Návrh sondy vířivých proudů a její aplikace pro zkoušení kompozitních leteckých konstrukcí / Eddy Current Probe Design and its Application on Aircraft Composite Structures

Boháčová, Marie January 2017 (has links)
This thesis deals with design of an eddy current transducer which enables non-destructive inspection of composite aircraft structures primarily carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) in areas of manufacture and maintenance. The design of the transducer is based on analytical-experimental approach and its electrical and mechanical parameters were optimized to ensure a good signal to noise ratio at the six composite samples. These samples contain artificial discontinuities in the form of various types of defects. These defects are simulating the various types of damage created in the aircraft structure, especially delamination or thickness changes of composite materials. The experimental measurements, data collection and non-destructive evaluation were performed during the period. The result of this work is functional eddy current probe, which is reliably able to detect some damage of the carbon composite structures to the depth of 3,9 mm.

Komplexní diagnostika stavebně statického stavu objektu / Complex diagnostics static structural condition of the building

Voltr, Vojtěch January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the problems of revitalization of historical objects. The theoretical part describes the technologies for static reinforcing and rehabilitation of vertical and horizontal bearing structures for a purpose of increasing the general stiffness of the object. As the practical part a static design project is made for reinforcing of the bearing walls and also for the general reconstruction of the slab. The slab is designed as the composite timber-concrete structure. The design project of the slab is economically compared with other variants. The designs are made for an existing object of the old restaurant in the village Velichovky.

Kompozitní tisk pro 3D FDM tiskárnu / Composite printing for 3D FDM printer

Műller, Jakub January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the study of 3D printing based on the FDM method. This method focuses on the possibility of using two extruders it means that the composite parts can be printed. This diploma thesis describes the available variants of composite printing currently on the market. Based on the gained knowledge and the availability of 3D printers and software, individual variants of composite parts were printed. A tensile test was performed on these samples to determine the strength characteristics. Additionally, compatibility and adhesion of two selected materials were tested. Based on the testing is made an evaluation of the achieved results, effectiveness and feasibility.

Technologická analýza využitelnosti nových typů termosetických materiálů pro konstrukci světlometů / Technological analysis of the usability of new thermosetting materials for the construction of headlamps

Rašner, Martin January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis presents the usability of a new thermosetting material BMC for the construction of a car headlight. In the theoretical part there are described headlights, basic characteristics and properties of plastics focussing on polymer composite materials and material testing. The practical part deals with the processing of test samples for mechanical testing by compression moulding and also with the production of real samples of reflectors and carrier frames by injection moulding. The evaluation is based on comparison of the results of the performed tests of alternative material and the currently used BMC TETRADUR TD 492/2 in HELLA Autotechnik Nova s.r.o. Basic physical-mechanical properties such as strength, stiffness, toughness and hardness are tested and monitored. The reflectors and carrier frames are assembled into the headlight and then tested according to legal and customers´ requirements for climate and vibration resistance and photometry.

Návrh a výroba kompozitního kola vozidla Formule Student / Composite Formula Student Wheel

Jelínek, Josef January 2019 (has links)
This master thesis represents a step forward in vehicle dynamics of TU Brno Racing Formula Student team from Brno University of Technology monoposts. A detailed research focused on light automotive wheels. Its main part is to design and make a composite wheel for a formula monopost Dragon 9. The wheel design was formed from the rules side, car packaging, forces acting and limits of composite parts production. There’s a collection of CAD documentation of wheel designs, moulds and connected fixtures. The designed moulds for hollow carbon fiber wheels were manufactured. The technology in making of composite wheels is described in detail. Also, the ways of testing the wheel before a straight use on a race car were designed. There are several wheel prototypes made as an outcome of this thesis. The wheel design is reviewed in terms of functionality and manufacturing side of things.

Komplexní iontová analýza složení antikorozních vrstev / Complex ion beam based depth profiling of anticorrosive layers

Holeňák, Radek January 2019 (has links)
Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá implementací metody rentgenové emisne indukované částicemi do experimentálního uspořádání za účelem doplnění rodiny metod založených na iontových technikách, tj. Rutherfordovy zpětné rozptylové spektrometrie, spektrometrie elastického zpětného rozptylu a analýzy detekce doby letu/energie elastického odrazu.
