This thesis deals with Healthy lifestyle of young population at Střední škola zemědělská a potravinářská (Secondary Agriculture and Foodprocessing School) in Klatovy, the Czech Republic. The work is divided in two parts. In the first theoretical part, the basic terms connected to healthy lifestyle are explained. There is a group of young population briefly characterized from physical, social and psychological aspects. The most extended part is dedicated to projects supporting the healthy lifestyle and potentialities of schools to support the healthy lifestyle in an active way. The other part of this thesis is a research. The institutional analysis of Střední škola zemědělská a potravinářská, Klatovy according to Malinowsky will be carried out. This analysis will be realised on studying the school documents, observing students, interviews with pedagogues and management of the school. In P.E. lessons measuring of chosen students´ body weight and hight will be provided to elicit wheather the institution subserves the function in the area of supporting the healthy lifestyle, which was the aim of this work. In the last part of the work there will be suggested a reccomendation to the institution to support the healthy lifestyle in an active way.

The diploma thesis deals with the institutions for leisure time in the capital city of the Czech republic. This is a House of children and youth, whose founded by the capital city of Prague.The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and part of the research. In the first part of the thesis is defined by the concept, development and function of leisure time and different views on leisure time. Is indicated here, what does the pedagogy of leisure time mean. A large section is devoted to institutions and institutions for leisure time. Defined forms of institutions for leisure time activities and their functioning. In the theoretical part is explained what is meant by universal institutional structure, which is an important basis for institutional analysis in the research section. The research part of the thesis deals with the characteristics all the information about the House Children and Youth in Prague 7. The most important part of the research is the analysis of the institutional follow-up to the House of children and youth. The aim is to assess whether and the extent to which the institution carries out its percent of the mission. In the final discussion summarizes the recommendations that could lead to improve the operation of the institution.

Master's thesis "New Forms of Marketing and Their Implementation in Cultural Organizations" deals with the current trends in marketing, especially in the fields of electronic media, on-line marketing, video marketing, viral marketing, social networks ang guerilla campaigns. These forms of marketing are embedded in the theoretical context of modern marketing approach, characterized by the orientation on customer, the need for long-term planning, using of all tools of the marketing mix, focusing on building of the brand and continual reviewing and measuring of the effectiveness. At the same time creative and interactive approach and development of dialogue with the customer are identified as a necessary part of theit succesful application. Examples of succesful implementations of these forms of marketing are demonstrated on specific case studies from the field of cultural organizations.

This thesis is focused on the characteristics of arbitration in China. The aim of the thesis is to characterize arbitration both in terms of historical and cultural analysis, as well as the terms of contemporary arbitral practice. These characteristics are compared with other Asian countries - with both the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong and with Singapore. The methods used in the thesis are mainly legal-analytical, descriptive, and comparative. Besides the introduction and the conclusion, the thesis is structured into seven chapters, which are further divided into parts. The first chapter contains the general characteristics of arbitration, the fundamental definition of the term itself and definition of the nature of arbitration within the scope of the fundamental theories. The issue of differentiation between domestic arbitration and international arbitration as well as related issues of an international element are also described. The chapter further specifies the different types of arbitration, and at the end discusses the advantages and disadvantages of arbitration as an alternative to other forms of dispute resolution. The second chapter discusses the cultural and historic context in which arbitration is based in China, especially the impact of traditional Chinese teachings....

Microbusiness is recognized as an important tool for economic growth especially in less developed countries. It is supposed that a lack of access to capital is one of the most prominent constraints of microentepreneurs. To address this limitation, many forms of loan guarantee programs have been established. This paper examines what demands are placed on an effective guarantee structure in this field and how these aims are accomplished by the current guarantee funds. In conclusion, the access to capital is getting better recently in these countries. Guarantee funds have been growing, however, their importance is not so significant yet. Guarantee funds have a potential to draw an attention of investors to microlending but the cost of these schemes seems to be too high.

Educational institutions have an irreplaceable role in society. There is still a greater interest in studying at universities, that is the reason for generating of a competitive environment. The universities have to create a competitive advantage for their market success. The marketing communication is also important. The aim of this thesis is to detect, if there is the relationship between marketing communication of private nad public universities in the Czech republic through the media and if there is an interest of the applicants in the study.

Diplomová práce porovnává stav ve vzdělávání úředníků územních samosprávných celků před účinností zákona č. 312/2002 Sb., o úřednících územních samosprávných celků a poté. Zaměřuje se na stav po roce 2003 a identifikuje vzdělávání úředníků jako činnost personálního managementu. Na příkladu městského úřadu Mariánské Lázně porovnává a vyhodnocuje změny, které znamenala účinnost zákona č. 312/2002 Sb., o úřednících územních samosprávných celků.
