This thesis discusses strategic management in sport. There are two main parts in the thesis. First part includes theory about strategic management, strategic management in sport and strategic planning process. In the second part there is a research which analyzes Czech hanball club HC Dukla Prague. The research is qualitive and done by personal interviews with managers, players and spectators of the club. The main purpose of the thesis is to find out how the club works with the strategy and what are the differences between theory of strategy and real actions of the club. In the end there are some recommendations for the club how to improve their strategic planning process.

The target of this thesis is to evaluate current marketing strategy of the Fight Club association. It is a non-profit organization focused on providing karate and fitness classes. Upgrade of the current strategy will be based on the results of SWOT analysis, Porter's competition model and the questionnaire. The result of SWOT analysis is WO strategy. The main weaknesses is the poor financial situation also it has a number of opportunities which can be used for benefit. Porter's model proved that the current position is not clear. In the field of martial arts, the club has a good position in the market. Other fitness centers are stronger than a Fight Club. The main recommendation is to accept a marketing strategy and promote indoor lesson, becauce it is the major business of the club.

The main aim of this thesis is to verify whether the economic cycles have an impact on the economic situation of professional football clubs in the United Kingdom. The reference period are the years 2006 to 2014, which include the recent economic crisis. In the theoretical part, sports club are defined as a firm in accordance with behavioral theory which was selected as the most suitable. Analyzed are the specifics of functioning of sports clubs, such as the method of determining the club's goals. These are among sports clubs, unlike conventional businesses, based on the principle of utility maximization. Furthermore, sporting markets are described, and considered a sports cartel. Described are also different ways of financing of sports clubs, and as the most important nowadays are chosen: gate receipts, broadcasting revenues and sponsorship. As the part of the thesis, the substantial positive effects of analyzed Premier League on the British society is described. These include big tax revenues for the government of United Kingdom. In the 2013, those tax revenues reached 1.3 billion pounds. The practical part of the thesis characterizes Premier League, and subsequently also the selected football clubs, and especially their economic development in the reference period. The data obtained are then coupled with the economic development of United Kingdom. Data reveal that neither club revenues, nor expenses were affected by the economic crisis. Similarly, there was not registered any effect of the crisis on the wages of the clubs employees, nor on the number of staff employed by the clubs.

Title: Transfer regulations in Czech ice hockey and its impacts Objectives: The main goal of this work is, by research, to evaluate the functioning of the current transfer rules in Czech ice hockey and to reveal its shortcomings. Subsequently, to develop proposals for its modifications, which can be applied in the Czech hockey environment. Methods: To obtain the necessary data, the research consists of both quantitative and qualitative parts. Thus, a combination of two methods was used, namely electronic questioning and in-depth interview. The work also used the method of document analysis - the current transfer regulations. The shortcomings and subsequent impacts on the environment of ice hockey have been ascertained from the first expert, and what are the reasons for functioning in current form, from the second one. In both cases, the interview took place as an interview using instructions. Development diagrams were created to interpret the results. To verify the results of in-depth interviews and to find out the possibility of applying potential changes, an electronic survey was conducted among the representatives of individual clubs. The diploma theses named The media response of the company Knižní klub (1992-2018) examines how had the Czech media refered about the publishing house Knižní klub. In the first part of this theses can be found the description of the development of the book market and also of the publishing market throughout the years, starting with the progress of the book printing followed by the description of the historical phases that had impact on the book market. The second part of the diploma theses is dealing with the company Knižní klub and everything related to that. The following chapter describes all the companies that had ever owned the company Knižní klub during the time it has been active on the Czech market. The analysis itself is divided into two big chapters accoring to the time periods. The first chapter analyses chosen printed media that had been active during the years from 1992 to 2013. The second chapter is examining the medialization of the company Knižní klub within the years 2014 to 2019 and for the analysis of the medialization had been used not only printed media but also online media as their influence grew with time. A quantitative analysis has been used to get the results of the analysis in this second chapter.

The purpose of this diploma thesis was to find out what type of therapies exist for pupils with combined disabilities within the Rehabilitation Club at the Special Primary School, what the course of these therapies looks like and what could be potentially improved. As part of the thesis, four research questions are answered. The theoretical part contains of the description of the comprehensive rehabilitation care which is further divided into medical, social, educational (pedagogical) and work rehabilitation. Furthermore, the theoretical part describes the individual therapies falling under the medical and the educational (pedagogical) rehabilitation. Part of the thesis is an introduction and comparison of three various organizations: educational institutions, social services and non-profit organizations. In the practical part, four research questions are defined and answered by using three methods: method of observation, interview and an analysis of pupils' documentation. It is researched what kind of therapies are being used within the Rehabilitation Club, how they are being executed, their frequency and the type of children undergoing them. The main aim of the thesis are the French language courses organized by the French- Czech club in Kladno. We deal with every single course in the club, we mention the visitors of this courses and also the motivation of these students.
