Although the thesis is mainly focused on the employment of foreigners from third countries, it also includes EU citizens and their family members for the sake of complexity. The thesis defines the basic difference between the certificate of temporary residence and the temporary residence permit, including the particulars that the foreigner must submit to obtain it. At the end of the first part of the chapter are summarised the basic conditions of permanent residence. Analýza nástrojů elektronického platebního styku / Analysis of payment systems

Svěcený, Lukáš January 2008 (has links)
The objective of my thesis is to describe overall technological concept and organizational scheme od payment cards and outline trends and development in the near future. There has been a big effort for industry standardization (e.g. security standards). It describes also advantages and disadvantages of payment cards and means of authorization. The infomation mentioned here will be used in later part, in case studies. My 3-years working experience as a project manager at Wincor Nixdorf helped to further investigate these scenarios. This company is one of the market leaders and key players in banking and retail industry. Since the cost related issues are very importnant (especially in the time of crisis), I analysed and compared several scenarios of payment system installation in retail.

The diploma thesis is mainly based on the study of laws and connected regulations, related publications, commentaries and present articles. In the thesis, there were used descriptive and analytical methods followed at the end by comparative one. Thesis is divided into four main chapters further split into subchapters. In the first part, the thesis deals with the distinction of fundamental terms which are used in subsequent chapters. The introductory subchapters describe the international elements in labour-law relationships and residency types for foreigners in the Czech Republic, which are closely related to their employment. Útoky postranními kanály na čipové karty / Side channel attacks on chip cards

Matějka, Jiří January 2010 (has links)
This master thesis deals about the issues of chip cards’ side channels. Side channels are new method in cryptanalysis. Unlike classical cryptanalysis, which looks for weaknesses of mathematical structure of algorithms, side channel’s analysis use weaknesses of physical implementation of these algorithms. First part describes chip cards, their usage a security. There is mentioned the issue of cryptographic algorithms and their implementation on smart cards. There are described well-known side channels and examples of their abuse. Practical part of this thesis is focused on a proposal of a laboratory task, which demonstrates power-based side channel attack on smart card. There is designed laboratory workplace for this task, software for measurement and analysis is implemented in development tool LabVIEW. In the last part is this attack realized, the target of this attack is a standard SIM card.

Moderní přístupový systém / Modern access control system

Vomáčka, Martin January 2016 (has links)
The thesis describes the design of scheme for access system with user authentication via smart cards. The first chapter explains various types of identification items used for authentication of users and different types of readers and terminals, followed by chapter 2 with a deeper insight on smart cards with focus on their types, what internal structure and principle of communication with card readers are used, etc. with primary focus on Java cards. The third chapter describes Java Card cryptography - especially elliptic curve cryptography used on this platform. The fourth part focuses on PACE protocol with subsections dedicated to the individual parts of the protocol and its applicability to smart cards environment. Chapter 5 explains the proposed design of the authentication scheme elaborated in the thesis, including a detailed description of specific parts, their funcionality and exemplary usage in the created applications.

Inerciální navigační jednotka / Inertial Navigation Unit

Dvořák, Jan Unknown Date (has links)
This thesis is focused on the design and realisation of inertial navigation unit INS. The unit is capable to measure, store and send data to a PC in real-time for a later offline processing. The first part of the thesis introduces the reader with the basic principles of accelerometers, gyroscopes and MEMS sensors. An introduction to coordinate systems and measuring errors is also included. The second and third part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the solution and the implementation of the INS unit. The fourth part of the document is dedicated to the software for the INS unit. This thesis concludes with explanation how the gathered data are processed.

3D karta : visualisering av logistikdata

Sjölund, Albin January 2019 (has links)
Data can be presented in many different ways depending on the type of data and the purpose of the presentation. Sogeti has customers with logistic data that they want to use to show their customers and visitors in their office what they are working with. The goal of this project was to take this data and come up with a way of visualizing it on an interactive 3D map and create a proof of concept to show the idea of how the basic functions of the map could work. Three different frameworks for creating 3D maps were compared and based on their functions and after testing them Arcgis were chosen for the implementation of the proof of concept. The implementation was then tested to see how adding more objects to the map affected the performance of the implementation. Frameworks for further development were looked in to but did not affect the decision of choosing a framework for the proof of concept.
