Sémiotika místa prodeje a merchandising produktu / Semiotics of point of sale and product merchandising

Plecitá, Michaela January 2013 (has links)
The diploma thesis Semiotics of point of sale and product merchandising focuses on studying space as a semiotic phenomenon. Space here will be analyzed in terms of key concepts, such as orientation and identification. The diploma thesis will be based on a comparison of different spaces for consumption, where the space will be perceived as artificial place, whose position is changing according to the development of society. The main theme of diploma thesis will be arrangement of the space, that means idea how the people in the area of shopping centers are moving in parallel with the city. Shopping center will be the target of my interest, where I will analyze behavior of man depending on the point, which I will lay out in the shopping center. The aim of the thesis is to find out influences of buyer's behavior, what techniques are used in the point of sale and how brand builds his position. The research method will be semiotic analysis.

Nákupní chování a loajalita zákazníka na trhu kávy v České republice

Galušková, Klára January 2020 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with consumer behavior and loyalty in the Coffee market in the Czech republic. It contains a brief overview of the Coffee market in the Czech Republic, its size and its evolution. It maps the Coffee house market and based on primary data identifies preferences and factors that affect consumers the most when drinking or buying coffee. Primary data are obtained through questionnaire surveys (n=446) and in-depth interviews (n=5). Furthermore, quantitative research leads to the identification of the main factors that influence consumer behavior. Based on the results, recommendations for marketing strategies of market stakeholders are developed.

Monitorovací systém laboratória založený na detekcii tváre

Gvizd, Peter January 2019 (has links)
In the last decades there has been such a fundamental development in the technologies including technologies focusing on face detection and identification supported by computer vision. Algorithm optimization has reached the point, when face detection is possible on mobile devices. At the outset, this work analy-ses common used algorithms for face detection and identification, for instance Haar features, LBP, EigenFaces and FisherFaces. Moreover, this work focuses on more up-to-date approaches of this topic, such as convolutional neural networks, or FaceNet from Google. The goal of this work is a design and its subsequent im-plementation of an automated, monitoring system designated for a lab, which is based on aforementioned algorithms. Within the design of the monitoring system, algorithms are compared with each other and their success rate and possible ap-plication in the final solution is evaluated.

Možnosti identifikace pšenice špaldy pomocí mikroskopických a molekulárních metod

Vlašínová, Martina January 2017 (has links)
Common wheat and spelled wheat are one of the most important agricultural crops. Their use is mainly in the food industry and also in the feed industry. There is a strong interest in the differentiation of the common wheat from the spelled wheat in the last tens of years. This trend is especially in the food industry because of the adulteration of the spelled flour. This dissertation was focused on the differentiation of the common wheat from the spelled wheat by using the microscopic methods and on the detection of variability in the gene for gamma wheat gliadin by the molecular markers (RFLP method). Through the molecular analysis of the 15 tested varieties of the spelled wheat and one variety of the common wheat were obtained the results which make us able to detect the proportion of the spelled wheat in the common wheat.

Identifikace, objektivizace a determinace kritérií výkonnostního hlediska u elitních hráčů fotbalu / Identification, objectification and determination of performance and health-prevention criteria in elite soccer players

Kunzmann, Egon January 2021 (has links)
Identification, objectification, and determination of performance criteria for elite soccer players. Aim: Identification of key point indicators (KPI) of young soccer players with a focus on objectifying and determining the possibility of achieving the highest level of performance. Methods: The study included 157 soccer players, who were then divided into five age groups (U21, U19, U18, U17 and U16) and three performance groups (Elite - 1st league players, Sub-elite - 2nd league players, Amateur - 3rd league and lower performance levels players). Within laboratory diagnostics, the following areas were evaluated: body composition (bioimpedance method), postural stability (using pressure plates), explosive power of the lower limbs (three types of vertical jumps), strength and power of knee extensors and flexors (using isokinetic dynamometry) and the value of the maximum aerobic capacity VO2max (using the pulmonary ventilation exercise test). Within the field diagnostics, the areas of acceleration time (sprint at 5 and 10 m), maximum speed (sprint at 20 m flight), time in the test of change of direction (Agility 505 test and K-test) and values of endurance ability (Yo- Yo intermittent recovery test level 1 and 2). The diagnosed data were then processed in the statistical program RStudio® (USA) using...

Alkaloidy rodu Narcissus: isolace, strukturní identifikace, biologická aktivita / Alkaloids of genus Narcissus: isolation, structural identification, biological activity

Šimková, Hana January 2021 (has links)
Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Department of Pharmaceutical Botany Author: Hana Šimková Supervisor: prof. Ing. Lucie Cahlíková, Ph.D. Title of diploma thesis: Alkaloids of genus Narcissus: isolation, structural identification, biological activity Key words: Narcissus, alkaloids, biological activity, Alzheimer's disease, cytotoxic activity The aim of the diploma thesis was an isolation of alkaloids with a focus on minor fractions. These fractions were obtained from the summary alkaloid extract of Narcissus pseudonarcissus cv. Carlton. The method of preparative TLC was used for the isolation of alkaloids. Three substances of alkaloid origin marked as Fj 3-4/kr, F 7/2-1, F 7/2-3 were isolated from the assigned fractions. These substances were identified as alkaloids of homolycorine type lycorenine, homolycorine and hippeastrine by using GC-MS, NMR and optical rotation. The results were also compared with data in the literature. These three alkaloids were tested for their inhibitory activity against AChE, BuChE, POP and GSK-3β. The inhibitory activity against AChE and BuChE was compared with the reference substances galanthamine (IC50 AChE = 1,71 ± 0,07 μM, IC50 BuChE = 42,3 ± 1,3 μM) and huperzine A (IC50 AChE = 0,033 ± 0,001 μM, IC50 BuChE> 1000 μM). The inhibitory...

Hardwarová akcelerace identifikace protokolů / Hardware Acceleration of Protocol Identification

Kobierský, Petr January 2008 (has links)
Dynamic growth of computer networks encourages rapid development of network applications and services. To provide sufficient network service quality, it is important to limit some network flows based on their application protocol type. This thesis deals with the methods of network protocol identification and discusses their accuracy and suitability for multigigabit networks.  Based on the analysis, a protocol identification model was created and evaluated. The model was used for the design of hardware architecture accelerating computationally intensive operations of protocol identification.  The proposed solution is able to work on 10 Gb/s networks and export protocol information using NetFlow protocol.

Reidentifikace objektů ve video streamu pomocí metod data analytics / Re-identification of Objects in Video Stream using Data Analytics

Smrž, Dominik January 2021 (has links)
The wide usage of surveillance cameras provides data that can be used in various areas, such as security and urban planning. An important stepping stone for useful information extraction is matching the seen object across different points in time or different cameras. In this work, we focus specifically on this part of the video processing, usually referred to as re-identification. We split our work into two stages. In the first part, we focus on the spatial and temporal information regarding the detected objects. In the second part, we combine this metadata with the visual information. For the extraction of useful descriptors from the images, we use methods based on the color distribution as well as state-of-the-art deep neural networks. We also annotate a dataset to provide a comprehensive evaluation of our approaches. Additionally, we provide a custom tool we used to annotate the dataset. 1
