Jana Súkeníková The thesis is focused on the importance and effectiveness of individual planning for children from socially disadvantaged environment in low-threshold services for children and youth. Part of the work concerns the threshold services, followed by a general description of the target group, list of interventions with which social workers operate. As an important part of my job I see definition of living situations, reflexive environmental management and social functioning. The theoretical part is further given a pivotal chapter on individual planning that underpins the empirical section. The practical part includes qualitative research strategy, the main technique was chosen semi-structured interview. The survey is focused on how clients of low-threshold services perceive individual planning. Considering the results of, which I was gone, I realized that the low-threshold services is an appropriate way we can explain to clients that with them we need to create individual planning to a specific period. COMMUNICATION STRATEGY PURE PLATINUM FITNESS JATOMI 2014 Objectives: The main objective of this work is to design a communication strategy for the platinum club Pure Platinum Fitness Jatomi for the year 2014. This proposal is based on current applied communication strategies. It is focused on acquiring new customers and communication with existing members, also provides suggestions how to develop cooperation with existing partners. Methods: As the methods were used interview and analysis of documents. Interview method was used in the realization of several interviews with the general manager of the fitness club. Analysis of documents was applied in the preparation of advertising material obtained from the fitness club. Results: The proposal of communication strategy for platinum club Pure Platinum Fitness Jatomi for the year 2014 was based. The proposal brings new ideas, how to acquire new members and shows the possible means leading to the improvement of communication with existing members. It proposes a new modern communication channels that the company could use and invents events for members, through which it is possible to build a relationship that can strengthen loyalty of the members to the club. Title: Prognosis of the German Bundesliga Objectives: The main goals of the diploma thesis were to analyse the German Bundesliga from her financial aspect and to create a prognosis of selected values until the year 2020. Methods used: First time was used the financial analysis of absolute, differential and relation indicators. Then to estimate the future development of the German Bundesliga were selected linear and exponencial trends calculated and applied with using the least squares method. On the top was calculated and applied the modified exponencial with using the method of partial sums. Results: Summary the outcome of the financial analysis through financial indicators and selected values prognosis of the German Bundesliga until the year 2020. Title: Marketing research of motivation to attendance of fans FK Dukla Praha on matches. Objectives: The main target of this thesis is to reveal the cause of low attendance at local matches of FC Dukla Praha, based on marketing research. Methods: Marketing research consists of qualitative methods. For acquiring the necessary data, methods of electronic questionnaire, personal enquiry and interview were used. FC Dukla Praha fans inquiry was conducted by a method of electronic questionnaire on server Vyplňto.cz. During FC Dukla Praha fans motivation factor measurement, a part of Al-Thibiti (2004) questionnaire was used. The people enquiry was conducted by a method of personal enquiry. The interview was conducted as an in-depth individual talk supervised by Ing. Vladimír Šmíro, marketing manager. The statistics analysis was implemented for the gained data interpretation. Results: The results of this research revealed many reasons that lead to descending number of the audience of FC Dukla Praha matches. The most serious ones are unsuitable terms and times of the matches, the whole generation of FC Dukla Praha fans outflow, unsuitable premises, quality of performances and difficult access to the pitch/stadium. The dissertation thesis concentrates on financial reporting of professional sports franchises. The thesis is divided into eight sections. In addition to introduction and conclusion the thesis includes the section focus on sports economics and five sections consider specific issues of professional sports clubs from accounting perspective. Section 1 accents an increasing importance of sport in society involving growing allocation of financial resources. Entry into stock is way to obtain an external capital. However this entry increases user's requirements on financial statements. Section 2 focus on economic background of professional sports franchises. Understanding of economic relations in sports branche provides correct interpretation of economic phenomenons and their recognition. Section 3 emphasizes importance of intangible rights in sports branche and presents approaches of intangible asset accounting included in IFRS and US GAAP. Section 4 be engaged in most important issue in sports branche -- economic relations between players and sports franchises established in the player contracts. This section concern about initial recognition of player contracts depending on type of acquisition and accounting of longterm liabilities included in the player contracts. Section 5 shows economic implications of league franchise (especially teritorial exclusivity) which are crucial for fulfiling the recognition criteria to be classified as an (intangible) asset. Key problem of subsequent recognition of league franchise is determining the useful life of an intangible asset. Section 6 present the main sources of revenues for sports franchises (operating segments) and their influence on the structure of financial statements. This section concentres mostly on recognition of revenues from sale of broadcasting rights guaranteed in longterm contracts. Section 7 focus on some economic and accounting aspects of operating a sports facility (especially subvencion and longterm lease of sports facilities). Section 8 summarise the main ideas included in this dissertation thesis.

The Diploma work compares two life stories of friendship and cooperation of a museologist and founder of museum ?Národopisné muzeum Plzeňska? Ladislav Lábek from Pilsen (1882?1970) and his friend a historian of art Zdeněk Wirth from Vysoké Mýto (1878?1961). The first chapter after introduction is about personal and professional life of Ladislav Lábek. The chapter tells his life´s story from his birth to the beginnig of the ?First World War?. The next chapter is about the life story of Zdeněk Wirth in the same time period. The chapter number four is about first Labek´s and Wirth´s projects when their started their big cooperation and relationship which (1911?1961) when Zdeněk Wirth died. In this chapter we can find some main institutions like ?Klub Za starou Prahu? or ?Kroužek přátel starožitností v Plzni? that helped Lábek and Wirth to save many historical memories in Pilsen and thanks them they both found future friends and collegues. The chapter number five is about life, work and cooperation of Lábek and Wirth in the ?World War the First? when they fought on the fields of ?Eastern front? but they both still worked on their projects from the museum´s and monument preservation area. The next chapter is about one of the most interesting years of Lábek and Wirth, which were between two world wars when they helped to constitute museum´s organization and monument preservation during the beginning of the Czechoslovak Republic. In this time period Lábek and Wirth wrote many interesting historical titles that have been still updated. They both also hepled each other with their life proffesional and family projects. The next chapter is about life of Wirth and Lábek during the ?World War the Second?, about lifes of their families, work and their revolt against nacistic occupation. In the last two chapters we can read about life periods of Lábek and Wirth after the ?World War the Second? and time periods after fatal year 1948 in Czechoslovakia. Chapter is ended by the death of both personalities. In the last chapters we can find the summary of diploma work, the summary of literature and sources, the edition of 23 interesting letters between Lábek and Wirth and also some visual supplements.

This thesis takes an interest in urbanistic development of Pelhrimov at the turn of 19th and 20th century. It tries to show process of the urbanization basically with an example of this town. It takes a note of evolution of small-towners` esthetical feelings and their approach to the care of historical monuments and it wants to find movers and initiators of architecture changes in the town. From this poit of view it takes an interest in regional section of Club For old Prague mainly. Mambers of the section became advisory authority in questions of rebuilding Pelhrimov during the early 20th century. They arranged contacts with Prague{\crq}s architects and historians of art. There have been realized some interesting projects thanks to them. The most telling was a cooperation with architect Pavel Janak and historian Zdenek Wirth. Pelhrimov rose from small-town{\crq}s culture for a while. But the promotion of new trends in art faced to protests of still conzervative inhabitants.

The backward cooperation of universities with their graduates should be among the priorities of each quality educational institutions, because through this relationship it is possible to obtain invaluable feedback in the form of practical knowledge from the graduates and many other benefits. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the alumni system of the University of Economics in Prague, in comparison with similar systems of other universities and based on this comparison and research results to propose changes for the development of the system. This thesis contains theoretical viewpoints, the characteristics of the selected systems for graduates, their comparison and the suggestion of concrete recommendations for an alumni system of the University of Economics. Part of the thesis is research in the form of a questionnaire survey, in which opinions of graduates and students at University of Economics in the sphere of backward cooperation with the school were collected.

This thesis concerns financing and development of the non-profit organization Jahoda. This organization was created as a civil association and it's main purpose is to help and protect by the social exclusion threatened children and young people. The first part of this thesis, called as a theoretical part, is formed by an analysis of specialized literature and related resources and findings. The second part of the thesis, called as a practical part, is focused on the analysis of non-profit organization's past financing and development. This chapter is devided into two periods (1999 -- 2003 and 2004 -- 2008). The special chapter is formed by an analysis of organization's fund-raising in the year 2009. The main purpose of all analyses is to research organizations's previous funding (e. g. finances from the public budget, philantropy of the companies, individual donators, foundation's allowances). This information is considered to be a backgroud for indicating some of foresighted changes and occasions in the future. The final part of the thesis is formed by the current fund-raising activities which are related to the particular projects. Some of actual project's application forms are described in this part of the thesis and completed applications forms are enclosed to the thesis.

Main aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse current condition of organised tourism of Czech Tourist Club in Middle Bohemian region and suggest arrangements and improvements for its better function. Other aims are potential evaluation of organised tourism in four segments (families, youth, adults and seniors) and finding out the causes of descending number of members.
