Katzer, Zdeněk January 2007 (has links)
Práce popisuje věcně a vztahově strukturu vedlejší hospodářské činnosti městských částí.

Analýza lotyšské cesty z hospodářské krize v letech 2008-2010 / Analysis of Latvia way out of economic crisis in 2008 - 2010

Štefánik, Adam January 2014 (has links)
This thesis is aimed to analyze the impact of economic crisis in Latvia which was carried out in 2008-2010. Concurentelly the first part of the study emhasizes on claryfying the causes of the emergence of the economic crisis. The following part is focused on description of the reasons why particularly the way out of crisis throuhg internal devaluation was chosen and used. The actual negotiations on assistance from IMF and implemented fiscal consolidation are incorporated in this section of the thesis as well. The final part of the study beyond analyzing impacts of economic crisis analyzes demographic trends in Latvia. The comparison of external devaluation, which took place in Iceland, and internal devaluation that was implemented in Latvia is essential. Implemented savings measures within the internal devaluation achieved their targets and Latvia quickly emerged from the crisis and since 2011 to 2014 its GDP was continually growing. However, the worst problem which negatively affected Latvia seemed to be adverse demographic development which causes the fact that the country has to face the high rate of emigration, low birth rate and population aging.

Bartoš, Petr January 2012 (has links)
An impact of the recent economic crisis upon the control of mergers of competitors in the EU The purpose of this thesis is to analyse an impact of the recent economic crisis upon the control of mergers of competitors in the EU. It is established as an initial hypotheses that the economic crisis had considerable impact upon the EC merger control. The thesis is composed of six chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of the above mentioned topic. Chapter One is introductory and defines basic terminology used in the thesis. The chapter is subdivided into two parts. Part One describes pre-crisis legal framework of EC merger control. Part Two deals with dominant pre-crisis theoretical approaches towards EC merger control. Chapter Two examines origin and development of the recent economic crisis, various regulatory responses to it, as well as the joint action of EU Member States towards dealing with consequences of the economic crisis. The chapter consists of seven parts, last one of them attempts to compare current situation in the EU with historical example of US antitrust enforcement during national crises. Chapter Three is focused on the impact of the recent economic crisis on EC merger control. It is subdivided into nine parts and provides an outline of the consistency on the principles...

Hospodářská nemožnost plnění: změna okolností v novém občanském právu / Economic impossibility to perform: change of circumstances in new Czech civil code

Petrásek, Matěj January 2012 (has links)
Economic impossibility to perform Change of circumstances in new Czech civil code The topic of this thesis is the institute of economic impossibility to perform, or respectively change of circumstances. This institute of civil law is a part of new Czech civil code. This code shall be in effect on 1st January 2014. Similar institute has not been codified in our legal systém before. The economic impossibility is an institute focused on dynamics of surrounding circumstances of a concluded agreement. It solves exceptional cases in which unexpected events occur that adversely affect the functioning or equitable balance of the agreement. The uncodified nature of the institute does not mean that the cases were not solved before. Actually on contrary. After the 1st and the 2nd World War, especially after the first one, the czechoslovakian courts had to decide many cases related to this matter. In the first chapter of this thesis I have defined economic impossibility and related terms. After that I have shortly presented a history of institute of commercial impossibility and in chapter three I have focused intensively on a doctrine of the Czech first republic (1918 - 1938). In chapter four I have surveyed "old", still effective, civil code in a light of new Supreme court's decision. In chapter five I have summed up...

Káchová, Markéta January 2012 (has links)
Protection of Economic Competition - Agreements Distorting Competition The topic of this thesis is agreements distorting economic competition, traditionally referred to as cartels. Cartels are various forms of explicit and implied agreements among participants in economic competition which are capable of affecting the competition in a negative way and result not only into damaging other competitors, but also mostly into damaging the consumers. The main purpose of this thesis is to present a comprehensive view on the issues of agreements distorting economic competition from the point of the Czech and European substantive legal regulation and take into account some aspects of their practical assessment. Another purpose was to evaluate the alternatives of sanctioning of the prohibited agreements, both public enforcement and private enforcement of claims of the subjects that suffered loss resulting from the agreements. A partial purpose was to suggest possible future regulation of chosen areas. Chapter One is an introduction and includes delimitation of aims of the thesis. Chapter Two deals with the essence of the agreements and the concept itself. It also explains briefly, which particular impacts can these agreements practically have. Chapter Three delimits the boundary between the illegal cartel...

Ochrana hospodářské soutěže - dohody narušující soutěž / Protection of Economic Competition - Agreements to Obstruct Competition

Sůra, Jan January 2011 (has links)
The aim of this thesis named "Protection of Economic Competition - Agreements to Obstruct Competition" is to analyse a theme of agreements distoring economic competition at the point of view of a substantive law of the Czech Republic and European Union. These agreements oftenly called as cartels represents one of the most dangerous anti-competitive practicies that leeds to a monopolization of free markets and in consequence of that to a damage of other undertakings and even consumers. This area of law is typical for its generality when the essential influence is reserved for a judicature. For that reason there is layed a great emphasis on the decisions of the European Commission, courts and also national competition authorities in this thesis. The soft law regulation by means of various White books and Notices issued by the European Commission and national competition authorities is not neglected. In Chapter One there is an introduction to this thesis. Chapter Two concentrates on the theme of agreements to obstruct competition in general. It describes a nature of the agreements and their elemental features and outlines a history of this therm. Chapter Three illustrates a relationship between the agreements and other anti- competite practicies - abusing of a dominant position and mergers and pointed...
