This thesis discusses the risk of occurrence of the criminal behaviour among people working in the field of helping professions. It also mentions specific criminal offences that could be committed due to the nature of helping professions. The thesis describes moral attributes of helping workers which could prevent criminal acts. It also suggests some ways of client protection against the abuse of power of helping profession workers

in English Painting as an Object of Jurudical Acts The work is focused on individual types of legal proceedings connected with the painter's artwork. First, it offers an excursion to the basics of copyright, its development and contemporary issues. The work provides classification of copyright in the system of intellectual property rights and briefly explains the differences between continental and Anglo-American concepts. The following chapters attempt to define the terms "author", "work" and "painting". Then, it deals in more detail with specific types of artworks, such as restoration, book illustrations, derived works, parody and cartoon and street-art. In the next chapter, the thesis explains the relationship between the author and the owner of the work and some copyright restrictions that this situation brings, in the subchapter the work analyzes the export of painting artworks abroad. In its main part, the work gradually focuses on the individual types of legal proceedings connected with the painting, their characteristics and their adaptation. In the sorting of different ways of using it proceeds according to the system of the law, the largest range is devoted to the sale and purchase of the painter's artwork. The essence of this Master thesis is the analysis of corporate identity and image in the selected part of non-profit organization. Furthermore, this analysis will provide valuable information about how it tries to be perceived and how it is perceived in reality. The theoretical part explains terms related to the topic, mainly focuses on corporate identity and its three components, as well as on essence and importance of the corporate image. Then briefly describes the issue of non-profit organization. The methodical part defines the objectives, methods and respondents of the thesis. The practical part is based on theoretical knowledge of the first part. First is presented selected non-profit organization and its part, which is the subject of research. The subsequent own research is divided into two parts, the analysis of identity by using the qualitative research in the form of individual interviews and the analysis of image by using the quantitative research in the form of questionnaire survey. The thesis is concluded by suggestion and recommendations for the non-profit organization.

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to describe the features of the American culture by analyzing the cultural standards, use them for comparison with the Slovak culture and create a set of recommendations for easier adaptation of the Slovaks in the United States. The work is divided into three parts - theoretical, practical and empirical. In the theoretical section we define the concept of culture, cultural standards and cultural dimensions, and on this basis we compare the features of the American and Slovak culture. The practical part describes the characteristics of the USA - national symbols, history, geography, religion, population, economy, political system, basic features of the US market, the impact of globalization and the specifics of the US business environment. The empirical section uses a questionnaire survey to examine the American culture from the Slovak point of view. The result of this thesis is a manual created with the use of the synthesis and comparison methods.

The aim is to present specific methodology of the austrian school with laying stress on prerequisits which determine its understanding of phenomena.

The thesis introduces the Juche ideology and examines its impact on the North Korean regime. The main objective is to evaluate the role of the DPRK in the system of international relations, with regard to the Juche ideology. Due to the fact that in the DPRK and the mutual relations with other countries, it is very difficult to find a direct link with the ideas of proclaimed ideology, the main characteristics for a given pair of countries is emphasised. Mutual relations with five countries, which are articipating in the six-party talks with DPRK(the disarmament process is discussed in a separate section of thesis) are commented on. The role of the European Union is mentioned, because in the future, the EU could happen for several reasons, an important partner for the DPRK.

The diploma thesis is focused on a state of the statutory body in companies. The legal regulation is set by the Act Nr. 513/1991 Coll. commercial code, as amended. The attention is given to the way to institute statutory bodies, duties and responsibility of members of statutory bodies and the way to act of companies. The new conception of the legal regulation of companies, especially of the state of statutory bodies, is mentioned at the conclusion.

More than twenty years after the independence declaration, Republic of Croatia is facing the second biggest step in its history- entry to the European Union. European Union, the world's trade leader, has recognized Croatia as a reliable partner in the future affairs. Croatia shall become a 28th member of the integration on July 1st, 2013. Croatia has experienced many obstacles on the path to the European Union, trying to align its system with the EU's comprehensive legislation. The aim of this thesis is therefore to provide an extensive analysis of the Croatian path to the European Union and to apply the solutions on the further development not only of Croatia but also the remaining candidate countries of the European Union.

This thesis deals mainly with internal fraud. In the first section, a definition of fraud is mentioned. The second section briefly describes the internal and external fraud and provides their basic structure. The third section deals with the reasons for committing fraud. The fourth section is concerned with the specific forms of internal fraud which come under the basic groups of corruption, misappropriation of assets and statements manipulation and other forms of fraud which may be between the internal and external fraud. The last section provides examples of large and small accounting examples relating to the internal fraudulent activities.

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to indentify German and Austrian cultural standards and the second aim is to confirm or disprove the given hypotheses. The first part is theoretical and defines the theoretical basis of this topic. It deals with Czech-German and Czech-Austrian business relationship. Then it describes the main aspects of culture, cultural dimensions and standards. The practical part describes the chosen methodology, which were interviews mostly with Czech business representatives who trade with Germany and Austria. In the last part the research and the given hypotheses are evaluated. The thesis is recommended as study material for business representatives who will be in contact with Germans or Austrians.
