This thesis deals with the application of acting education elements in work with adult amateur theater group. The thesis is conceived as a diary which captures more than one year season of creative work of a specific theater group from the theme to the realisation of the author's theater form. The selection and specification of acting preparatory techniques and exercises is adapted to this process.

This thesis discusses the Insolvency Act No. 182 / 2006 Coll. Insolvency and Its Resolution which came into force on January 1, 2008. This Act replaced Act no. 328/1991Coll., on Bankruptcy and Settlement and brought new legal adjusting of bankruptcy law. The thesis focuses on insolvency proceedings in point of view of creditor, as one of the main procedural subjects in the proceedings. The first part describes the theoretical basis for the application of claims of creditors in insolvency proceedings, because for their successful satisfaction is necessary to perfect understand of Act No. 182 / 2006 Coll. Equally important is the orientation in implementing regulations of Insolvency law. In the second part of thesis there is an analysis of input data with a focus on creditors in insolvency proceedings and the satisfaction creditors receivables. The obtain data are statistically processed and evaluated.

This thesis is dealing with problems of creative accounting, with the access to its identification and utilization from the management position. The theoretical part defines the term of creative accounting. Moreover, it introduces possible readers into the fraudulent accounting and techniques of creative accounting. Furthermore, this thesis deals with circumstances that lead to the origin creativity. To add to this, this work addresses the psychological and behavioural point of view on the creativity. The main aim of the practical part is to answer the question of following hypothesis: The management of chosen accounting unit obligingly reacts on motivation which minimizes corporate income tax.

The diploma work Motivation to action of characters in Durych´s short novels and short stories deals with prosaic production of Jaroslav Durych with the intention to find and to understand the motivation to action of charakters in short novels and short stories. The chracters of the stories represents singificant elements and so this diploma work is focus to factors that influence a decision of the characterers in Durych?s short stories and novel stories. Some of the characters at the first look seems irrationally, but we can discover the course of actions that explain their action. The better understand of motivation can help to more accurate the interpretation of short stories and short novels and identify of sence.

This thesis is concerned with author's acting experiences. The aim is not to create a generally valid analysis but to give a personal statement, which is perceived in a broader context. The author basses this on the fact that he is a Thinking Actor who is constantly searching for his limits. He deals with the advantages and disadvantages of this regarding himself. The chapters are focused on different qualities which are essential for fine acting and the author compares these qualities with his mentioned abilities. Special attention has been paid to naturalness, truthfulness and the authenticity of acting.

The main aim of this thesis pointed out to motivation and stimulation of working process in a small and big company. Two companies were chosen for this survey. First company is producer of polyester fibres and compounds and the second company is producer of goods made from polyester fibres. So both companies deals with simillar products. Main diference is in sizes of the companies. The first one is a big company and the second one is a small company. The first part of this thesis consists of theoretical information concerning motivation and stimulation. Information were drawn from specialized literature and then summarized. Further topics deal with introduction and description of both surveyed companies. As a survey method was chosen questionaire which was given to employees from both companies. Answers were inscribed into charts and graphs. A discussion and summary was made. This comparison should demonstrate different ways, how are employees in each company motivated and stimulated. Human resources is the most powerfull source recently. And its influence will be more and more followed. So only the improving of this source could lead the company to success and to gain competitive advantage. We can´t affect natural resources or prices of raw materials. But we can affect willingness to work and work attitude of employees and it increase labour productivity. This is the main reason why is human resources management the most important department in each prosperous organization

Herein presented thesis intends to outline some of the conceptual yet practical issues that arise as of the effect of the new civil code in relation to conceptual changes of legal doctrine of legal persons and its legal acting. In chapter 2 hereof the author briefly illustrates the history and development of legal persons in the continental Europe with a special focus on the theories of legal persons. In the end of the chapter the author analyzes the current concept of the legal persons in the legal system of the Czech Republic. In chapter 3 hereof the author describes the primary principles upon which the concept of legal persons and its legal acting is built. The author also briefly analyzes the term and meaning of legal acting in general. The author further engages in analysis of acting of legal persons and its legal nature in relation to the question of who is the person acting; whether it is a legal act performed by a natural person acting in representation of the legal person or whether it is the legal person who acts on its own. In the final part of the chapter the author analyses the law on acting of legal representatives on behalf of the legal person and outlines the issues arising thereof. The thesis describes the internal control system of a company in relation to internal audit. It also describes various types of fraudulent acts and analyzes several research papers focused on this topic. Furthermore, the thesis shows relations of these issues to white-collar crime, employment law, criminology and the psychology of offenders.

The purpose of this work is to answer the basic question, if the economics can explore the animal behaviour. At first the determination of the subject of economics is needed. It means to point out, what should economics deal with. I will come to the point of the problem of purposeful action, the problem of rationality and exchange. Consequently I will explore, if it is possible to apply this theory to animal behaviour and if such an application has a sense. I will advert to the problems, what are made by the economists in their opinions of the animal behaviour and on argumentation why the animal behaviour is not a subject of economics.

This thesis depicts and clarifies the consumer behaviour of the Chinese. It primarily focuses on current trends and new opportunities arising on the Chinese market. It enables the reader to gain initial knowledge on this topic and to understand the basic concept of a sucessful marketing strategy for China. The thesis also briefly describes the particularities of business negotiation and trade with the Chinese in order to provide a more complex view on doing business in this country.
