The aim of this work is to answer the following question: ‚Is it possible to compare qualification training and forms of further training of headmasters in different countries?' The author of this thesis deals with headmaster training in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany (Bavaria and North Rhine-Westphalia). He obtained information about education systems and education opportunities in these countries through selected research methods which were a questionnaire and interviews with school headmasters. The need for proper managerial qualification of headmasters necessary for them to meet requirements for discharge of the function is proved by the fact that today headmasters have to cope with demands made on their competency readiness which they can receive through good specialized training. The information obtained can be used as a pattern or methodical recommendations because in every country the managerial education follows different qualifying models. The aim of my diploma work is to study the subject of integration of foreigners into the Czech society. For that purpose I intend to use research questionnaires and to compare my results with results of other researches conducted by NGOs. Secondary aim is to map legal status of foreigners in the Czech Republic, historical reasons for migration and its development, and the composition of migrating population in Europe. Furthermore, I will focus on access to health and social insurance and to the health care system as well as on education and work opportunities which foreigners have in the Czech Republic.

The aim of this diploma thesis is an analysis of the training system and human resources management in a chosen firm {--} Jihočeská Plynárenská, a. s. One part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of costs of education of employees and the evaluation of purposefulness and appropriateness of the investments in the training sessions. Today is education very important for achievement of enterprise{\crq}s goals. Qualified employees can be considered as valuable asset not only for the firm but also for the whole society. Professional care of employees includes permanent extension of acquired knowledge. Head workers should prepare individual plan of personal development for every employee. They should also motivate the employees to be interested in further education. If employees participate in planning of education scheme in the firm then they are active trainee. Knowledge, skills and abilities of employees are a competitive advantage of a company. Future of a firm highly depends on specialists, who will be able to apply their knowledge in practice.

This diploma thesis deals with the influence of unemployment on the life of young people. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part, it reflects the situation of unemployed young people on the labour market and deals with the negative consequences of long-term unemployment. It looks at the life strategies of the unemployed and summarizes the lessons learned about the possibilities of tackling unemployment from education policy and employment policy. In the empirical section then focuses on answering questions about the possibility of solving unemployment from the perspective of examiners of employment and of the unemployed by means of a questionnaire survey. Reflects their mutual cooperation and the two groups of respondents offering suggestions to improve information about further education and retraining courses. In the conclusions of the questionnaire survey assessed the benefits and shortcomings of the methods of electronic questionnaire and the research.

Following my Bachelor's Project the goal of this Thesis is to examine more deeply the contradiction between the current theory and didactics of the Art Education and the educational reality of the pre-school education. The essence of this Thesis is an evaluation research concerning the current competence conditions of individual educationalists of the particular nursery. The data collection methods triangulation including observation, unstructured interview and photo documentation of art works allows to grasp the given issue of individual views integration. My proposals and recommendations in order to improve the given practice and achieve a further professional development of the educationalists are based on this complex analysis.

The Master's Thesis focuses on pedagogical and managerial tasks of children camps' main leader. The aim is to define these tasks and to analyse the position's official formal characteristics - professional qualification and experience - for camps organized by bodies that are not leisure time educational centres. The assumption here is that mostly the head chiefs do not hold professional qualification as there is no legal obligation. The Theory uses comparative method to classify camps as leisure time educative activity. Further, the history and legal and practical conditions of the camps are described. Pedagogical and managerial tasks of the head chiefs are explained together with desirable competences. Possible ways of gaining the professional qualification are presented. In the Research part the above stated assumption was supposed to be confirmed or rejected through a questionnaire and additional guided interviews. 103 respondents of the research were head chiefs of children camps organized in 2016 in South Bohemian Region, Czech Republic. Results' analysis rejected the stated assumption. It was proved that a greater-than-expected number of the camps' head chiefs are professionally qualified. My thesis will serve as a monitoring tool for the management of an educational division in company BooK s.r.o.. This monitoring will consist in setting up a new form of monitoring feedback mechanism with help of a made-to-measure web application created by me. The feedback check will reflect the customer’s satisfaction with services provided by this company as well as the evaluation of employees concerned. Creation of this new form of feedback was requested directly by the company management of BooK s.r.o. and the implementation and using itself will bring benefits the company primarily in automatization of the monitoring process and time factor. At the same time this application will serve as a tool for evaluation of satisfaction of the customers whose opinions are crucial for the company’s success and improvement of the standard of the provided services which will result in increasing the company’s competitiveness.
