentes níveis e aponta para uma visão pouco otimista a respeito do destino da sociedade. Não se pode deixar de lembrar que, sendo a literatura atravessada pela história de seu país, não há possibilidade de dissociar a obra de ficção do processo social que lhe dá forma. E, assim, identificamos a posição de destaque de Chico Buarque no quadro da literatura brasileira atual. / The present study offers a close reading of three novels by Chico Buarque, Estorvo, Benjamim and Budapeste. So, three categories were selected to be analyzed – the narrator, the character and the society –, which were studied through narrative analysis and, in a parallel way, theoretical texts. The main objective is to investigate the author’s view towards the present urban Brazilian society and, besides, to identify features that could indicate unity in the novelist’s work. La presente tesis tiene como objetivo establecer los efectos de implementar un plan de capacitación que brinde una respuesta educativa pertinente a las necesidades educativas reales, de los estudiantes del CEBE Perú Holanda en las áreas curriculares de Personal social y Comunicación. Su elaboración partió del análisis de los documentos pedagógicos, psicopedagógicos y administrativos de la institución educativa Perú Holanda. Entre los documentos revisados se cuentan los siguientes: informes de progresos, informes psicopedagógicos y planes de orientación individual de los estudiantes; carpeta pedagógicas, informes semestrales, planes de trabajo y programación curricular anual de los docentes de aula, así como las actas de evaluación y los informes de gestión de los últimos dos años a fin de determinar las necesidades educativas reales de los estudiantes del CEBE Perú Holanda en las áreas curriculares de Personal social y Comunicación, a través de la observación de la lista de cotejo. Posteriormente, se utilizó una encuesta dirigida al personal docente a fin de identificar los factores que pudieran estar influyendo desfavorablemente en el logro de las capacidades de los estudiantes en las áreas curriculares ya mencionadas, en las prácticas docentes, en el mantenimiento y/o mejora del buen clima institucional, y en la identidad institucional de los trabajadores del CEBE. Para la realización de la investigación y los análisis respectivos, se determinaron las dimensiones que se querían trabajar en la encuesta y se las comparó estadísticamente. De este procedimiento, se extrajeron un conjunto de conclusiones relevantes y se estableció el aporte que la aplicación de un plan de capacitación tendría sobre los logros de aprendizaje. Finalmente, el objetivo sería determinar la respuesta educativa que podría brindar una entidad de este tipo a las necesidades educativas reales de los estudiantes del CEBE Perú Holanda en las áreas curriculares de Personal social y Comunicación. / The objective of this thesis is to establish the effects of implementing and executing a training plan aimed at the construction of a learning community that provides an educational response relevant to the real educational needs of the CEBE Peru Netherlands students in the curricular areas of Social staff and Communication. Its elaboration was based on the analysis of pedagogical, psychopedagogical and administrative documents of the educational institution Perú Holanda. Among the documents reviewed are the following: progress reports, psycho-pedagogical reports and individual student orientation plans; pedagogical folder, biannual reports, work plans and annual curricular programming of the classroom teachers, as well as the evaluation reports and the management reports of the last two years in order to determine the real educational needs of the students of CEBE Perú Holanda in the curricular areas of Social Personnel and Communication, through the observation of the checklist. Subsequently, surveys aimed at teaching staff and parents were used in order to identify the factors that could be adversely affecting the achievement of the students' abilities in the aforementioned curricular areas, in teaching practices, in maintenance and / or improvement of the good institutional climate, and in the institutional identity of CEBE workers. To carry out the research and the respective analyzes, the dimensions that were wanted to work in each of the surveys were determined and statistically compared. From this procedure, a set of relevant conclusions were extracted and the contribution that the application of a training plan would have for the construction of a learning community was established. Finally, the objective would be to determine the educational response that an entity of this type could offer to the real educational needs of the students of the CEBE Perú Holanda in the curricular areas of Social Personnel and Communication. / Trabajo de investigación

[pt] Esta dissertação tem como objetivo analisar o papel da plasticidade em Raízes do Brasil, livro de estreia de Sérgio Buarque de Holanda. Para tanto, é necessário avaliar o caráter plástico do português adventício em relação aos demais elementos da herança ibérica – elementos que compõem o tradicionalismo na sociedade brasileira, isto é, resistem à emergência de traços do racionalismo moderno. Como parâmetro para a definição do que é moderno, a obra de Max Weber pode ser útil por fornecer um exemplo negativo da herança ibérica: o ascetismo intramundano das vertentes puritanas do protestantismo. Essa referência teórica permite opor, por um lado, uma ética de conquista do mundo animada pelos valores religiosos protestantes e, por outro lado, uma ética de adaptação ou ajustamento ao mundo, postura condizente ao caráter plástico do colonizador português nos trópicos. Assim, delineia-se um panorama da plasticidade que, ao mesmo tempo em que permite a permanência de elementos atávicos em nossa sociedade, viabiliza o sucesso da colonização portuguesa. / [en] This thesis aims to analyze the role of plasticity in Raízes do Brasil, book debut of Sérgio Buarque de Holanda. For both, it is necessary to evaluate the Portuguese adventitious plastic nature in relation to other elements of Iberian heritage – elements that make up the Brazilian traditionalism, that is, resist the emergence of traces of modern rationalism. As a parameter for the definition of what is modern, the work of Max Weber can be useful for reporting a negative example of Iberian heritage, the innerworld asceticism of the Protestantism puritanical sects. This reference allows theoretical object, on the one hand, an ethic of conquest of the world animated by Protestants religious values and, on the other hand, an ethic of adaptation or adjustment to the world, a position consistent with the plastic nature of Portuguese. Thus, outline a panorama of plasticity that, at the same time which allows the permanence of atavistic elements in our society, makes the success of the Portuguese colonization.

A presente tese de doutoramento intenta perscrutar a trajetória crítico-literária de Sérgio Buarque de Holanda pela segunda década do século XX. Partindo da análise de seu primeiro ensaio crítico publicado Originalidade Literária este trabalho passa por diversos momentos da formação buarqueana. Analisa-se como o desenvolvimento acelerado das capitais paulista e carioca refletiu decisivamente no processo de formação do jovem crítico, bem como de que forma ele influenciou a vida cultural dessas cidades. Pondera-se a utilização das formas ideológicas de expressão por Sérgio, utilização esta que só seria atenuada com o confrontamento direto do crítico junto ao peso da tradição do fin de siècle. Observa-se de perto a assimilação de Sérgio Buarque da vanguarda futurista que chegava no Brasil e todo o seu esforço por uma espécie de ressignificação teórica, a fim de melhor compreender o processo que se dava em nossos meios culturais. Acompanha-se o contato do jovem autor junto às agitações do Modernismo nascente e, mais tarde, a própria atuação de Sérgio como integrante desse processo, em militância e luta, além da fundação da revista Estética, e de se tornar o representante da revista Klaxon no Rio de Janeiro. E, em momento final, observa-se o que chamamos de ocaso do crítico modernista, que após publicação de ensaio denominado O Lado oposto e outros lados, encontra-se em meio a tantas desavenças e ressentimentos por parte de seus correligionários de movimento, que, logo à frente, decide tudo abandonar e manter-se em exílio voluntário. / This doctoral thesis attempts to examine the critical-literary trajectory of Sérgio Buarque de Holanda in the second decade of the twentieth century. Starting from the analysis of his first published critical essay - \"Literary Originality\" - this work goes through several moments of the buarqueana formation. It analyses how the accelerated development of the capitals of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro reflected decisively on the process of formation of the young critic, as well as how he influenced the cultural life of these cities. The use of the ideological forms of expression by Sérgio is considered, a use that would only be attenuated with the direct confrontation of the critic next to the weight of the tradition of the fin de siècle. It also closely observes the assimilation of Sérgio Buarque to the futuristic vanguard that arrived in Brazil and all his efforts through a sort of \"theoretical re-signification\", in order to better understand the process that was given in our cultural means. The young author\'s contact with the upheavals of nascent Modernism is also observed and, later, Sergio\'s own acts as a member of this process, in militancy and struggle, as well as the foundation of the magazine Aesthetics, and becoming the representative of Klaxon magazine in Rio de Janeiro. Finally a close observation is made of what is known as the sunset of the modernist critic, who, after an essay publication called \"The Opposite Side and Other Sides\", found himself amidst so many quarrels and resentments on the part of his movement co-religionists , that soon afterwards he decided to abandon everything and remained in voluntary exile.

Este trabalho está inserido no rol de estudos que procuraram analisar as relações entre a obra de Sérgio Buarque de Holanda e as literaturas estrangeiras. O objetivo é apresentar uma reflexão sobre a presença francesa nos seus textos de crítica literária publicados de 1920 a 1930, período em que o crítico estabelece intenso diálogo com elementos culturais, literários e críticos franceses. As conclusões apontam para o retrato de um intelectual inserido no grupo radical do Modernismo em sua fase heroica, que compartilhava as inquietudes de sua geração a respeito da nacionalidade e da cultura de seu país e, ao mesmo tempo, aberto ao diálogo entre diversas literaturas e a França desempenha papel de relevo em suas considerações. / This thesis is part of the scholarly literature that aims at analyzing the relationship between Sergio Buarque de Holandas oeuvre and foreign literatures. The goal is to present a discussion on the presence of French literature in his texts on literary criticism published between 1920 and 1930, a period in which the author established an intense dialogue with French cultural, literary and scholarly elements. The conclusion presents a portrait of the scholar as part of the radical Modernist group in its so-called heroic stage, immersed in the disquietude typical of his generation toward his own nationality and national culture but, at the same time, open to dialogue with the various literatures of the world, among which the French one plays an important role in his considerations.
