Využití NIC, NOC klasifikací u klientů s hrudní drenáží. / Use NIC, NOC classification of clients with thoracic drainage.OBERFALCEROVÁ, Eva January 2014 (has links)
The thesis deals with the application of NIC, NOC classifications in cases of patients with chest drainage. Nurses use nursing classification, nursing process and nursing documentation for their work to make the patient care more effective. Several objectives were set to meet the main target of the thesis. Firstly, to map nursing care specifics of patients with chest drainage; secondly, to map nurses' knowledge of chest drainage care; thirdly, to map nurses' satisfaction with nursing documentation; fourthly, to find out which NIC activities are usually used by nurses in the care of patients with chest drainage; fifthly, to find out which NOC indicators are usually judged by nurses in the care of patients with chest drainage; sixthly, to find out the benefits of NIC, NOC classification in the care of patients with chest drainage. For the practical part of the thesis, the combination of qualitative and quantitative research was chosen. The quantitative research was conducted by a survey. The studied group consisted of 152 nurses. For the quantitative research, we set up the following hypothesis. H1 - the care of patients with chest drainage depands on particular department. H2 - nurses' knowledge of chest drainage care depands on particular department. H3 - nurses' satisfaction with nursing documentation depends on their education. The qualitative reserch was hold in two phases. In the first phase, a nursing documentation was created on the basis of NIC and NOC classification related to care of chest tubes. In the second phase of the qualitative research, we used a semi-structured interview to interview ten nurse who had worked with the particular nursing documentation and who had met the criteria for the selection of experts acording to Fehring . Several research questions were set for the qualitative research. What do the nurses think about the particular nursing documentation?

Performance Analysis of Credit Scoring Models on Lending Club Data / Performance Analysis of Credit Scoring Models on Lending Club DataPolena, Michal January 2017 (has links)
In our master thesis, we compare ten classification algorithms for credit scor- ing. Their prediction performances are measured by six different classification performance measurements. We use a unique P2P lending data set with more than 200,000 records and 23 variables for our classifiers comparison. This data set comes from Lending Club, the biggest P2P lending platform in the United States. Logistic regression, Artificial neural network, and Linear discriminant analysis are the best three classifiers according to our results. Random forest ranks as the fifth best classifier. On the other hand, Classification and regression tree and k-Nearest neighbors are ranked as the worse classifiers in our ranking. 1

Trendy ve spotřebě léčiv z ATC skupiny A10AA (inhibitory HMG-CoA reduktázy) za období 2005-2015 v České republice / Trends in the Consumption of a chosen ATC Group A10AA (inhibitors HMG-CoA reductase) in the period 2005-2015 in the Czech RepublicFreimann, Antonín January 2016 (has links)
The thesis deals with trends of drug consumption for the ATC group C10A (HMG-CoA reductase) in the Czech Republic in the years 2005 - 2015. The goal of this work is to analyse the consumption of statins (cholesterol lowering drugs), as well as to analyse the consumption trends (expressed in terms of prescribed daily doses) and subsequently explain the causes of the detected trends. The main method used in this work is the analysis and interpretation of data provided by the State Institute for Drug Control (SUKL). Individual consumption data sets are compared to each other and global trends are inferred based on the obtained results. In the practical part I analyse the consumption for the individual ATC groups according to their increasing lipid-lowering efficacy, according to the pharmaceutical companies involved and according to the experts' recommendations (within the framework of cardiovascular disease treatment). The conclusion of my work shows that the overall drug consumption for the the studied ATC group (given by the DDD/package total) was steadily increasing during the studied period while the consumption expressed in financial units was decreasing (ie. the financial burden on the health system was reduced). The total number of sold packages shows a slight decrease due to the sale of bigger packages with more powerful statins during the studied period.

Analýza nepřímých daní v zemích OECDZavřel, Lukáš January 2008 (has links)
Jednotlivé hypotézy zkoumají obecné trendy v nepřímých daních, porovnání významu nepřímých daní v chudých a bohatých státech a míru homogenity jednotlivých geografických regionů v oblasti nepřímých daních.

Neziskové organizace v národním účetnictví / Non-profit Organizations in National AccountsHavlová, Marie January 2007 (has links)
