Diploma thesis „Communication In Building A Technical Infrastructure For Regional Development“ deals with communication between municipality and citizens, local technical infrastructure conditions, regional development, and municipality cooperation. In the theoretical section, there are explained basic terms and described topics of communication, technical infrastructure, and regional development. In the empirical section, there is analyzed the quantitative citizen research in the South Moravia region and the qualitative research based on interviews with mayors. The conclusion contains the evaluation of the research results and possible recommendations.

The diploma thesis deals with the project of repairing of the motorway section and designes the most suitable construction variant. The aim of this work is to select the most suitable variant of repair of the highway section. Consequently to propose a method for reducing possible risks. The diploma thesis contains three variants of construction of the motorway, the shortest variant 3 was selected from all. The option 3 has the lowest cost and uses resources of associated companies most effectively. For this variant was necessary to reduce the potential risks - the risk connected with the completion before the winter technological break. The method of compression and acceleration was used to eliminate the risk. The selection was made on the basis of an economic evaluation of the construction company, especially the financial situation. According to financial indicators was found that the company is in a suitable financial situation for the project to repair the highway section.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of computer network management design with all the necessary steps at the level of a medium-sized engineering company. In addition to the implementation of the monitoring system, the work also focuses on the design of network devices, organizational changes, compilation of a network graph and structural settings with a precise layout for project management.

This master´s thesis deals with problems of certification authorities and digital signature. There are analyzed principles of digital certificates and certification authorities. It describes the the most widely used cryptosystems and hash functions, which are used in communications with certificates and digital signature. Analysis is focused on Public key infrastructure standard, which describes rules of creating of certification authority and digital signature. There is also described detailed principle of digital signature. Next chapters deals with studying of protocol SSL, principles of functions and usage of SSL. Practical part of this thesis realizes certification authority and information system. There is shown used software and configuration of it. Last part describes procedures during using aplication and her realization.

This thesis deals with network security and its deployment in the real environment of the software company. The thesis describes information management framework with a specific concentration on computer networks. Network security policy is designed as well as network infrastructure modifications in order to increase the level of security. All parts of the solution are also analyzed from financial point of view.

The thesis aims on a proposal of server infrastructure utilization within a particular organization based on a virtual environment. Analysis of current company’s IT infrastructure was chosen as a starting point for subsequent draft of suitable server consolidation solution that includes all necessary aspects from server configuration up to virtual environment conversion itself. Price calculation and benefits of proposed solution are listed at the end of the thesis.

Subject of this master’s thesis is to determinate the value of easement in rem arising in connection whit engineering networks for an indefinite period. The value of easement for the purposes Act No. 416/2009 digest, to accelerate construction of transport infrastructure at market price and normal price established pursuant to Act No. 151/1997 digest the valuation of assets. Of the basis of valuation will analyze the methods and propose the optimal valuation process.

This master´s thesis deals with a legal regulation of expropriation for construction of traffic infrastructure. Basic related terms such as ownership, property, a building, public works etc. are defined in the first part. The second part deals with the historic development of expropriation. The third part discusses the purposes and aims of expropriation, the term “public interest” and harmony of the aims and tasks of zoning. A special part is devoted to the expropriating proceedings, the principles of the expropriating proceedings, the participants of the proceedings etc. The last part deals with the possibility of expropriation for the purpose of construction of traffic infrastructure and the specifics related to this issue.

This dissertation presents systems and technics which serves for conversion freight traffic on to railway. For this purpose as well explores using various possible transport units. The dissertation is primary targeted aplication these systems, transport in progress between Czech Republic and port of Koper, detection of extension benefits of using intermodal transport for security operation in traffic on surface communications.

The paper clearly shows that Russia has been diversifying its export routes during past 20 years, in order to by-pass third countries and to avoid paying additional transportation fees. The overall Russian export capacities of oil and gas are increasing, but in the same time the export volumes are stagnant. In case of oil transportation, pipelines are progressively substituted by sea transport, which enables Russia to participate on the world market. Situation with gas is different. Despite increasing export capacity Russia nowadays export almost the same amount of gas to the same locations as it did in 1990. It means that if there is any political or economical pressure it is laid against transition countries, which can be substituted, rather than against importing countries. Russian economical gains from export are following increasing oil and gas prices. To make the gains even higher, Russia initiated transition to world gas prices in the CIS countries as well as at the domestic market. To support the hypothesis of this thesis that primary goal of Russia is to increase its economical gains rather than to strengthen its political leverage, it is important to mention that majority of energy disputes of past twenty years were ignited by quarrel over prices and were settled by trade agreement.
