Interakce pedagoga a studenta na střední škole / Interaction of the teacher and the student at the secondary school

KASALOVÁ, Jana January 2007 (has links)
The diploma work on the topic Interaction of the teacher and the student at the secondary school describes their mutual relationship. Problems of interaction of the teacher aud the student at the secondary school are mentioned in the theoretical part. This interaction of the teacher and the student also appears in the whole diploma work and it is influenced by the background of the school, by the education, learning, students parents and by other outward factors. Results of the research, which is concentrated on the students of the branches General nurse and Medical assistant at the Secondary medical school in Klatovy, are presented in my first part of my research work. This research pays particular attention to the students opinions of the skool climate, the class teacher and the schoolmates. In the secoud part I concentrated on the class teachers of the particular classes of the Secoudary medical school. I borrowed from our conversatious information ahout their students. The mutual interaction owing to interaction of the teachers and the students is very important. The personality of the teacher can influence the student either positively or negatively and it can preclude the risk behaviour.

Identita mezi pamětí a vyprávěním: Sociologická analýza / Identity between Memory and Narrative: A Sociological Analysis

Mlynář, Jakub January 2016 (has links)
Identity between Memory and Narrative: A Sociological Analysis Abstract of PhD thesis Mgr. Jakub Mlynář Department of Sociology, Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague 2016 Concepts of identity, memory and narrative are being sociologically employed, whether separately or in combination, but most often in relationship to specific research areas. The aim of my thesis is an explanation of mutual relationship of identity, memory and narrative as well as their meanings in social action. I am taking into account the controversial features of these phenomena, which have been recently discussed, and I offer a compromise theoretical solution. Mutual relationship of identity, memory and narrative are followed in detailed case-study, analysing a selection of oral history interviews from USC Shoah Foundation's Visual History Archive, with an inspiration from narrative analysis and membership categorization analysis. The oral history interview is a social situation, in which the general interactional mechanisms related to memory, identity and narrative stand out in focused shape. Narrative expression of identities in life stories of Holocaust survivors is mainly related to the categories of national, state, political and religious identity, reflected explicitly and implicitly during the interviews. Specific...

In vitro transport abakaviru přes monovrstvu Caco-2 buněkꓼ interakce s etravirinem a rilpivirinem / In vitro transport of abacavir across the monolayer of Caco-2 cells; interaction with etravirine and rilpivirine

Mlčochová, Alice January 2018 (has links)
Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology Student: Alice Mlčochová Supervisor: PharmDr. Martina Čečková, Ph.D. Title of diploma thesis: In vitro transport of abacavir across the monolayer of Caco-2 cells; interaction with etravirine and rilpivirine. Abacavir belongs among nucleoside reverse transciptase inhibitors (NRTIs) representing a basic component of combined antiretroviral therapy used in treatment of HIV-positive patients [1]. Etravirine and rilpivirine are newer non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTIs) combined in cART together with NRTI. ATP-dependent transporters, so called ABC transporters, are able to affect pharmacokinetic properties of drugs, thus they are important site of drug-drug interactions affecting absorption, distribution and excretion level. P-glycoprotein (Pgp, ABCB1) and BCRP (ABCG2) belong among the most clinically important ABC transporters able to cause drug-drug interactions. The aim of this thesis was to introduce and optimize the method for evaluation of drug absorption using monolayers of Caco-2human intestine cell lines, whose integrity was verified by evaluating TEER (transepithelial electrical resistance). This model was also used for abacavir transport studies. Significant...

Mezidruhová kompetice a hostitelské spektrum entomopatogenních hlístovek (Steinernematidae, Nematoda) / Interspecific competition and host range of entomopathogenic nematodes (Steinernematidae, Nematoda)

PŮŽA, Vladimír January 2009 (has links)
The presented thesis deals with interspecific competition and host range of entomopathogenic nematodes and assess the mechanisms enabling coexistence of multiple EPN species. The thesis further studied the scavenging ability of EPNs and their defense mechanisms against invertebrate scavengers. The results revealed that coexisting EPN species share the same niche and their interaction are complex and may be asymmetric. EPNs were found to be able to colonise and multiply in cadavers of different insects and scavenging seems to be an important alternative to normal infection. The defence of EPNs against scavengers seems to be an adaptation of the nematode-bacteria complex.

Molekulární simulace interakcí nanočástic CdS s montmorillonitem / Molecular simulations of interactions among CdS nanoparticles and montmorillonite

Pšenička, Milan January 2015 (has links)
This thesis investigate the structure of cadmium sulfide (CdS) nanoparticles and its stabilization by a surfactant - cetyltrimethylamonnium cation CTA+ and further describe interactions among stabilized CdS nanoparticles and the surface of the layered clay mineral - montmorillonite with using the molecular simulation methods. Initial models of the CdS nanoparticles were build for both crystal structures (Greenockit (G) and Hawleyit (H)). The preferred orientations of the molecules of CTA+ for both crystal types of CdS nanoparticles were found with respect to minimum energy. Prefered orientation is monolayer for Greenockite and bilayer for Hawleyite. Models with the preferred orientation of the molecules of CTA+ were placed on the surface of montmorillonite and after optimization, adsorption energy of CdS nanoparticles with its envelope and montmorillonite surface was calculated. All results and used procedures were compiled in the form of practice for the subject Computational experiments in the theory of molecules I - NBCM100 taught at MFF UK in Prague.

Jazyková charakteristika gibraltarské mluvy yanito/llanito / Language characteristics of the Gibraltarian speech yanito/llanito

Ducká, Viktorie January 2016 (has links)
The main aim of this thesis is to explain and describe the basic aspects of the language situation in Gibraltar. In the introduction is briefly summarized the cultural and historical context in which the question of Gibraltarian nationality and linguistic identity are developed. The theme of the other chapters is the issue of the concept itself. Llanito, Yanito or Gibberish are some of the terms that are used in linguistics to refer to a typical speech used by habitants of Gibraltar only. In this chapter are presented the linguistic theories on the origin and development of the specific terminology. The following chapter contains phonetic, morphosyntactic and lexical characteristics of the analysed language structure. The description of each plane is connected and put into the context. The fourth chapter explores the influence of the major European languages in Gibraltarian speech. Other chapters describe dictionaries Yanito and the influence of this language structure on literature and media. Key words: llanito/yanito, bilingualism in Gibraltar, language code-switching, morfosyntactic structures, linguistic and social interaction, dictionaries.
