(in English): This thesis deals with the current status of the teacher in the student's life in today's society. The theoretical part presents to the reader the basic issues concerning the two major subjects of education, teacher and pupil. The main goal of the practical part is to find out with the help of a questionnaire whether and to what extent is to identify the student with the teacher and with various forms of teachers' role in the student's life.

This diploma thesis seeks to describe the basic concepts of sociological approaches to identity as well as related concepts from the sociological reflections on the Internet. First, the thesis introduces the fundamental ideas of identity theories, as they were formulated by the authors of symbolic interactionism in the first half of the 20th century. Subsequently, the key sociological concepts of individual and collective identities are described in more details and in this context there is also reminded the social construction of reality theory, that provides an explanation of the connection between the individual and collective levels of analysis. Finally, this thesis discusses concepts reflecting the relationship between individual identities and communication on the Internet, especially within so-called virtual communities, and also introduces concepts, which seeks to characterize the role of Internet in the processes of collective identities formation.

This thesis deals with the integration of gifted children to kindergarten. It outlines the needs and demands of these children - parents, educators, environment, forms and methods of education. The practical part focuses on specific research - identifying gifted children in kindergarten and on the conditions of their education. The research was conducted by e-mail between kindergarten teachers in all 14 regions of the Czech Republic. The practical part is supplemented by two case report of exceptionally gifted children (a boy and a girl) who are (resp. were) integrated and educated in private nursery schools. Conclusion The thesis contains suggestions for how to practice.

In our work we analyzed the performance of the members 14-15 years old of the sport centres (SpS) 2014 . We compared the members of SpS with school population from the study of Pávek (1977). The basic motoric tests were 50 m run, standing long jump, the medicine ball throw 2kg and the 12 minute run. The memberes of SpS 2014 were significantly better than school population from the study of Pávek (1977). We compared the meberes of SpS with the athletes of ČSTV (1982). The athletes of ČSTV (1982) were significantly better than the meberes of SpS 2014 in motoric tests: standing long jump and 12 minute run. Furthermore, we found that general physical performance of sprinters specifically reflected in their athletic performance. The Diploma Thesis deals - within its theoretical part - with situations in TV news, which require conversion of audiovisual content to achieve involved person's anonymity. Ethics codes of analysed television stations are major factor in this part, also included as secondary support relavant studies, reference books, laws and edicts. Conversion of audiovisual content is necessary - speaking of victims of crime (mainly violent or sexual offense) and theirs relatives, children, suspects and theirs relatives, anonymous sources, some criminalists or other vulnerable persons. Practical part of the thesis applies gained informations to analyse audio-visual recordings - broadcasted by Czech TV (Česká televize), TV Nova and FTV Prima. Study reflected diffrences between conversion of same situations and same persons. Study also reflected some ethically controversial moments. Several reporters gived an interview to comment selected news.

This master's thesis focuses on the knowledge of risk management. The core of this issue contains risk management process, risk identification, monitoring and risk analysis. The text in the first part explains stages of identifying the risks and the methodology used. The aim was to create, after a thorough analysis, the detailed design, then proceed to implementing individual parts of the system and to create a functional system for the support of identification of risks in IT projects. The system was implemented in PHP programming language, working with the MySQL database system on the database level. In the end there is an assessment and discussion of possible expansion.

This thesis deals with identification and analysis of weak points of current management of National museum's collections and aimes to apply selected logistic technologies and to propose efficient logistic network operating in actual situation of Central depository Terezín II. The issue is handled in connection with moving of the museum collection, which represents not only unique project in the history of modern museum praxis but also an appropriate opportunity for reengineering and improving of existing procedures connected with legal mission of the most important and largest museum institution in the Czech Republic.

The theoretical part of the thesis is a description of educating of the gifted child with Asperger's syndrome in the context of psychological and institutional educational support led by experts. The theoretical part is the starting point for the research part of the thesis which aims to find out how to improve the educating of the gifted child with Asperger's syndrome in ordinary primary schools. The selected method of mixed research is Action Teaching Research in other research methods: observation, interviewing, analysis of the final work and analysis of personal documentation. The aim of this thesis is to describe the methods, tools and procedures for analysis and risk management businesses. Another objective is to identify specific features of the agricultural sector and to identify the risks that are unique to this sector. The identification and risk assessment of the significance of the selected business entity is part of the thesis. The main contribution of this thesis is processing of risk management. This section consists of the recommendations and proposals in the field of preventing and reducing the impact of risks on the business entity and suggestions for possible improvements of the current situation in order to increase the stability, resilience and flexibility of the entity.

The Master's Thesis deals with the problematic of education and development of employees. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part introduces the background for the efficient functioning of the system of education and development of employees worked out on literature. Practical part compares the theory with reality. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the system of staff education and development in Henkel company and propose suggestions for improvement of current system.
