Cílem mé práce je popsat a vyhodnotit vývoj hospodářských vztahů mezi ČR (Československem) a Francií. V první části představuji Francii jako zemi z pohledu nejen ekonomického, ale i z pohledu politického a geografického. Druhá část mé práce se pak zabývá přímo vývojem vztahů daných zemí od roku 1918 s důrazem na současnost.

Thesis title: Public law instruments to penalise the delict of restriction of competition. This paper deals with issue of public law instruments to penalise delicts of restriction of competition in its strict sense Act No. 143/2001 Coll., Act on the Protection of Competition. The goal was to describe and evaluate the procedure for imposing sanctions, with regard on problematic institutes, and to analyze changes related to reform of administrative penalisation. This paper deals with both instruments of administrative law and criminal law. The diploma thesis is divided into seven chapters and the introduction and the conclusion. The first chapter defines the concepts of competition, competition law and its enforcement, with a focus on public enforcement of competition law. The second and third chapters deal with sanction proceedings in competition-law cases and its differences from general regulation. In particular, it describes the procedure of penalisation with attention to new procedural legislation. The fourth and fifth chapters contain a description of the particular offenses and penalties imposed for their violation. Bradáčová, D. Restriction of competition abuse of a dominant position. Brno: Mendel University, 2019. The thesis deals with the competition, which takes place on the territory of the Czech Republic. Special attention is paid to the abuse of a dominant position of com-petitors. The first part of the thesis contains the definition of the basic concepts and related adaptations to the competition, which were subsequently used as theoretical bases for the processing of the next part of the thesis. Own part of the work deals with practical examples of when it should occur to the abuse of a dominant position. Based on the established facts is in conclusion the proposed recommendations for the injurious and the injured party.

This thesis deals with the restriction of competition through the merger of competitors. The literature review focuses on the definition of the legal regime of the operation of competition in the area of mergers of competitors, namely Act No. 143/2001 Coll., On the protection of competition and other legal regulations in the Czech and European context. The actual part is devoted to the application of the aforementioned law to three selected cases of mergers, with the aim of defining the risks that competitors face in the event of a misconduct and to analyse the economic impact of the merger on competitors and their competitors.

1 Abstract - Protection of Economic Competition - Agreements Violating Competition Agreements distorting competition are quite dangerous for the goals of competition law and it is necessary to search for them, find them and punish them. Therefore, the goal of this thesis was to provide a complex explanation of the issue of prohibited agreements from the point of view of Czech and European competition law. Relatively brusque diction of primary sources of law is typical for competition law and for the regulation of prohibited agreements. For this reason a large area of law is left to the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union and also for national courts in administrative judiciary. The thesis has in mind also the importance of the soft law which serve as a manual of the approach of the European Commission and the Office for the protection of competition which leads to a higher level of legal certainty. First chapter is dedicated to the explanation of basic terms of economic competition and of competition law. This thesis is a case study of the Schareholding brewery in Smíchov in the years 1918- 1948. It not only focuses upon its contribution to the business history in interwar Czechoslovakia, but also charts its transition from a successful joint-stock company with a full market economy to a mixed economic system with central planning. The development of the company is the development of the company is examined through the analysis of business strategy, looking at the approaches of the shareholders and management regarding investment, modernization, division of profits, lending tools and support sales. Attention is also paid to the business mentality of the company's management and its development at the time of the First Republic. The work also provides an insight into business in Czech society during the interwar period and is a contribution to the history of the Czech brewing industry.

Diplomová práce se zabývá politikou ochrany hospodářské soutěže se zaměřením na příčiny její existence, její cíle a nástroje, dále na historický vývoj této politiky, ale i její současnou praktickou aplikaci. Práce obsahuje charakteristiku soutěžních pravidel v oblasti dominantního postavení a fúzí, které používá Evropská unie a také Česká republika. Závěrečná část je pak věnována dopadu soutěžních pravidel na konkurenceschopnost firem.

Společný regionální operační program nahrazuje ve zkráceném programovacím období Regionální operační programy regionů soudržnosti. SROP je jedním z 5 operačních programů, kterým se v ČR realizuje politika hospodářské a sociální soudržnosti Evropských společenství. Z tohoto programu jsou podporovány regiony, jejichž HDP nedosahuje 75 % průměru společenství. Financování programu je na straně EU zajišťováno prostřednictvím Evropského fondu regionálního rozvoje a Evropského sociálního fondu, ze kterých bylo na realizace SROP vyčleněno více něž 454 mil ?. Řídícím orgánem je Ministerstvo pro místní rozvoj a na implementaci se podílí množství zprostředkujících subjektů. Oblastmi podpory jsou podnikání, rozvoj infrastruktury, rozvoj lidských zdrojů a rozvoj cestovního ruchu. Region soudržnosti (NUTS II) Jihovýchod je jedním ze 7 podporovaných regionů ČR.

Tato práce se zabývá vývojem československého hospodářství v padesátých a šedesátých letech 20. století z pohledu jejich vlivu na reformní hnutí v šedesátých letech. Z tohoto důvodu zkoumá etapy centralizace a militarizace národního hospodářství, ani krátká období reforem a konsolidace. Ze současného pohledu jsou nejvýznamnější právě etapy reforem, které se snažily v rámci rigidní, Sovětským svazem ovlivněné, hospodářské politiky zmírnit hospodářské problémy vyvolané militarizací ekonomiky. Proto je nedílnou součástí této práce také shrnutí teoretických východisek Šikovy reformy, která byla z hlediska změny hospodářské politiky nejhlubší. Práce se snaží navzájem konfrontovat pohled Oty Šika, jako jednoho z autorů reformy, s názory historiků a ekonomů, snaží se také o zhodnocení některých jejích kroků.
