Virtuální komunikace a její využití v rámci nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež / Virtual communication and how it can be used in low-threshold facilities for children and youth

The thesis is focused on the specifics of the social service called low-threshold facility for children and youth and how the virtual communication can be used to work with the clients of the service. In the theoretical part the low-threshold facilities for children and youth, range, principles and target audience of this social service are described. Also function and purpose of communication is described and the specifics of mobile and virtual communication are characterised. The possibilities how to use the mobile and virtual communication in basic and special social consultancy are another topic. The practical part is focused on mapping how the area of Czech Republic is covered with the facilities supplying the social service called low-threshold facility for children and youth. It also includes a survey research reflecting actual practise in using the virtual communication as a tool when working with clients in these facilities. In current facilities mainly e-mail and Facebook social network are used sometimes also Skype, ICQ application and other social networks. Current practise is very diverse because a complex professional methodical basis to supply this service model is still missing.

This thesis aims to introduce the basic problems of social status and internet consulting services to the reader. Here the service is seen in the ethical and psychological context because an internet counselor cannot do without these points of view when he tries to provide a customer service in the highest possible quality. I focus on the e-mail form of providing online advice as it is the most commonly used type of e-communication between a client and an advisor. Psychological and ethical determinants of the whole process are complementary, intersect, there are no single boundaries between them, whether from the point of view of ethics they are values on which to build human rights or the Code of Ethics for social workers, hence iKodex valid for social services in the online environment or from psychology perspective it is a virtual communication process between a counselor and a client, in which the art of communication, the changing identity of a man, manifested aggression, transference and countertransference and the actual on-line environment play role. The aim is to highlight the complex and ambiguous status of online counseling services.

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku reklamních kampaní na internetu. Podrobně se věnuje pay-per-click reklamě v internetových vyhledávačích a reklamě ve srovnávačích cen (shopping comparison engines). V práci je popsána tvorba, správa i optimalizace reklamní kampaně v těchto dvou druzích internetové reklamy. Práce poskytuje jak pohled teoretický, tak zahrnuje i praktické zkušennosti z oboru. V závěru práce je nastíněna možná interakce těchto dvou druhů online reklamy.

The results of application of the business plan are assessed in terms of financial analysis. Application of the business plan will help in solving main problems of the analyzed company - low profitability and high costs.

Describes the specifics of this generation in the context of the consumer behavior. In the practical part of the thesis is conducted marketing research dedicated to consumables behavior of seniors in regard to Internet commerce. For marketing research was used questionnaire. Analysis of the results obtained information on the relationship of seniors to Internet trading, which is largely the domain of the younger generation already online.

The aim was to bring the marketing plan for market entry, assess the achievements and propose a procedure to other years. It can be familiar with basic knowledge about internet marketing, internet business analysis in comparison with the stone business. These general theoretical and practical knowledge is given to about half the work. In the second half is giving its own Internet business, the introduction of the marketing and promotion.
