Restaurace s příležitostnou hudební produkcí

The intention of this thesis is to design and develop the necessary technical documentation for a wooden restaurant with occasional music production. The restaurant is divided into a smoking section and a non-smoking section, in which there would be the room for the occasional musical production. The restaurant is located on the outskirts of Kopřivnice on a gentle slope and is partially embedded in it. The underground part of the building is made up of a suitable masonry material. The skeleton of BSH prisms forms the bearing structure of super terrestrial part of the restaurant. The peripheral shell of the building is non-bearing. The majority of it will be glassed with isolating triple-glass and in addition with diffusely closed wall construction system. The building is provided with the flat vegetation roof. Finally the price of realization is specified

My thesis is titled Theatre as a free vision of the world (theatre and jazz). I deal with my search for connections between music and acting artistic expression during the study, which began at the conservatory – saxophone department. From acting lessons and later works in the school theatre Disk I choose the moments that helped me to find my own „jazz“ acting approach and „liberation" on the stage and its subsequent use in later professional life.

Vybrané aspekty hospodaření profesionálních hokejových klubů v České republice

This diploma thesis deals with the economy of professional hockey clubs in the Czech Republic. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part is about intangible assets in according to Czech accounting legislation and also in according to the international accounting standards (IAS/IFRS). Intangible assets (especially the player's contracts) are important for the operation of sports clubs. In the practical part are used selected methods of financial and correlation analysis for evaluation of individual clubs from the perspective of financial and economic view. These methods are also used for a determination of the relationship between the economic crisis and the economy of clubs. In the diploma thesis is also suggested a solution for reporting sports contracts according to IAS/IFRS.

The practical part is presented in detail, information system made-to-measure USK FM Jindrichuv Hradec and is compared with offerings of software companies in its development.

This thesis deals with the valuation of the Czech football clubs. The aim of this thesis is to define the value of selected Czech football clubs. For this purpose, we selected two Czech football clubs. It is a professional club Bohemians 1905 Praha and an amateur club FC Melnik. Company valuation is based on data from publicly available sources. The theoretical part deals with the concepts of valuation, valuation approaches, the functioning of football in the Czech Republic and the specifics of doing business in this branch. The practical part applies the selected methods to individual clubs and sets the value of clubs. In the process of valuation the clubs are presented and their analysis is worked out. CVM and asset metod are applied for the valuation itself.

The purpose of my Master's Thesis is to determine the value of the SK Slavia Praha a.s. as of 30.06.2013. I focus on comparing differences between valuation of classical manufaturing company and valuation of sport club in theoretical part. I describe suitable methods for valuation of company and apparatus, that I chose to valuation of club of course in theoretical part. I use financial analysis to analyse main indicators, which affect the value of company in practical part. I use yield and property method for valuation. Property method is more meaningful due to the fact that company does not have profit in recent years. Sports club in the Czech Republic are not traded on stock market unfortunately, so we can't compare result with anything. On the other hand Slavia changed owners recenty unfortunately, so estimate value could be based on the price which current owner bought it, but this value is only for comparison, relative to situation which club was at that time.

This Master's Thesis is focused on sports marketing of professional ice hockey club, which plays the highest league in the Czech Republic. It is ice hockey club called Pirates Chomutov. The aim is to show the status of marketing in a professional hockey club and describe it, analyze the process of changing club's identity and the relocation of this club into a new arena, analyze the marketing environment and create own proposals and recommendations that could be used in future. The theoretical part is based on knowledge of the issues and describes the specifics of the sports marketing and management, marketing environment, marketing mix of this club and the current trends in marketing. The practical part is focused on the process of changing club's identity, organizational and budget structure, analysis of marketing environment and marketing mix with an emphasis on communication. Own proposals, ideas and recommendations are presented at the end of this part. Contribution of this work is revelation of the issues and trends that relate to sports area, studying the topic in one of the fastest growing ice hockey clubs in the Czech Republic. All is completed by own proposals and recommendations.

The main objective is in the first part to describe the concept of social media and their types, and consequently their use by individuals in sports, sports clubs and the organization of sporting events. In the second part is the main objective to determine whether physical educational associations and sports clubs in the Central Region using social media and if so, what kinds of social media. This finding is based on own research with a focus on certain factors that can usage of social media affect. The two main objectives are followed by two additional goals. The first is to compare the use of social media in the USA and the Czech Republic, the other is creation of social network page on Facebook for physical educational association Sokol Vysoký Újezd.

Oceňování fotbalových klubů v Evropě / Valuation of the European football clubs

The thesis deals with the valuation of the European football clubs. The main aim of the thesis is to determine the value of the English football club Arsenal FC for the purpose of entering a potential investor to the company. The value of the club refers to the May 31 2012. Valuation is based on data from publicly available sources, mainly information from the annual reports of the club are used. First, the basic valuation terms and methods are explained. Then specifics of football environment and approaches for valuation of sport clubs are discussed. Subsequently, financial and strategic analysis of the company is applied in the process of valuation. The yield method of discounted free cash flow to the firm (FCFF) is applied for the company valuation. Asset methods (book value of property and property valuation on the principle of market prices) and market method (market capitalization) are used as additional methods.
