Identifikace a charakterizace vybraných vlastností některých kmenů bakterií mléčného kvašení / Identification and characterisation of selected properties of some strains of lactic acid bacteria

Sásková, Denisa January 2015 (has links)
Nanotechnology is currently one of the fastest growing scientific disciplines. An interesting area of research is the biosynthesis of metal nanoparticles using microorganisms including lactic acid bacteria. In the first part this diploma thesis focuses on verification of identity of bacterial species Lactobacillus casei and Lactobacillus paracasei by genus- and species-specific PCR. In the next part of experimental work the capability of six Lactobacillus strains to produce silver nanoparticles is tested. Synthesis of nanoparticles was confirmed for all the strains depending on the amount of added AgNO3 and on time of cultivation. Differences between the strains were detected.

Návrh meandrovité antény pro RFID aplikaci / Design of meander RFID antenna

Horák, David January 2008 (has links)
This thesis deals with RFID tags. In the first part of the thesis, the general overviews of the present-day RFID systems are presented. This part of the thesis is focused on the passive back-scatter UHF tags and the advantages of their application in supply chain usage. Subsequently, the electromagnetic simulators CST Microwave Studio and IE3D Zeland are described. These simulators were used to design loaded meander antennas. The antennas were designed for different materials and frequency bands of 867 MHz and 2.4 GHz. The designed antennas were made without as well as with the reflector which allows using the antennas in the vicinity of metals. Produced antennas were experimentally tested in the company METRA Blansko Inc, where one of the most significant characteristics of passive RFID tags – the read range was observed.

Průmyslový regulátor PID s autotunerem a vizualizací / Industrial PID controller with autotuning and visualisation

Prudký, Miroslav January 2009 (has links)
The objective of the thesis is to create software, which implements industrial PID controller enabling smooth switch-over and automatic tuning of parameters. The next objective is to create visualization for this controller. Whole controller have to be implemented into PLC Power Panel (B&R company). At the beginning of the thesis there is theoretical description of all implemented algorithms (discrete control algorithms derived from PID, smooth switch-over, antiwindup, identification algorithms). In the following there is designed program structure, which is state machine-shaped. All algorithms are implemented in ANSI C at first as s-function for Matlab/Simulink program, which enables to simulate and verify the controller. Implementation of controller into PLC Power Panel through the use of Automation Studio program from B&R company is described in the next part. Visualization is created in the same program. Simulations and verifications on mathematical and physical model demonstrates functionality of implemented algorithms, but also points out some problems associated with the use of identification algorithms in real world (noise, quantization in A/D and D/A converter).

Identifikace zdrojů hluku pomocí beamformingu / Noise Source Identification Using Beamforming

Kurc, David January 2011 (has links)
This master's thesis is focused on the noise source identification using microphone arrays and beamforming as the signal processing method. It describes parts of such a system and provides a comparison with other systems that serve a similar purpose (eg. NAH). Various types of microphone arrays are mentioned with their influence on the resulting ability to identify the noise source. We are further focusing on Delay-And-Sum technology, on which we are explaining the basic principles and constraints of beamforming. The practical part describes the implementation of the DAS method in MATLAB and C language, the specific structures of built microphone arrays and assembly of complete systems capable of identifying sources of noise. These systems were tested by performing a practical experiment. Achievements in the form of distribution maps of acoustic energy in the focused space are interpreted in the last chapter.

Adaptivní regulátory s principy umělé inteligence a jejich porovnání s klasickými metodami identifikace / Adaptive controllers with principles of artificial intelligence and its comparison with classical identifications methods

Vaňková, Tereza January 2011 (has links)
Master’s thesis is focused on the adaptive controllers. The first theoretic part mainly describes the parametric identification, which belongs to the most important part of the adaptive controller’s structure. Classical identification methods (the recursive least squares methods) are firstly mentioned and afterwards the identification methods based on the neural network (the Marquardt-Levenberg algorithm and the new identification algorithm NIA inspired by the neural networks) are described. At the conclusion of the theoretic part there are mentioned the algorithm of the adaptive controller’s tuning which uses the identification parameters (the modified Z-N method) and the tested types of adaptive controllers. Particular results, which were found out by verifying of the adaptive controllers on the simulation and real models, are contained in second, the practical, part of the thesis. Finally, achieved results are compared with the classical discrete PID controller and with the adaptive controller of the B&R company.

Identifikace zdrojů hluku pomocí akustické holografie v blízkém poli / Noise Source Identification Using Nearfield Acoustical Holography

Nevole, Tomáš January 2011 (has links)
This master’s thesis deals with problems of noise source identification using nearfield acoustical holography (NAH). In the beginning there is the summary of basic terms and values of a sound pressure field, which is unnecessary for understanding of the theme. In the next part the thesis continues with more detailed description of the NAH technology and the historical context of its emergence. Measurement equipment which is used for scanning of sound pressure fields is also introduced. In addition, the kinds of NAH (according the shape of the wave front) are showed and the planar NAH is descripted most closely. Because of the NAH algorithms are implemented in the wave number domain (k-space), there is also a chapter focused to this problem in the thesis. There are briefly descripted some similar methods in next chapter, like statistically optimized NAH, (SONAH) and iterative NAH with recursive filtration. The main product of the thesis is the practical part represented by testing application. That is created in the Matlab environment and is able to calculate and display hologram of the scanned array by the planar NAH method using the “k-space” filter. The application supposes a planar sound source and in other cases the accuracy of the reconstruction is not guaranteed. There are also given some holograms calculated with the application.

Systém identifikace poruch pájeného spoje / System of Identification Solder Joint Failures

Vejmola, Tomáš January 2013 (has links)
This paper describes the draft and implementation of a system for identifying failures on the soldered joints from already existing system, which is, however, limited by dependence of the operating system of the human factor. The innovated system provides us an automatic testing of soldered joints using a computer, with subsequent processing of data electronically using the corresponding software. The first part is devoted to the theory of the formation of flaws on the soldered joints and to the familiarization with uninnovated system. Subsequently, work continues with the practical part, which introduces us the procedure and implementation of the innovated system for identifying failures on the soldered joints. The final part of this paper is an evaluation of the results and fulfilment of work requirements.

Simulace porušení betonu pomocí nelokálního modelu / Simulation of concrete fracture using nonlocal model

Květoň, Josef January 2015 (has links)
The thesis deals with nonlocal model simulations of the three-point-bening test series. The model is applied to set of beams of variable size and notch depth. The intention is to identify such parameters that would provide the response of the nonlocal model similar to experimental data from the comprehensive fracture tests performed at the Northwestern University. Size and shape of the process zone are estimated from the discrete model results and according to that the parameters of weight function and material for the nonlocal model are identified. Results obtained with the model are compared to the experimental data.

Klusáček, Ondřej January 2009 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with control of rotary inverted pendulum - Furuta pendulum. Solution for power electronics, sensors and coupling with PC is described, identification of parameters and nonlinear simulation model in Matlab/Simulink and SimMechanics toolbox is presented. Second type Lagrange equation is used for determination of equations of motion. Controll system based on state-space model of mechanism and LQR algorithm for design of state-space controller is used and switching between swing-up cotroller a stabilizing state-space control is achieved according to actual angular position of pendulum's angle. Input integrator eliminating steady state error was used with success.
