The main objective is to compare qualification requirements of public works contracts in the field of water management structures. The analysis was performed on four specific public contracts, with an analysis of the differences between them were found. Public contract, open procedure, simplified sub-limit management, qualification, qualification requirements, the sponsor, the expected value, the law on public contracts.

This master's thesis deals with the specification, design and implementation of a supporting tool for vocational qualification verification. At the beginning the project management is described in terms of the international standards and certifications. Then the requirements for the developed system are specified, the design of the system is created and the implementation of the prototype is described. The tool is designed as a web application simplifying the certification process from the point of submitting the application to the passing the examination. This tool provides a configurable system of the electronic tests and examinations, which can be customized to the requirements of various certifications.

This study combines linguistic and economic points of view to deliver insights into two national translation services markets. Translation services form a relatively large market and provide quite a high number of jobs globally. In this industry, which is largely unregulated by government bodies, translation agencies have the potential to act as quality warrantors by applying elaborate quality-assurance procedures and requiring their freelance translators to possess certain qualifications. A controversial yet widely mentioned qualification is being a native speaker of a specific language. Drawing on a critique of the conventional "native speaker" concept and on insights from economics, Language Management Theory, and critical discourse analysis, this study investigates how the native-speaker status, along with other translator qualifications, is used as an argument for higher quality and a higher price in marketing and price-setting strategies of translation agencies in the Czech Republic and Germany when it comes to a technical translation into a non-local language. The goal of this thesis was to analyze current motivation system in a selected company and a proposal for further training opportunities. The work is characterized by MOTOR JIKOV Fostron, a long-established system of education in the company and education in times of economic crisis. One of the marketing research ? questioning in the form of questionnaires and interview - was applied in the thesis. The analysis revealed the deficiencies of the motivation system, for which were proposed measures for their elimination. Based on these deficiencies and suggestions for improvements have been recommended further staff training opportunities - in the form of Training internal communications, Employee assessment, E-learning and Operational programme Human resources and employment.

The task of the dissertation is an analyse and a summary of problematic of increasing and widespreading of training in the concrete enterprise. The starting point for analyse is the finding out of the basic indicators. The analyses of all system connected with this problematic is followed by the assessment of the found data from the area of education -including improving and widespreading of training , personal planning and care of emploeeyes. Along with all above mentioned , the target of my dissertation is to make some suggestion and to take some measures for possible changes connected with education or social issues. The result of this survey is an improving suggestion related to assessment of effectivness of the gained knowledge - and their using in practice. I have made two assessment forms (they have form of survey) . The next part of my dissertation considers about the state policy of employment. There is (except of role of Labour Bureau, tools of active policy of employment, information about programmes for support of new labour places) also a mention about the financial state support. For this task (and for meeting of each of these targets) I have chosen the enterprise with headquarters in České Budějovice, called Jihočeská plynárenská, joint stock company.

This thesis deals with the training of workers with children and youth and the sight of employees with volunteer opportunities for their further education. The texts are logically arranged by topic. Firstly, it defines the terms used and then addresses the issue of qualifications for the job working with children and young people and according to the Law on Education Staff and National Occupations System. Out staff also work addresses the conditions of education volunteers working with children and youth. Shows what should have knowledge, skills and competence. Last but not least, the thesis briefly defines the relevant documents relating to the training of teachers and addresses the topic of institutions offering further education of teachers. In conclusion, we work validates knowledge in qualitative research with six respondents.

The main aim of this thesis is to examine the educational and occupational structure of non-EU labour migration to the Czech Republic. Using insights from human capital theory and the sociology of migration this thesis explores the extent to which there is an educational-occupational mismatch among non-EU migrant workers in the Czech Republic. This thesis uses currently available statistical data and evidence from qualitative and quantitative sociological studies. The dissertation exploits data from two unique surveys conducted by the Institute of Sociology, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic in 2006 and 2010.

Uplatnitelnost absolventů škol ve společnosti vědění / Success of school leavers in the knowledge society

The thesis concentrates on unintended consequences of putting emphasis on education in the current society and their impacts on labour market success of school graduates as well as on fulfilment of employers needs from the perspective of occupying job positions in accordance with the demographic aging of the population. The thesis is trying to answer the question, if education has an adequate influence on the social mobility as it was in the recent past. The author is also trying to suggest possible solutions of the situation occurred on the labour market from the viewpoint of the qualified labour shortage with lower educational level, especially in the secondary sector. Possibilities are seen in the consistent assertion of the LLL conception, increasing the relevance of the education content and adapting to the changing requirements of qualifications through of cooperation between schools and employers. Last but not least the thesis also draws attention to the need of relevant information about the labour market development and chances of graduates to find a job in the chosen field.
