This master's these is considering the relationship between achievement goals and parenting styles. In the theoretic part of the thesis there are described current findings in the area of development individual achievement goals until adolescence from the viewpoint of social cognitive theory and the role of parents in this process. Research is aimed at establishing working model of the PALS questionnaire in Czech Republic and relationship of achievement goals and family parenting styles in students of 7th , 8th and 9th grade of mainly Prague elementary schools. Results show the need to modify PALS questionnaire in the manner that would better reflect the difference between performance- approach and performance-avoidance goals. The diploma thesis is focused on mapping and analysis of the possibilities of using cloud computing from the point of view of a pedagogical worker at a level of higher secondary education by using a suitable method of evaluation and comparison of cloud technologies. A part of the work is devoted to ICT competences of teachers and possibilities of their further development in the field of cloud computing, withal focusing on models and programs of ICT competencies development, more precisely digital competences of national and international significance. In the practical part of the thesis, a research is carried out among pedagogical staff at secondary schools in the Czech Republic which is focused on the use of cloud computing with emphasis on competence, activities and work of pedagogical worker. The results of the research are summarized as recommendations for further practice.

(abstrakt v anglickém jazyce) The main contents of this dissertation (diploma paper) is a study of jurisdiction of The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic and of The Federal Constitutional Court of Germany and their comparison. The first part of this work describes in brief the genesis of the constitutional jurisdiction and its two basic types. Afterwards there is characterized the constitutional jurisdiction in Germany and in the Czech Republic and next there is described legal regulation and organisation of the German and Czech constitutional courts. Further I deal with the jurisdiction of constitutional courts (of european continental type) in general. In the second part of this work, first I give a general idea about jurisdiction of the German and Czech constitutional courts. After it I already deal with analysis of their single, selected competences - in the concrete: regulation control (judicial review), constitutional complaint, judicial review of international conventions and questions of jurisdiction. I have not focused on the other competences, which the both constitutional courts dispose of. This diploma thesis is concerned with the entry of economical secondary school graduates into the labour market. It explores the knowledge and abilities (know-how) that the students should acquire to be able to enter their jobs successfully, without significant difficulties. The thesis also provides recommendations for better preparation of students.

My dissertation is focused on description of characteristics which are connected with competences. The main aim of my work has been to set up the manager competences. After the analysis among the students of Faculty of Management we found which competences were obtained during our studies and which ones we had already had when we came to faculty. In my theoretical part I described the manager as a personality including all his competences, their development and the methods of developing. Practical part deals with analysis among the students of Faculty of Management, evaluation and presentation of the results in the form of the charts and graphs.

Petra Šebešová Abstract: The thesis presents a first attempt to propose a complete didactic conception of philosophy education at secondary schools in the Czech Republic. This diploma thesis has theoretic - empirical character. The thesis is focused on self - assessment proces of pupil on the firt level of primary school. The aim of the work is to ensure and to interpret which of methods and resources the teacher have used for evaluation during the guidance of first grade - pupils to their self - assessment. The theoretical part focuses on purpose and reason of self - assessment and it's position in evaluation procedurs of teacher and on pupil's develipment, which is very essential for self - assessment, too. This part is concentrated on teacher's copmetencies which are very important for his - her option to lead pupils to the assessment. The practical part is based on cognitire investigation. This master’s thesis is devoted to investigation of the issues connected with the competence and personal development of the employees at manager positions. The thesis consists of four parts. In the first part, the questions connected with competence are detailed. The second part deals with selected problematic of staff-testing and the following part describes the possibilities of personal development and further education of employees. The last part is devoted to the practical application of the theoretical knowledge’s in real working environment. The conclusions in the form of recommended changes are also included in this part.
