Vliv zkrmování různých forem zinku na krevní parametry koní

Kochová, Agata January 2015 (has links)
The experiment was based on the feeding of feed additive, which was composed of vitamins, methionine, zinc and copper in organic form (amino acid complex n-hydrate). The experiment was 14 horses divided into two groups (test and control group). The experimental group was the basic ration, which also received a control group, added over a period of nine months, a feed additive. During the experiment, 5 samples were taken from which the detected concentration of some mineral elements (Ca, Fe, Mg, Cu, Zn) and various biochemical parameters (glucose, aspartate aminotransferase, urea, bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase). Administration of a feed additive was a statistically significant (P <0.05) increase in the zinc content of the original 5828 mg +- 1.67 10.57 +- 0.79 four milligrams. The copper content in the control sampling was 10.737 +- 2.46 and statistically significantly increased to 12.698 +- 1.74 mg. Check sampling contained 4.58 +- 0.56 mmol / l glucose, the last collection and showed no significant difference statistically insignificant (P <0.01) was 4.45 +- 0.46 mmol/l. In the control sampling was determined the average number of aspartate aminotransferase to 2.46 +- 0.48 mikromol/l, which is due to the administration of feed additives statistically insignificant (P <0.01) increased to 3.37 +- 0.71 mikromol/l.. Blood urea is statistically insignificant (P <0.01) did not change much, the initial value of 5.86 +- 1.20 mmol / l decreased to 5.75 +- 1.17 mmol / l. Bilirubin is statistically insignificant (P <0.01) without significant deviation from the initial 14.61 +- 5.45 mikromol/l slightly increased to 14.78 +- 6.41 mikromol/l.. Alkaline phosphatase statistically significant (P <0.05) increased from 1.98 +- 0.34 mikromol/l to 3.18 +- 0.66 mikromol/l.

Vliv zkrmování barevných pšenic na krevní parametry u laboratorního potkana

Krajčiová, Paula Unknown Date (has links)
The thesis studies an influence of pigmented wheat Konini, Skorpion and UC 66049 on blood parameters. The tested animals were rats of strain Wistar albino. The experiment was performed on 20 male rats which were divided into 4 groups. Each group was fed with wheat granules. There were Konini group, Skorpion group and UC group. The fourth control group was fed with granules from common wheat Vánek. During the experiment subjects weighted every third day and weight gain and the feed consumption were recorded. After 11 weeks blood was collected from the rats and blood plasma was obtained from it. The biochemical profile of the blood plasma was analysed using the Ellipse analyser. The results showed the demonstrable effect of Skorpion wheat on the increase in alkaline phosphatase in the blood compared to blue wheat UC 66049. The effect of Wheat UC 66049 on cholesterol lowering in blood was also demonstrated. The processing was used ANOVA statistical method using the Scheffe test.

Vliv technologie ustájení na parametry vnitřního prostředí koní

Hueberová, Svatava January 2016 (has links)
This paper is targeted on influence of various factors on biochemical blood parameters of horses, especially influence of housing management, physical aktivit, or stress. Its goal is to evaluace knowledge about blood content and use of biochemical indicators in horse dinase diagnostics. Also, brief chapter is dedicated to alternative pasture management, so called paddlock paradise. The second part of this work is experimental. The experiment took place on Tlumačov stud farm. There we took samples from 18 horses in period of 4 months. Results were established in laboratory and later evaluated by one-way ANOVA statistical method.

Změny vybraných krevních parametrů koní

MACHÁČKOVÁ, Hana January 2019 (has links)
Laminitis is one of the most common multifactorial diseases of horse limbs. Recent studies show that 90% of this disease is due to endocrinological diseases such as Cushing's syndrome or equine metabolic syndrome. In available literature, there is not much relevant information on the relationship of laminitis to hematological and biochemical blood parameters. This diploma thesis "Changes in selected blood parameters of horses" evaluates biochemical and haematological blood parameters in connection with laminitis in 27 sick horses. It statistically compares the differences in blood parameters between healthy and sick horses.

Možnosti využití potravních doplňků v prevenci a péči o zdraví telat / Possibilities of use of food supplements in prevention and health care calves

PÁNIKOVÁ, Monika January 2015 (has links)
The basis for a successful cattle production is the proper care taking of pregnant cows as well as a sufficient care taking of the new-born calves. During the last years, a big attention has been given to this area because the higher farming quality the higher economic benefits and the lower losses in meat and milk yield will be respectively. For this reason, an influence of different feed supplements (Lactovita, Biopolym, Homeopathics) on haematological and biochemical parameters as well as an effect on weight gain and amounts of microorganisms in new-born calves has been studied. The specific aim of this thesis is to evaluate an influence of these supplements on incidences of diarrhea, microbial activity and to assess its effect on selected haematological and biochemical blood parameters. Three experimental and one control group (ten calves per each) were set up in the chosen company. The experimental groups had a modified feeding ratio between the first and the fourth week of life the calves received either colostrum + 5ml "PVB" homeopathic or colostrum + 5 ml "Biopolym" prebiotics or colostrum + 1 pill of "Lactovita", while the control group received colostrum without supplement. The first day after birth, a blood sample and a microbial smear sample were taken. Second sample collection was carried out in the fourth week of life. The calves were weighed every week. Obtained data were processed graphically and in tables and were statistically evaluated. The influence of mentioned feed additives on weight gain and diarrhea occurrence was evaluated from the obtained results. The most of haematological and biochemical parameters have approximately the same values compared to those found by other authors. There were no significant differences in monitored parameters in the experimental groups compared to the control group. Furthermore, no influence was found on blood parameters. Only in case of zinc a significant difference was found between treated groups and control (p=0,0012). Changes between the treated groups (independently on control) were observed in haematocrit, total protein content, cholesterol, zinc and copper. Non-significant differences between the tested groups and control were found in haemoglobin, erythrocytes, leukocytes, glycaemia, urea, LF, GMT, phosphorus, calcium and magnesium. No impact of tested supplements was found on microbial composition. A positive effect of Lactovita, Biopolym and Homeopathic compared to the control group was found in case of weight gain. The obtained results show some positive trends which should be a subject for further research, where total amount of calves per groups is increased to reduce variability.
