The diploma thesis deals with the terms and conditions of specific calls for proposals of national operational programmes 2014-2020, aimed at children with different mother tongue, and implementation of simplified projects in selected primary schools in Prague. The thesis describes relevant grant opportunities and, based on a research survey, evaluates their conditions and implementation process. From the methodological point of view, a qualitative approach and design of a case study are employed. The thesis also points out the relation of street-level bureaucrats to applicants/beneficiaries and explains the reasons why eligible applicants do not request support through simplified projects. In order to accomplish the set research goals and questions, in-depth interviews were conducted with primary school principals, administrators of the considered operational programmes, a representative of the municipal district, and an expert on subsidies for schools. Within the last part of the thesis, recommendations for the creators of relevant calls for their possible modification and recommendations for other principals of primary schools are proposed in order to facilitate the implementation of simplified projects. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of inclusive education at ordinary primary school, in the practical part with education of these pupils at a common school of rural type. The aim of the theoretical part is clarification what the inclusive education means, what conditions the pupils with special educational needs need and what support operations are suitable for smooth integration into the collective and for their development. The aim of the practical part is with the help of observation, dialogues and own experience to analyze the success of the process of the inclusive education at a small primary school of rulal type with a capacity of approximately 150 pupils, eventually to find out shortcomings and conditions which are needed to resolve and improve in such a way that the teaching at that school is successful.

This Diploma Thesis is work dealing with the cooperation between a primary teacher and a school special education teacher within the inclusive education. The Thesis is divided in two parts: the theoretical part and the practical part - the research. The theoretical part is concerned with the current advisory system in the education field in the Czech Republic from the perspective of inclusive education. It is also focused on the relationships and cooperation of the school special education teacher within the school. The practical part is conceived as the qualitative research dealing with the cooperation between the primary teacher and the school special education teacher works. Moreover, there are the advantages and disadvantages of this cooperation mentioned. The research shows that the cooperation between the primary school teacher and the school special education teacher is beneficial as it helps to integrate pupils with the special educational needs into the standard classroom.
