Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou současné politické a ekonomické situace v Argentině a České republice, historií a současností vzájemných politických a ekonomických vztahů těchto zemí a snaží se nalézt oblasti, kde by spolu tyto země mohly perspektivně spolupracovat. Na závěr je v práci sestavena právě SWOT analýza pro vzájemnou kooperaci České republiky a Argentiny na poli obchodní výměny a podnikání subjektů z ČR v Argentině.

The subject of this thesis is a continuation of the already begun educative prose from the second half of the 17th century. Barner's first translation of Knihy hospodářské (Agricultural Books) Kryštofa Fischera (1706) is used as a source of the analysis. The theoretical part describes features of Czech baroque as well as typical genres of the given epoch. Additionally the thesis gives some information about the author of the book, Kryštof Fischer, and about the translator, Jan Barner. The thesis briefly defines Knihy hospodářské. The practical part is focused on the explanation of lexical elements which can be described as terms. The lexical analysis is divided into three thematic fields: pond fish culture, brewery, wine culture. The meanings of the terms are explained in the context of the mentioned themes. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the level of vocabulary of the language in educative prose and to obtain a list of used terminological units.

Tato diplomová práce zkoumá, zda a jak velký potenciál představuje Turecko pro ČR z hlediska vzájemné obchodní výměny. Poskytuje základní informace o Turecku, jeho ekonomickou charakteristiku, zahraniční obchod země a hlavně specifika tureckého trhu pro české exportéry a exportní příložitosti. Tyto analýzy doplňuje analýza tureckého kulturního prostředí a obchodní etikety.

Diplomová práce analyzuje hospodářské vztahy mezi ČR a Kanadou s cílem identifikovat možnosti, které kanadský trh českým exportérům nabízí. Po obecném seznámení s Kanadou se práce věnuje ekonomickému vývoji této země a podmínkám podnikání na tamním trhu.Dále se soustředí na současné hospodářské vztahy těchto dvou států a perspektivy jejich dalšího rozvoje. A v neposlední řadě jsou zdůrazněny specifika kanadské kultury se zaměřením na obchodní jednání.

The first half of the sixties of the twntieth century implied a certain landmark in the Czechoslovak history when the dynamic economic development in the fifties was changed for the economic stagnation. The lowest annual increases of national product during the central planning in Czechoslovakia were created just in this period. The lowest growth of the national product was reached in 1963 when the national product decreased in absolute value of 2.1 % in comparable prices. This negative value was unusual even among other countries of the socialistic block. This diploma thesis deals with causes of this stagnation of the Czechoslovak economy in the first half of the sixties of the twentieth century. It consists of five chapters; each is devoted to a certain possible cause of this stagnation. The first chapter outlines the economic development of Czechoslovakia since the end of wordl-war II till the end of the fifties. The second chapter concerns with the structure of Czechoslovak economy and its reform by the end of the fifties. The fourth chapter is related to the development of external economic relations of Czechoslovakia reflecting the performance of foreign trade. The last chapter deals with the state of the Czechoslovak economy in the first half of the sixties.

Diplomovou práci člením do tří základních oddílů. Nejprve pojednávám o právní úpravě evropského hospodářského zájmového sdružení, jakožto nejstarší formě nadnárodní společnosti. Následující oddíl je věnován evropské společnosti (SE). Opět je uvedena základní charakteristika a účel evropské společnosti, rozbor právních předpisů aplikovatelných na SE a hlavní výhody SE. A konečně třetí formě nadnárodní korporace, kterou je evropská družstevní společnost, je věnován oddíl závěrečný.
