Entrepreneurship is often perceived as a crucial component of economic growth and social development. Studies into entrepreneurship inform policy design, thus the diverse understanding of entrepreneurship among scholars can create confusion in policy design. The current state of the field of entrepreneurial research is examined in order to identify the need for a universal definition of entrepreneurship. After a synthesis and analysis of prior research is conducted to identify the various links in perspectives, a new definition and framework is suggested. The resulting framework sees entrepreneurship as an autocatalytic process of creation of meaning and the consequent retention of said meaning in the structure of a new venture. The elements of this framework (autocatalytic process, creation of meaning, and retention in structure) can be assigned varying degrees of importance corresponding to differing perspectives, while simultaneously ensuring the presence of each element. The developed framework can be used to better inform the decisions of scholars and policy makers, due to the uncovering of the complex relationships between society, individuals and firms.

Presented thesis called "Obliged entities according to The Act on Free Acces to Information" deals with obliged entities in compliance with current legislation, also with legislative development and with current specification in The Act on Free Access to Information. This thesis brings comprehensive view of current problems which arise from practice, primarily from point of view of legal science and specialized literature. Field of obliged entities is especially recently the frequent subject of decision-making practice, which is executed by the constitutional and administrative justice. Mentioned courts spread the number of obliged entities by their judicial working. Author of this thesis tries to present his own solutions of problems, which are related to current legal regulations. Obliged entities are those which have an obligation to provide informatik related to their activities in compliance with The Act on Free Access to Information. Contemporary Social Contract Theories The thesis is intended to be an introduction into contemporary social contract theories. John Rawls' book A Theory of Justice is a seminal work in this field. The thesis, however, does focus not only on the approach adopted by Rawls, but on the theories of other authors as well - that of J. Buchanan, D. Gauthier, T. Scanlon and R. Nozick. These remain quite unknown in the Czech context. The structure of the thesis should allow for a comparison between the respective theories as the author starts with the object of the social contract, proceeds to the parties of the contract and, finally, to its content. Special attention is devoted to the game theory which models some of the typical interpersonal interactions and, using its theoretical apparatus, can illustrate problems of social cooperation - the key theme of virtually all social contract theories. Eventually, the author tries to outline the way analytic philosophy views the social contract. In its eyes, the social contract is a necessary implication of the existence of language.

No.106/1999 Sb., on a free access to information, which aim is to uncover the particular groups of the obliged persons and to point out to the most frequent problems, that during the application of the mentioned legal regulation around this groups occur, consists of the eleven parts in total. The first part deals with the right to information in its wide connection - as a constitonally embodied right, that on the one hand helps to fulfil partial principle of transparency of the public administration, which is a subset and a component of the democratic state of law principle, and on the other hand is means of effective utilization of the another rights, especially the political ones. The second chapter gives the definition of the term "information" and pursues to its typical attributes. The major aim of the thesis was to analyze, what was the influence of public (economic) policy in transition on the creation of rules in the Czech Republic. Who created the policy? How was the policy conducted? What was the role of the rules? What was the international context in that era? What was the influence of these external factors on the development in the Czech Republic. Other goals of the thesis dealt with the following: availability of suitable tools to analyze transition; key assumptions of public policy; rule making; the role of rule makers. The thesis does not attempt to describe all relevant approaches from modern economic theory that would be useful to analyze the transition processes. The Development of Spatial Differentiation of Unemployment in Czechia through the Lens of Evolutionary Geography The diploma thesis aims to analyze the development of spatial differentiation of unemployment on the municipality level in Czechia between the years 2003 and 2016. The theoretical framework is based on the evolutionary approaches in geography which emphasize the role of heredity, continuity and the local specifics in economic and social regional development. The first, extensive part of the research analyses the development of spatial differentiation of unemployment using statistical and spatial methods and identifies two adjacent localities which underwent significantly different unemployment development, specifically the Karviná and Jablunkov regions. The second, intensive part of the research discusses and evaluates possible causes of these different dynamics of unemployment development. An analysis of historical development, information gathered through semi- structured interviews as well as data confirm that the different unemployment development is caused by different population structure, different local customs, and norms stemming from different historical development. Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi exportního financování poskytovanými komerčními bankami - od dodavatelského úvěru po projektové financování. Dále je zde zachycena státní podpora exportu s důrazem na instituce na podporu exportu v České republice - EGAP a ČEB. Část práce je zaměřena na Konsensus OECD, mezinárodní finanční instituce a jejich role při financování vývozu investičních celků. Závěrem je popsán proces získání pojištění u EGAP, které vyžadují komerční banky při financování vývozu do rizikových teritorií.

Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací a analýzou faktorů, které významně ovlivňují strategické chování firem a míru jejich konkurenceschopnosti. Konkrétně toto činí ve třech perspektivách, kterými jsou odvětví, zdroje a kapacity firmy a perspektiva institucí, kultury a etiky. Ve své aplikační části se zaměřuje na společnost Dell. Pro analýzu faktorů konkurenceschopnosti této firmy jsou použity modely, metody a teoretická východiska popsaná v teoretické části. Samostatná kapitola je také věnována strategickým partnerstvím, které dnes tvoří významnou součást konkurenčního boje.

Práce popisuje proces institucionální reformy EU od poloviny 90 let minulého století do současnosti. Zaměřuje se na popis a hodnocení všech základních institucí vytvořených na základě Smluv o ES a Smlouvy o EU. Zabývá se všemi souvisejícími změnami těchto Smluv zejména pak Amsterodamskou smlouvou, Smlouvou z Nice a Smlouvami o přistoupení. Práce popisuje dopady těchto smluv na jednotlivé instituce a uvádí komplexní přehled vývoje každé z nich. Dále se práce popisuje proces přistoupení kandidátských zemí střední a východní Evropy. Zabývá se též problematikou Smlouvy o Ústavě pro Evropu, jejím vznikem a změnami, které tatou Smlouva navrhuje.

Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat a analyzovat strategii efektivně řízeného zániku organizace jako základní dominantu jednoúčelových společností, společností speciálních (SPV), společností založených na dobu určitou a společností získaných akvizicí s cílem likvidace konkurence. Na příkladu konkrétní organizace realizovat studii tvorby takové strategie se zaměřením na průřezovou analýzu strategického plánovacího cyklu. Konkrétní organizací je společnost Konpo, s.r.o., dceřiná společnost a zároveň součást finanční skupiny státem vlastněné České konsolidační agentury.
