The theoretical part of this diploma thesis describes methods of incoming inspection with an emphasis on statistical sampling by attributes. The practical part contains an analysis of the qualifying process of suppliers and an analysis of the system of incoming inspection in the Kollmorgen Company. The outcome of the thesis is the system of sampling plans, review of the qualification process and setting up a parameter for monitoring the released parts into serial production.

The issue of responsibility will always be actual in all human activities. In the construction industry and real estate engineering, the impact of human activities always have a tangible link, it seems to be the assessment of duties and responsibility of each participant seemingly simple. The opposite is true, however, as construction and real estate business has passed in the last few decades significant development so that some activities in these fields have become for the general public is almost unreadable. And not only the lay the general public, but also experts and professionals in the field are often lost in the complicated process of construction, of the various stages and its connections with individual activities which have result in the effective complex. Construction Law, building regulations and authorization law can not be regarded as something of directive and bureaucracy of the state and its institutions, but it needs to see them particularly in terms of protection when it was, is and will be primarily in the interests of professionals to clearly defined rules and limits of their activities. It is therefore in the interest of authorized persons to best oriented in the regulations so that they help to improve the performance of their profession. For each authorized person working in the construction industry is important to know the extent of its competences, duties and responsibilities. Without knowledge of these principles can not be selected activities done and can not fulfill their purpose and definition - which is certainly a quality building work which meets all requirements with respect to all subjects of its surroundings. The knowledge gained from this work should serve to simplify the view of the complicated system building regulations for obtaining a healthy perspective and eliminating concerns of this difficult structure. Diploma work does not attempt to change regulations, but rather to understand their meaning and purpose, and point out their necessity. It can be said that knowledge of the legal context is a necessary condition for the performance of selected activities in construction. In any architect, designer and site management must have been a piece of "lawyer", when these people will be able to clearly understand the regulations not only in their profession, but also in connection with the other professions. Based on the findings contained in this thesis it is possible to establish for example open discussion, whether or not to introduce more fields in the building educational system, such as the real estate engineering at USI in Brno, whether and how to create the most appropriate implementation of the construction legal system in the curricula of technical faculties, how to create conditions for systematic knowledge of construction law of authorized persons throughout their careers.

The thesis focuses to define the concept of selected activities in construction and further entities which are allowed to conduct the activities in construction and what qualification is needed for them and what is their range of responsibility. The thesis is divided on two parts. The theoretical part deals to define the basic concepts, which origins in law. The practical part contains exact example on which are, used activities of authorized persons, their duties during the activities in construction and their responsibility. The essential part of the thesis are the proposals and recommendations, which could open the discussion for some future changes leading to more effective achievement in selected activities in construction.

Thesis "Teacher assistant competences" responds to growing number of teacher assistants in educational system and reflects still remaining ambiguities in delineating requirements on assistants' services and activities. The objective of thesis is on the basis of empirical findings define the basic competences of teacher assistant working in a regular basic school. In its theoretical part thesis works with legislative norms specifying the role of teacher assistant and with findings of relevant researches. The explorative part of thesis is based on qualitatively orientated methodology and processes data from eighty interviews realized with assistants, teachers, principals and pupils with special educational needs from twenty basic mainstream schools. Data in research were processed by classification, coding and schematization with using the form of framework analysis. Summary: The diploma thesis compares competency of nurses working in intensive care in The Czech Republic and Great Britain. Theoretical part of the thesis gives compact look to regulation of nursing profession, education of nurses and nursing registration in both countries. In this part are highlighted main differences of the legislation which nursing competency is based on in each country. There is also mentioned the public opinion of the nursing as a profession and its prestige related to both countries. Practical part of the thesis focuses on the interpretation of analysis of the research regarding the above mentioned topic. For the research have been used the method of collecting data by structured questionnaires. There was a questionnaire for each country in its own language. The aim of the practical part is to compare divergence of knowledge, skills and competency of nurses working in intensive care in both countries. Indirect discrimination against contractors in public tenders ABSTRACT This thesis deals with the legal regulation of public procurement and focuses on the issues of indirect discrimination of contractors in public tenders and the fact that some economic operators cannot participate in procurement procedures due to unjust obstacles to competition laid down by the contracting authorities. One of the main principles of procurement, principle of non-discrimination is described in detail with a use of opinions of stated by the national courts, the Court of Justice of the European Union and in the decisions of the Office for the Protection of Competition in particular. The author of the thesis tries to describe the means of indirect discrimination that occurred in the past procurement procedures within the area of European Union. Discriminatory behavior of the contracting authorities is captured in a comprehensible way and the author shows practical examples to the reader. That all helps to illustrate why the contracting authority's specific behavior was not in compliance with the rules set out in public procurement. This master's thesis evaluates the effectiveness of professional qualifications to getting a job. Due to significant differences in the historically created educational systems and qualifications in Europe, European Union member states committed to the development of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and national qualifications frameworks. The first part describes unemployment, factors influencing get a job, education in the EU and characteristics EQF. Next are characterized a national system of qualifications in the Czech Republic and system of recognition for qualifications. In the practical part describes national qualifications frameworks in selected EU countries, then use own research analyzed attitude of employers in selected enterprises towards professional qualifications. In chapter Evaluation is comparison of the results, evaluation and suggests recommendations for further development of professional qualifications in different countries.

The thesis is focused on the procurement process in the Czech Republic from the perspective of the contracting authority and analyzes legislation in the field of public procurement, understandable definition of certain institutes in the field and evaluation of individual species and tender procedures. The aim is to bring the very essence of a procurement process at the local government level. The theoretical part explains the most important legal concepts and basic principles of contracting procedures. Furthermore chronologically describes the whole procurement process, including analysis of partial processes for selected types of procurement procedures. Results of the work is devoted to the questionnaire survey and controlled interview.

This diploma work deals with the situation of Native Speaker English teachers at Czech schools. The theoretical part focuses on the roles, autonomy and responsibilities of teachers and compares the authority of Native Speakers to the authority of Czech teachers. Further, it defines the term English Native speaker, follows the factors which influence the differences between Native Speakers and Czech teachers, deals with the qualification of and job openings for Native speakers in the Czech Republic, and outlines the problems of cultural shock and bridging of cultural differences in lessons. On the practical part, it tries to enquire the opinions of school directors about the existing problems. It intends to chart the attitudes of Native speakers towards Czech learners, the degree of qualification, reasons for coming to and leaving the Czech Republic, fields of action at Czech schools and the rate of satisfaction with the current situation in the Czech Republic.

Kompetence nelékařského zdravotnického personálu v České republice / Competence of non-medical staff in the Czech republic

The topic of the diploma thesis is dedicated to competence of non medical staff in the Czech Republic. The whole draft is built on analysing of the specific issues and consideration if it is possible to attein, that physicians could transmit part of their competences to non medical staff under the current law approval. In the theoretical part of the work I focus on identification of individual factors influence the work of non-medical staff and the conditions under which it is possible to perform the medical profession. Further on the system of education and competence individual profession primarily workers in intensive care. It also includes considerations for and against increasing the skills and vicarious view of selected experts. At the end of the thesis I developed a comparison between the neighboring states and the Czech Republic in the competence of selected professions. In the empirical part of the work, I work with data that I received from questionnaires. I concentrated mainly on nurses in intensive care units, and anesthesiology and resuscitation department.
