Energeticky úsporná budova kina s galerií / Energy efficient building of cinema and gallery

Kučírek, Pavel January 2022 (has links)
The aim of the master project is to design a new building of the cinema with gallery and to design technical equipment. The building is „L“ shaped, the half of the building is single-storey and the other half is two-storey, there is no basement. The most important rooms are on the ground floor – gallery, cinema, foyer and staff rooms. On the second floor there is projector room, sound engineer room, recording room and other sound adjusting rooms. The vertical loadbearing and non-loadbearing walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks, horizontal structure are cast-in-place reinforced slabs, the roof is flat. There is a reinforced concrete staircase that leads to the second floor, the building is insulated by ETICS. There are 4 HVAC units designed in the building, units are controlled with monitoring and controlling unit, also there are photovoltaics and rainwater storage systems designed. The project and visualizations were made in the ArchiCAD, MS excel, DEK, Halton HIT, AeroCAD software. Experiment validates measured data with mathematical analytics model that I used in 7 theoretical models of ventilator controlling possibilities to achieve energy savings. Re-sults will be compared and assessed.

Výskyt purinergních receptorů P2 a jejich úloha v intracelulární vápníkové signalizaci neonatálních hypofyzárních buněk / Expression of purinergic P2 receptors and their role in intracellular calcium signaling of neonatal pituitary cells

Šprláková, Katarína January 2014 (has links)
This diploma thesis focuses on study of the expression of purinergic receptors P2X and P2Y in the cells of neonatal adenohypofysis. Purinergic receptors are activated by binding of extracellular ATP and their activation leads to an increase in intracellular concentrations of calcium ions. The aim of this thesis was to determine by microfluorimetry method whether neonatal pituitary cells contain purinergic receptors. In addition, the influence of various agonists and antagonists of purinergic receptors on intracellular concentrations of ions Ca2+ in neonatal pituitary cells was monitored. The influence of extracellular ATP on secretion of a luteinizing hormone was observed by radioimmunoassay and it was compared with the effect of a hormone GnRH. It was found that neonatal pituitary cells are less sensitive to extracellular ATP than adult pituitary cells, but the relative sensitivity to other agonists of purinergic receptors is similar to the one of adult pituitary cells. In the mixed population of neonatal pituitary cells there were identified ATP- and 2 MeSATP- sensitive purinergic receptors P2X, as well as ADP-sensitive receptors P2Y. Further, the BzATP-sensitive receptors P2X7, PPADS-sensitive receptors P2X2 and BDBD-sensitive receptors P2X4 were identified. Finally, it was proved that...

Studium elektrických a fotoelektrických jevů v organických polovodičích / Study of electric and photoelectric effects in organic semiconductors

Chomutová, Radka January 2016 (has links)
This work studies various electrical properties of polymer layers of polyaniline, polythiophenes and poly(((benzothiadiazol)4,7-di(thien-2-yl)-5,6-difluoro-2,1,3-benzothiadiazol). Goal of this work is to determine electrical and photoelectrical properties as are electric conductivity, mobility of the free charge carriers, work function of the electrons and diffusion length of excitons. Conductivity was obtained through current and voltage contacts, mobility was measured by CELIV method (charge extraction by linearly increasing voltage). To determine work function a Kelvin probe was built and utilized. Diffusion length of excitons was determined from photovoltage spectrum formed by illuminating space charge region of the polymer.Space charge region on surface of the polymer can arise spontaneously or by laying suitable contact electrode. Pozornost žáků středních škol během procesu učení při použití špuntů do uší / Attention of high school students with the use of earplugs during the learning process

Doležalová, Pavlína January 2019 (has links)
Attention is a complex ability, which significantly contributes to the process of intentional learning. On the theoretical level, this thesis focuses on the types and theories of attention related to the effective management of school demands. More specifically, it focuses on the development period of older school age and adolescence, i. e. secondary school pupils. The paper analyzes the results of scientific studies that have been focused on the research of attention and its properties (e.g. stability, concentration or selectivity). The work is focused on examining whether a low-cost compensation aid - here earplugs - can improve concentration and stability of attention during learning. Furthermore, the work briefly mentions the physiological basis of the functioning of this cognitive process. The conclusion of the theoretical part of the paper maps the current possibilities of diagnostics of attention, especially in children and adolescents. There are also sporadic mentions of selected attention disorders (e.g. ADD, ADHD), which are closely related (not only) to learning. In the empirical part of the thesis, a quantitative research is described, using several different tests of attention. The research question is whether and how the attention (concentrating) and, where appropriate, the...

Transport oxidu uhličitého listem hypostomatických rostlin / Carbon dioxide transport through the hypostomatous plant leaf

NEUWIRTHOVÁ, Jitka January 2015 (has links)
Mesophyll conductance is (together with stomatal conductance) a crucial component of diffusion limitations of photosynthesis and it is important to understand the mechanisms of CO2 fluxes through the leaves. Here I tested a new technique for estimation of drawdown in CO2 concentration across hypostomatous leaves based on carbon isotope composition (13C) of leaf cuticle and cuticular waxes isolated from opposite leaf sides.

Jóga s dětmi jako součást intervenčních aktivit u dětí mladšího školního věku s poruchou pozornosti / Yoga a a part of intervention for school age children with attention deficit disorder

Jiskrová, Lada January 2018 (has links)
The diploma thesis surveys the school age children's personality with attention deficit disorder, yoga and its exercise, relaxation techniques and its positive affect on them. The work shows yoga postures' detailed description, sun salutation and the whole lecture. The aim was to bring in yoga exercise to reduce ADHD symptoms and to find out how can regular yoga exercise affect school behavior and self-perceived stress level. By this experiment was used data analysis and presence observing as the survey methods. The current study found that regular yoga exercise at school has slight change in the participants' ADHD symptoms and school behavior. The current study found no change in the participants' self-perceived stress level. Participants viewed yoga as both physical activity and relaxation.

Vliv jógového e-learningového programu na rozvoj pozornosti u dětí mladšího školního věku. / Influence of the Yoga E-learning Programme on the Concentration Development in Primary School Children.

BARTOŠOVÁ, Jana January 2014 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to investigate the possibility of educational and health education in the area of attention and concentration in children of primary school age through yoga exercisesand e -learning. The aim of the study was to analyze the issue, suggest, process and implement the intervention program based on yoga techniques so that children of that age group can develop attention, concentration, resilience in mental and physical realm and healthy self-confidence. The theoretical part defines the necessary concepts for this work, which are: children of primary school age, attention, yoga and computer technology. The research provides evidence of a positive response in the target group for the intervention program " Attention in us" in the spotlight. The entire intervention consisted of initial and final testing d2 test of attention and application of the intervention program, which took place both in school physical education lessons and in the form of autoedukace at home using e -learning version of the program for 3 months. The results confirm the hypothesis. Conclusions and recommendations point to the appropriateness of including yoga, breathing and relaxation exercises in the context of school education. Using modern technologies that are part of today almost every family can in an undemanding way incorporate yoga into the home environment in the context of their free time and support their health on all levels in this way.

Řešení radonu ve vybraných středních školách v Jihočeském kraji / Radon solutions in selected high schools in South Bohemia

PICHLOVÁ, Irena January 2018 (has links)
The principal aim of this diploma thesis was to monitor radon volume activity from the ground at the buildings of selected high schools in the South Bohemian Region. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis was processed by secondary data analysis. With the help of professional literature, valid legislation and Internet texts, radon problems were analyzed. I dealt with the penetration of radon from the subsoil, water and construction material into the buildings. Furthermore, its biological effects on human health, radon program, subsidies and legislation regulating radon problems. The research was proceed through a qualitative search using secondary data analysis. The needful data for the research part of the diploma thesis I got from my own measurement of radon volume activity in five high schools in the South Bohemian Region, supplemented by the measurement of carbon dioxide. I measured the radon volume activity with the continual monitor Radim 5B and the carbon dioxide concentration with the Wöhler KM 410 for climate assessment. Measured result values were processed using special programs on the computer and the results were displayed in graphs. The measurements made it clear that in selected schools up to one have not a greater problem with radon. From the measured values of carbon dioxide concentrations is evident that in schools is not enough ventilation, and the insulation of the building and the replacement of the windows on behalf of Eurowindows plastic or wooden has an fundamental effect. Consequently, the concentration of radon is then higher than it could be. In view of these facts, it would be advisable to carry out a ventilation system in schools or create vents in the masonry to ensure that clean air is drawn into the building.

Zdroje rizika chladících zařízení s amoniakem a jejich případné havarijní dopady / Risk sources of ammonia refrigeration equipment and their possible impacts

MIRANDOVÁ, Růžena January 2010 (has links)
I have decided to deal with the issue of "Risk Sources of Ammonia Cooling Systems and Their Eventual Accidental Impacts" as the risk of leakage from the cooling systems using ammonia as a coolant still prevails these days. Eventual accidental leakage simulation models were applied to several winter stadiums using ammonia as a coolant. Based on these results, it has been assessed how dangerous these sources for the citizens living in their surroundings are and measures to increase safety were suggested, too.

Koncentrace řízení a její meze / Concentration of proceedings and its limits

Choreňová, Tatiana January 2016 (has links)
This thesis is concerned with "concentration of proceedings" and its limits. Concentration of proceedings is a means of ensuring expeditious, economical and effective civil process. In Czech law, it applies in particular in the contentious proceedings. Concentration of proceedings is closely related to the principle of concentration which one of the general principles of civil law procedure, and is opposed to the principle of unitary process. The concentration of proceedings may take place at several points in time in the process in connection with the end of the preparatory meeting, of the first hearing and the announcement of the first instance judicial ruling. The concentration of proceedings is necessarily interconnected with the "principle of partial appelation" which applies in appeal proceedings against first instance judicial rulings under the Act. No. 99/1963 Coll., civil procedure act, as amended. The application of the concentration of proceedings also relates to the concept of "qualified call for response". In fact, it is not uncommon that the functioning of concentration of proceedings is misunderstood, including by the courts themselves who often misapply the relevant provisions of the civil procedure act with the view of avoiding concentration of proceedings. In my practical...
