Diploma thesis deals with identification and analysis of the risks in procurement at ČEPRO, a.s. with usage of FMEA method. Companys business activities are transportation, storage and distribution of the oil products, storage of the state oil product funds and managing of the fueling station net called EuroOil. The aim of the thesis is the identify and analyze potential risks in ČEPRO, a.s. procurement process with usage of the FMEA method and propose measures that could lead to improve the procurement process. Thesis is divided into four chapters. First chapter deals with the procurement theory, second chapter deals with Czech public procurement act, because ČEPRO, a.s. use the procurement processes that are inspired by this act. Third chapter presents the company, companys procurement organization and procurement processes. Fourth chapter identifies and analyze the potential risks in the procurement processes and propose the measures that could to lead procurement processes improvement.

Práce se zabývá zpracováním podnikatelského plánu. Teoretická část popisuje vývoj malého a středního podnikání na území ČR v letech 2000-2004, popisuje výhody a nevýhody malého a středního podnikání,zabývá se zpracováním, přípravou, obsahem a strukturou podnikatelského plánu. Druhá praktická část je tvořena reálným a detailním popisem celkového podnikatelského konceptu, včetně analýzy současného vývoje a shrnutí podstatných skutečností o podniku a podnikatelském prostředí.

Primary objective of this thesis is identify the actual causes of the problem in the organization and subsequently create the most appropriate measures for its elimination. In the first part of thesis basic approaches which deal with changes in organizations are introduced. These approaches are Process Management, Reengineering, Six Sigma, Lean management and Root Cause Analysis. Some of the principles and methods introduce especially in the Root Cause Analysis are then applied during suggestions development in the practical part of the thesis. The second part begins with the introduction of the company and the main problem that the company faces is defined. It is thereafter followed by analysis of the current state which uses a detailed rendering of ongoing processes identifies a critical issue. Based on these findings are diagnosed possible real causes which possible individual solutions are formed. After evaluation of individual proposals that solution is selected which leads to the largest increase in efficiency. In conclusion the specifications of the selected solution are created and evaluated its contributions.

The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the approaches of identification of individuals in the Czech Republic. The next part of the thesis are the characteristics of personal data protection in the Czech Republic, an overview of legislative changes in the identification of individuals and in particular the analysis of the Regulation No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Based on the characteristics of the legislation identification in the Czech Republic , the analysis of the above mentioned Regulation and compared with the identification systems that are in place in other European Union states and several other countries around the world , is created draft a universal identifier for the Czech Republic as a vision of the future with specific recommended elements and their reasoning . The main contribution of this work is the analysis of legislation in the Czech Republic and its changes following the adoption of new EU legislation, as well as the inclusion of the new legislation in a model for the identification of individuals in the Czech Republic.

This diploma thesis covers the procedure of process optimalization within the project of design and implementation of automatic identification system in DTZ Liberec s.r.o. The theoretical part defines the general scope of business processes, their management and improvement. Furthermore, it gives an account of the fundaments of project management and presents the basic technologies of automatic identification, as well as possibilities for its use. The practical part describes the project and presents its outcomes. After introduction into company's situation, basic issues connected with project team assembly are outlined. The core of the practical part covers the identification of processes in areas, where automatic identification is being implemented, definition of specifics of their use and design of process changes with the goal of increasing their efficiency. In conclusion, the values of process measurement indicators, gained within the test run of the implemente system, are presented. The goal of the thesis is to propose process optimalization in chosen company using automatic identification technology.

In the late 1940s and 1950s Czechoslovakia accepted nearly 14000 political refugees from Greece. In this paper we examine the Greekness of those who chose to stay in the Czech Republic. We analyse their current sense of ethnic allegiance and how it is manifested, after more than 60 years of co-existence with Czechs. Our analysis is based on cultural elements (language, folklore, music, food, religion), which appear to be important factors of ethnic identification for Greeks in the Czech Republic and Greeks in general. We juxtapose the Greek and the Czech-Greek perception of them. We attempt to illuminate the singularity of the Czech-Greeks and uncover the conditions that led to it. Thus we simultaneously acknowledge the varied Greekness of the Czech-Greeks as legitimate.

This diploma work deals with the topic of integration of foreigners in the Czech Republic, which is a subject actual across many fields. The aim of this work is to inform about the position of foreigners in Czech society. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical. The first part of the thesis dealing with the theory in the given area strives to include the legislative regulation of general residence permits for foreigners in the Czech Republic, furthermore, the specifics in various areas of everyday life compared to the majority society and of course the integration process itself. This part of the thesis is written on the basis of current Czech legislation, sources from the literature, as well as personal experience from the position of a social worker at the Center for the Support of Integration of Foreigners in Benešov. The practical part is then devoted to qualitative research in the form of narrative interviews with foreigners with diverse origins and the current type of residence permit whose life stories are processed in the form of case studies and then compared in selected areas. The aim of this thesis is to identify the risk, emerging from use of the marketing attitude in ALL SPORTS ltd., qulify its potential impact to the operation of the company and suggest the proceeding to minimize the negative impacts. First part includes theoritical resources for exploring of the aim, there is explained basic terminology and described technique, styles and analyses that are necessary for identifying the risks, identification of the risk situation and ratio of the probability that risk situation will occure. Second part of the thesis is practical and theoretical informations mentioned in first part are applied for identification and valuation of the risks. On the basis of performed analyses I identified risks and ratio of the probability for occuring. In the last part of the thesis I described proceeding for elimination of these risks including quantification of the cost.

This diploma thesis deals with inverse pendulum control. There are described types of inverse pendulums, used power electronics, sensors and their connection to the MF624 control card and to external hardware. Further is described the identification of parameters, including the assembly of a custom algorithm for identification of viscous friction in the pendulum rotary coupling. For identification of moments of inertia are used 3D CAD models, where the thesis describes also use of these models for VRML visualization. The thesis also describes how to build a dynamic model by using Matlab-Simulink and the Simscape-Multibody toolbox. This model is further used in design of the controller using LQR and its simulation testing. The controller is complemented by swing-up algorithm, security elements and MF624 driver interface is designed. The control is tested on a real inverse pendulum assembly and implemented in external hardware.

The master´s thesis deals with Occupational Health and Safety. The main aim of this thesis is identification causes of breach to law regulations and reducing the risk of their recurrence by appropriate measures. Attention is also moving to process of evaluation and risk identification by selected methods and then is to suggest internal regulation of Occupational Health and Safety for model company in the Czech Republic.
