Ústní interakce v hodinách francouzštiny / Oral Interaction in Classes of French - 2L

ŠTROUGALOVÁ, Martina January 2010 (has links)
This thesis observes the phenomenon of oral interaction and its share in the classes of french language at secondary school. Primarily, it deals with the history of the oral interaction and its development in methodologies of foreign languages. Then it focuses on description of the current situation, which is based on observation of concrete classes. The aim of this thesis is to find out how to integrate the oral interaction effectively into french classes and what type of methodological approach is favorable to oral interaction. Finally, the crucial propositions are formulated, which can positively influence the process of teaching foreign languages, following the communication objective.

Institucionální předpoklady transformace československé ekonomiky v 90. letech 20. století / Institutional prerequisites for the process of transformation of Czechoslovak economy in the 1990s

Nikodym, Lukáš January 2013 (has links)
The aim of the thesis is to analyze institutional prerequisites for the process of Czechoslovak transformation in the beginning of 1990's. Using the standard theoretical framework of institutional economics and Svetozar Pejovich's interaction thesis shows the transformation process as a part of continuous institutional evolution. The analysis of institutional environment is aimed on the activity of organizations which are seen as a source of institutional change and the pressure from the exogenous institutional framework. Long-run development of endogenous institutions shows the creation of collectivist structure of Czech society. This fact, combined with the process of creation of secondary laws, shows the inappropriately chosen strategy of transformation.

Molekulární podstata interakcí mezi Dishevelled 3 (DVL3) a proteinovým regulátorem cytokineze 1 (PRC1) / Molecular basis of interactions between Dishevelled 3 (Dvl3) and Protein Regulator Of Cytokinesis 1 (PRC1)

Kropáčková, Veronika January 2020 (has links)
Scaffolding protein Disheveled (Dvl) is a key component of Wnt signaling cascades. Dvl participates in a number of biological processes, such as cell proliferation, differentiation and migration, determination of cell polarity, and also stem cell self-renewal. It is therefore indispensable for the correct embryo development and tissue homeostasis in adulthood. The protein regulator of cytokinesis (PRC1) is a microtubule-associated protein. PRC1 is involved in spindle midzone formation during cell division. Spindle midzone precedes the contractile ring assembly and is essential for normal cell cleavage. In our laboratory, PRC1 was identified as a putative interaction partner of DVL3. This master thesis is focused on delineation of the interaction interface between DVL3 and PRC1 using TIRF microscopy (Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence microscopy). To this end, full-length DVL and PRC1 proteins together with their truncated variants were designed, expressed and purified. It was discovered that PRC1 interacts with all three DVL isoforms and the N-terminal part of PRC1 is required for the interaction between PRC1 and DVL3. Furthermore, the DEP domain of DVL3 is likely involved in PRC1interactions. Key words: Dishevelled 3, DVL3, Protein regulator of cytokinesis 1, PRC1, interaction interface, TIRF...

Interakce mezi povrchovou a podzemní vodou v nivě řeky Lužnice / Interaction of surface water and groundwater og Luznice River

Slabá, Zdenka January 2011 (has links)
This thesis is a part of a project run by The Department of Geography, Faculty of Science in Charles University in Prague. This project deals with processes in floodplains of the Lužnice, the Stropnice and the Blanice rivers. The research in the floodplain of the Lužnice started in the year 2008 and is focused on the interaction between groundwater and surface water. The monitored territory it is situated to the south of a locality called Halámky and its area is 0,6 km2. In this thesis mainly the outputs of the research were elaborated. The highlighted points were the interpretation of the groundwater level behaviour, the groundwater streaming orientation in the area and interaction between groundwater and surface water. The outputs of this thesis can be used in the next stages of the project.
