The thesis is concerned with problems of employee satisfaction in a small company regarding the system of remuneration, motivation, the possibility of career growth and human relations. In theoretical part there are summed up particular terms related to working satisfaction, motivation and output. There are briefly defined fundamental theories of working behavior motivation and the most important factors which have influence on working satisfaction. The subject of practical part is a concrete company where the analysis of employee satisfaction took place. Correctional measures are proposed at the base of the outcomes of the research.

This thesis elaborates the character of Bulgarian Republic development over last years in the view of current situation, which is remarkably influenced by the global financial and economic crisis. The core of this thesis is to map the difficult path for Bulgaria's membership in the European Union, its entry into these structures and the subsequent development during the first 3 years of membership. Finally, I review the present position of Bulgaria in the EU and evaluate the overall benefits for Bulgaria joining the European Union and whether the country was able to complete the necessary reforms and deliver on promises, which it made before the accession to the Union.

This diploma thesis deals with Croatia, the newest member of the European Union. Within the theoretical foundations it focuses on the European integration, describes the development of the European Union and introduces the entry conditions for the candidate countries, it also characterizes the basic macroeconomic concepts, which are being used further in the work. The second part of this work presents the long journey of Croatia towards European membership, with a focus on problem areas of the accession negotiations. The main part of the work is an analysis of the economic and political situation, firstly in the period before and then after the country's accession to the EU. After that the changes which this event represents for Croatia and the European Union are evaluated. Finally, an evaluation of the country's preparedness for potential entry into the euro area is submitted along with the arguments for and against the adoption of the single currency.

Mezinárodní obchod s čerstvým ovocem a zeleninou / International trade with fresh fruit and vegetables

The main goal of my Master´s thesis is to evaluate dynamic environment of international trade with fresh fruit and vegetables. In the first part of my thesis I analyzed importance of the production of fresh fruit and vegetables for economies of selected countries. Next I had described the trade flows and patterns. In the second part I made a characterization of payment terms and trade negotiations in the context of international trade with fresh fruit and vegetables. Furthermore I made an analysis of import and export rules and regulations of the EU. Based on this analysis I came to general conclusions on the trade policies of countries and communities. In the last part of my thesis I applied findings from the previous parts on the analysis of two cases. The first analyzed case is the situation of imports of Chinese pomelo to the EU, with regards to maximal residue levels of pesticides. Second analyzed case is the situation of South African citruses imported to the EU, with regards to the problematic of citrus black spots.

This thesis examines the legal regulation of the competitive behavior of employees with the emphasis on non-competition clause. This thesis aims to critically evaluate the status of the current legislation regarding the non-compete clauses and suggest what changes should be made in order to the non-compete clause would be used effectively and fulfill its purpose. The thesis analyzes in detail the historical development of non-competition clauses in the Czech republic and further explores this institute in the light of current legislation, case law and expert opinions. It also compares the legislation of this clause in four foreing countries - France, Great Britain, Germany and Slovakia. Finally, this thesis shows how non-comptete clauses are used in practice and if employers believe in their effectiveness as a tool for the protection of know-how.

Thesis is focused on motifs of taboo behavior in Czech prosaic folklore. The objective of this work was to depict how the motifs participate in folktales and legends, compare these motifs, describe their change in time and space and possible overlaps into to social reality. In the thesis is used as a method the textological analysis of narrative motifs in the primary sources of folklore narratives from the mid 19th century to the present. In summary are presented possible function of taboo in folklore narratives, relation of folklore and social reality based on taboo and variations in understanting a taboo phenomen in time.

The portrayal of law in television programs on the example of the series Judge Barbara Dominika Muschaliková Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the depiction of law and lawyers in Czech serial production on the example of the TV show Judge Barbara. It analysis means the creators use to capture the judicial environment and the impressions of the judicial environment viewers get from the show. It also compares this depiction with reality and evaluates the educational potential of the show. The second part seeks to answer the question of whether it is ethically permissible for real judges and lawyers to participate in the production of these programs, draws attention to the complexities of professional advice on television production and gives future legal advisers recommendations how to proceed when asked to partipate in such project. Strukturalismus a pojem diskursu u Paula Ricoeura / Structuralism and Concept of Discourse in the Work of Paul Ricoeur

This diploma thesis focuses on structuralism and concept of discourse in the work of French philosopher Paul Ricoeur. The aim of the thesis is to show Ricoeur's effort to interconnect structuralism and hermeneutics and, after this, to treat how this interconnection works as a general paradigm of human sciences. The point of departure is Ricoeur's revision of Saussurean structural approach which divides language into language system (langue) and speaking (parole). Then, the concept of discourse is grounded and the thesis proceeds to problems of text. By using the concept of discourse for written forms of language (texts), Ricoeur introduces this term to his hermeneutical approach. Its interconnection with structuralism is made possible by circular dialectics of explanation and understanding in which structuralism is shown to be necessary for the hermeneutical knowledge. Ricoeur's hermeneutical thought is also characterised by movement from text to action. Ricoeur finds some parallels between them and between the interpretations of them. By this, he proceeds from hermeneutics of text to hermeneutics of action and presents his conclusions as a general paradigm of human sciences. These are said to have a hermeneutical nature. Racionalita jednání dlužníků / Rationality of the Debtor

This work deals with the indebtedness of consumers. It examines the causes of the debotrs themselves. Based on a secondary analysis of past research in the area of financial literacy, consumer behavior, statistical data, but also of qualitative research in the form of case study seeks to answer the question why the debtor becomes the debtor, the extent to which the indebtedness and indebtedness viewed as rational behavior but also if the debtor is accompanied by rational reasoning or irrational behavior. It concludes that the debtor can not be considered entirely rational. Applied policy then the issue of over-indebtedness problem takes into account the irrational assumptions by the debtor only marginally and does not reflect as one of its main causes.
