Masné výrobky s přídavkem živočišné bílkoviny

Buchtíková, Šárka January 2015 (has links)
This thesis is dedicated to meat products with animal protein. Two types of meat products (Junior and Vysočina salami) made by Jan Pavlíček s.r.o. butchery from Náměšť nad Oslavou, was subjected to sensoric and instrumental analysis. Protein Naturprotein V90/40/B CZ from Natura Food Additives a.s. was added into both products. Thereafter these products were compared to the products without the addition of protein in order to determine possible differences between these two products. There was 120 products in the research in total including two different batches from period October -- November 2014. The process of analysis was held every week according to expiration of Junior salami -- 21 days. Sensoric analysis included rating of the overall appearance, appearence in cut, colour, consistency, smell and overall flavour. There was determined the content of salt, dry matter, fat and in case of Vysočina salami also water activity by instrumental analysis. The results were evident that the differences between the products with and without the addition of protein were not really rapid. Especially with the Vysočina salami were not almost any differences, it was also confirmed by statistical analysis. There was statistically confirmed difference between the two batches in almost all descriptors.

Pintura do século XIX. Espectador. Subjetividade.

PRADO, S. F. 30 July 2018 (has links)
Made available in DSpace on 2018-08-01T23:45:07Z (GMT).

This work begins with a short recapitulation on the solution of state equations for systems that are continuous and discret in time. Also the basic theory for analysis of stability by Direct Method ( or Second Method ) of Ljapunov is presented. The formulation for the Covariance Method applied to systems with any number of degrees of freedom is shown, applied to several identification cases and/or characteristics of the excitation force. A superficial analysis of the numerical methods is made and several examples of the applicat of the estimation technique in systems with one degree of freedom excited by white or colored noise are presented. Finally, it is discussed the problems that arise due to the adopted solutions, as well as through the formulationof the Covariance Method and some alternative procedures are proposed / Mestrado / Mestre em Engenharia Mecânica

O método elétrico apresentou maior percentual de medidas aceitáveis em raízes com necrose / Abstract: The purpose of the present study, was to realize through eletrical and radiographic methods odontometric in multirooted teeth comparing it with the physical measurement the theet to evaluat it's precisions degree. It was also evaluated the precision of this methods in biopulpectomy and necropulpectomy. From selected patients it was made individual checking for each one of the canals. The results after catalogue and analised have allowed - to make the following conclusions. 1. Both the methods, the electrical using the eletric equipament "PIO" and the radiographic, showed sucess percentuals media 50% from the analised cases. 2. The radiographic method was more precise than the electrical method for upper premolars palatine rooth . 3. In upper molar's mesi-o-vestibular and palatine rooth of the methods showed the same precision's percentual. 4. The electrical method gave a major percentage of precision them the radiographic method in the measurements of the distovestibular roots of the upper molars , mesiovestibular, mesiolingual and distal canals of lower molar and for vestibular roots of upper premolars. 5. The radiographic method had in a general since a tendency to bigger measurements than the established pattern. 6. The elettrical method had in a general since a tendency to give lower measurements than the established pattern. 7. In a general since the percentual of acceptable measurements bigger to the electrical method (36,36%) than to the radiographycal method (24,6%). 8. The electric method showed a bigger percentual of acceptable measurement in roots with necrosis / Mestrado / Radiologia Odontologica / Mestre em Odontologia

Psychosocial barriers to accessing psychological services for junior doctors (JDs) : a grounded theory study

Leverenz-Chan, Amanda January 2013 (has links)
While there is extensive research on medical doctors and their mental health, little is known about the specific barriers which prevent them from accessing psychological services. Numerous studies have shown that rather than asking for help from other professionals such as counselling psychologists and therapists, doctors would rather turn to drugs and alcohol to cope with their psychological distress. Junior Doctors (JDs) specifically are at particular risk of mental ill-health but feel prevented by their profession from seeking psychological treatment. Little research has been conducted on this particular subject area focusing specifically on JDs. This study readdresses the empirical evidence available for the issue and informs more clearly how counselling psychology and related professions can provide a more effective service to this client group. A constructivist grounded theory approach using eight participants allowed for a detailed examination of the participants’ subjective experiences of the research phenomenon and the generation of new theory on the barriers which prevent JDs from accessing psychological help. Of the eight participants, seven were from an Asian background and one was of Caucasian origin. Further, seven were male with the remaining one participant being female. A core category was uncovered from the analysis of the data which apply to the research participants: psychosocial barriers to accessing psychological services by JDs. This core category was informed by three main themes: 1) medical identity 2) the development of coping strategies in the British medical culture, and 3) the unacceptability of difference. This core category and its themes make up the grounded theory of the research. In light of the findings it may be suitable to adapt the usual process of therapy and negotiate a more appropriate method of delivering psychological support to reduce barriers and to promote credibility and effectiveness of counselling psychology among this client group.

Factors affecting the effectiveness of parental involvement in children's education: the case of the junior secondary schools in Ngqeleni District of Eastern Cape

Maqoqa, Thabisa January 2011 (has links)
This study is about factors affecting the effectiveness of parental involvement in their children’s education. This chapter focuses on the background to the study, statement of the problem, research questions, delimitation and limitations of the study and definitions of terms used in the context of the study. The education system during the apartheid era did not encourage effective involvement of stakeholders in schools. The achievement of democracy in South Africa has consigned to history the past system of Education which was based on racial inequality and segregation whereas this country requires a new national system for schools which will redress past injustices in educational provision, provide an education of progressively high quality for all learners (South African Schools Act (SASA) 84 of 1996). One of the factors which influence the success of a school system is the involvement of its stakeholders (SASA 84 of 1996). The school stakeholders are parents, educators, the learners, the community and the department of education officials. This means that these stakeholders should work together. According to SASA, a parent is the person legally entitled to the custody of a learner or a person who undertakes to fulfill the obligations of a person towards the learner’s education at school. Parental involvement is described as the willingness and active participation of parents in a wide range of school and home-based activities related to their children’s education. Literally, parental involvement is a dynamic process whereby teachers and parents work together for the ultimate benefit of the child. The SASA emphasizes that the role of parents in the education of their children is a vital support source of learning.
