Kaľata, Maroš January 2018 (has links)
Title: Relationship between selected laboratory and field indicators of movement abilities in soccer players Objectives: The aim of this study is to determine a degree of association between selected laboratory and field indicators assumptions motion at the elite junior footballers. Methods: The research group consisted of 51 probands aged 18-19, who are in the highest first-league domestic competition of U19 team. Players undergone laboratory and field trials under the supervision of qualified professionals, which were running under the standard conditions described within the Methodology section of the theses. To verify aerobic capacity under laboratory conditions, we chose a load test on the Quasar running belt (Cosmos, Germany). Dynamic application of force to the pad was evaluated by force sensors in stable Kistler 9281E platforms (© 2014, Kistler Group, Switzerland). Linear acceleration and maximum run speed tests were conducted in field conditions on artificial grass. Results: The results of the work provide information on the significance of the associations between the selected laboratory and terrain indicators of motion assumptions in elite football players. The analysis of our results reached values between the intermittent sustainability recovery test (LEVEL 1) and VO2 max, r = 0.112....

Použití přenosného spektrometru pro detekci radionuklidů v přepravovaných materiálech / Radionuclide detection in transported materials by a portable spectrometer.

PLAŇANSKÝ, Jiří January 2018 (has links)
The aim of my diploma thesis was to assess possibilities of tracing and, consequently, identifying radionuclides in transported materials detected by detection frames on the protected area border of the nuclear power plant of Temelín, by means of the portable spectrometer Inspector 1000. To achieve this, I designed a series of measurements based on a simulated passage of a motor vehicle fitted with ionizining radiation sources of various activities at the designed points of measurement so that these measurements corresponded as close as possible to the actual passage of vehicles with large-sized loads. Recorded values were analysed and marginal activities for the particular measuring points were fixed. Computation correctness was then verified by another passage of the vehicle through the measuring device. Specified values of the marginal activities at the particular measuring points were, for comparison, consequently measured by the portable spectrometer Inspector 1000. Measurement results proved that the portable spectrometer Inspector 1000 can efficiently detect, identify and locate the sources of ionizing radiation causing the alarm level to be exceeded on a stable measuring device at the fixed measuring points, with a higher sensitivity than a stable measuring device. Conclusions of this diploma thesis will be given to the radiation protection unit of the nuclear power plant of Temelín as a basis for specification or even expansion of the methods of measuring ionizining radiation sources when transporting large-sized loads in the nuclear power plant, and their introduction into the monitoring programme.

Anonymita akcionářů a podmínky jejich identifikace / Anonymity of a shareholder and the requirements for his identification

Kahánek, Josef January 2016 (has links)
Anonymity of shareholders and the associated degree of transparency of the joint- stock company belongs in the field of company law among the most debated issues. Especially in light of the necessary fight againstmoney laundering and financing of global terrorism European legislaton creates extensive modification of the terms which are targeted on uncovering the identity of genuine owners of joint-stock companies. Czech Republic is obliged to transpose these terms into czech law. From this perspective, it is a very dynamic subject that is rapidly evolving and is not analyzed comprehensively. Work is primarily devoted to the description of the institutes in czech private law, which allow to maintain the anonymity of shareholders and degree of their possible identification. Způsoby využití základní frekvence pro identifikaci mluvčích / Ways of exploiting fundamental frequency for speaker identification

Hývlová, Dita January 2015 (has links)
The present Master's thesis deals with the forensic use of fundamental frequency characteristics, specifically with F0 mean values and indicators of variability. Phoneticians who specialise in the forensic analysis of speech generally believe that F0 does not hold much potential as a parameter useful for speaker identification, mainly because it is easily influenced by extrinsic factors (e.g. the speaker's emotional state, interfering noise, transmission channel or even the speaker's own effort to mask his voice), which cause high intra-individual variability. Despite these facts, however, the forensic use of F0 offers a number of advantages, namely straightforward extraction from the speech signal and lower susceptibility to varying lexical content - unlike, for example, vowel formants. This thesis investigates the recordings of 8 male speakers made in two different speech styles (spontaneous and read) and compares the respective indicators of F0 stability and variability, in particular those that are robust in varying external conditions: that is, the baseline for mean values and the 10.-90. percentile range for variability indicators. Apart from that, we take into account phenomena such as the creaky voice, which are idiosyncratic and contribute to easier speaker discrimination. Key words:...
