The topic of this thesis is a comparison of current legal regulation of property sale and its future modification, according to the wording of the new Civil Code. In the individual chapters are respectively described the most crucial aspects of this area in a perspective of current Civil code and the wording of the proposal, including evaluation of potential impacts of the changes to law practice. At the beginning of this work are definitions of main terms of property law, especially definition of the property itself, as it is being subject to quite essential changes in the new Civil Code. Single chapter deals with the rule "superficies solo cedit," which is intended to be renewed. Apart from the short summary of origin and development of this principle, this passage focuses primarily on the reasons, which led our legislatives to abandon this rule in 1950's and subsequently identifies reasons for its present reinstallation. There is description of the process of property sale in the following chapters. It consists of two separate parts, a property law and obligation law aspects. 1 Abstract The purpose of this thesis is to illustrate problems that arise in the transfer of ownership of real property using purchase agreement. The main reason for my research in this field is the undeniable importance of purchase transfer of ownership of real property and its economic significance. The thesis is divided into introduction and conclusion with five different chapters in between, each chapter dealing with a different characteristic or problem that might arise while concluding purchase agreement. Chapter One is introductory and defines purchase agreement on real property transfer in general and is subdivided into five parts. Part One describes historical evolution. Part Two deals with its modification in connection with Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (hereinafter "New Civil Code"). Part Three describes main characteristics of purchase agreement on transfer of real property. Part Four in its three sub-parts deals with essential requirements of purchase agreement on transfer of real property, which are subject, purchase price and identification of contracting parties. Práce se zaobírá nákupním chováním českého spotřebitele, definuje rámec nákupního chování a vlivy, které ovlivňují nákupní chování spotřebitelů. Dále obsahuje vysvětlení kupního rozhodovacího procesu a jeho etap. Praktická část popisuje současnou všeobecnou situaci v České republice, zabývá se maloobchodními řetězci a odhaluje postoje a chování specifické právě pro české spotřebitele. Tato část navíc obsahuje zpracování výsledků průzkumu Market&Media&Lifestyle společnosti Median z roku 2004 a postihuje odlišnosti nákupního chování mužů a žen a rozdíly v nákupním chování mezi věkovými kategoriemi.

This thesis is focused on private brands and their impact on consumer behavior. Goal of this thesis is to define impact of dm drogerie private brands on consumer behavior. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on secondary research. Then I described consumer behavior and their decision process by synthesis and comparison from different authors. The practical part of this thesis aims on attributes of private brands including their advantages and disadvantages and evaluation of current state of consumer's perception of dm drogerie's private brands. Further on it analyzes marketing mix of drugstore chains. All information regarding this topic was completed by survey and my further research. All suggested recommendations were based on acquired information.

This thesis deals with the consumers´ behavior when buying coffee in the Czech Republic. The aim is to evaluate the factors, which influence the consumer's decision to purchase and consume coffee. The theoretical part explains terms: consumer, consumer behavior, decision-making process, the role of consumer shopping and marketing research. The practical part includes information about the coffee market from the perspective of cultivation, consumption, export and import of coffee into the Czech Republic. It also discusses the market share of coffee corporations, identifies the major coffee chains operating in the coffee market in the Czech Republic and informs about the impact of coffee consumption on the human body. The part of the work is survey research, whereby are determined the addictions, which are exploring mutual value of the selected factors. In the final part of the thesis summarizes the results of which form the basis for the proposals and recommendations of the manufacturer and suggestions for the improvement of marketing communications. The result of this thesis is to create a model of consumer behavior when buying coffee in the Czech Republic.

This master thesis is focused on the analysis of consumer behaviour on the sporting goods market, especially cycling and skiing products. I connected and used in practice my long-lasting interest and experience in both those sports with my knowledge of consumer behaviour gained during my university of economics study. In the beginning of the thesis, there is described theory of consumer decision-making and market segmentation. The core part of the thesis is dedicated to analysis of research. Its goals are to gain complete overview about consumer behaviour on sporting goods market and about consumer preferences, to phrase typical consumer behaviour of cyclists and skiers, to compare their behaviour, find their common and different parts and deduce an appropriate recommendation for retailers.

The thesis also provides suggestions on application of results in clinic's marketing communication.

There is described the cultural, social, personal and psychological factors that influence consumer decision-making, and stages of purchase decision making process. The following chapters describe characteristics of Czech consumers, specific methods of furniture retailers and evaluation of the furniture market in the Czech Republic. The last chapter is devoted to the results of a questionnaire survey concerning the purchasing behavior of consumers in the market of furniture and household accessories.
