Vliv rýžového extraktu jako nové kluzné látky na lisovatelnost mikrokrystalické celulosy / The influence of rice extract as a new lubricant on the compressibility of microcrystalline cellulose

Bučková, Lenka January 2019 (has links)
Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradci Králové Department of: Department of Pharmaceutical Technology Consultant: PharmDr. Pavel Ondrejček, Ph.D. Student: Lenka Bučková Title of Thesis: The influence of rice extract as a new lubricant on the compressibility of microcrystalline cellulose In this thesis the rice extract was studied as a new lubricant. Primarily its influence on microcrystalline cellulose compressibility was studied. Its effects were compared to sodium stearylfumarate and colloidal silicon dioxide. The used lubricants were wixed with the filler in the concentrations ranging from 0.1 to 1%. The mass flow rate was evaluated in the filler itself and its mixtures. Subsequently, the tablets were made using the compression forces ranging from 2.5 to 7.5kN. The compaction process was evaluated using the force- displacement method. Furthermore, the tablet hardness, friability and disintegration time was tested. The results showed that the rice extract can be used as lubricant for the used model filler. Unlike other evaluated glidants, it must be used at concentrations up to 0,25%. The use of higher concentrations does not improve the flow properties of tableting mixtures. In addition, material elasticity and tablet friability increases and tablet hardness decreases. On the other...

Vliv velikosti částic na lisovatelnost laktosy / The effect of particle size on lactose compressibility

Havlíková, Natálie January 2019 (has links)
Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradci Králové Department of: Pharmaceutical technology Consultant: PharmDr. Pavel Ondrejček, Ph.D. Student: Natálie Havlíková Title of Thesis: The effect of particle size on lactose compressibility It is known that the particle size of the compressed material plays an important role in the manufacture of tablets. It affects the properties of intermediate and final products. In this thesis the properties of tablets made of two lactose types, which were used as model fillers, were studied. These were Tablettose® 80 and Lactopress® Anhydrous. In both lactose types, five sieved size fractions of the particle size ranging from 9 to 346µm and their original unsieved mixture were used. The compaction forces ranging from 2 to 10kN were used for tablet preparation. Magnesium stearate was used for external lubrication. The evaluation of the prepared tablets was done mainly by using the pharmacopoeial methods. The evaluated parameters were friability, disintegration time and hardness. Furthermore, the elasticity of the tablets and the evaluation using the force-displacement method parameters were assessed. From the results of this work, it is not possible to unambiguously determine the advantage of one particular fraction size in the comparison to the...

Studium účinků vybraných fenolických látek in vitro na izolované cévě potkana / The in vitro effects of selected fenolic substances on isolated rat vessels

Rajtmajerová, Iveta January 2019 (has links)
Charles University Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Pharmacology & Toxicology Student: Iveta Rajtmajerová Supervisor: PharmDr. Jana Pourová, Ph.D. Title of diploma thesis: The in vitro effects of selected fenolic substances on isolated rat vessels Silymarin flavonolignans are endowed with various aspects. Recently their hepatoprotective effect has been discussed widely as well as their positive influence on the cardiovascular system. This diploma thesis is concerned with the vasodilatory effects of silybin-A, silybin-B, silybin-A + B and isosilybin-A on rat aorta. The aim of this study was to test the vasodilatory effect of selected substances. The dependence of aortic relaxation on the increasing concentration of tested substances was measured. Isolated Wistar breed rat aorta was used. DRC curves were created and EC50 values were assessed from the obtained values of vessel tension. The results were evaluated subsequently. The vasodilator potential of silybin-A and isosilybin-A is comparable; hence the position of the substituents may be irrelevant in having any impact on relaxation of the vessels. Different vasodilatory effects of silybin-A and silybin-B have been observed thus, the relaxation could be stereoselective. The testing of the equimolar mixture of silybin-A and...

Trestněprávní úprava zneužívání návykových látek / Criminal legislation of drug abuse

Tukinská, Markéta January 2012 (has links)
Title: Criminal legislation of drug abuse Author: Mgr. Markéta Tukinská Supervisor: Prof. JUDr. Jiří Jelínek, CSc. Abstract: Drug abuse is a worldwide problem. The production and illegal trade of drugs is the domain of international organized crime. Illegal weapon trade and human trafficking often follow these activities. The drug abuse means serious threat for the society. It doesn't mean danger only for the drug addict, who is suffering from health problems, which are following the addiction, family and friends alienation, financial problems and losing its place in the society, drug addicts often need medical care, they commit crimes to earn money, because they are unable to do it legally, and they are often carrying and spreading lots of infectious diseases. It's not only the people living on the fringe of society who become drug users. Due to the very rapid lifestyle, consumerism, desire for experiences, which are more intense, even managers who want to be more efficient at their work or young people desiring the amusement are becoming drug users. We should not forget the most famous and abused drug - alcohol. The real danger of this drug is in the social tolerance of drinking alcohol and also its abuse, because not to drink is abnormal for our society. It is not so rare to see on the news that the...

Měření emisí zápachu a tuhých znečišťujících látek z intenzivního chovu drůbeže

BELKA, Daniel January 2019 (has links)
As agricultural production grows, the focus is on improving air quality, which affects not only residents around farms, but also climate change on a global scale. This thesis deals with the measurement of particulate pollutants and odor emissions in intensive poultry farming. The measurements were carried out at the Farma U Lesa in Sudoměřice u Bechyně in the spring and autumn of 2018. The production specific emission of odorous substances into the air was evaluated using dynamic olfactometry according to ČSN EN 13 725, which ranged from 0.01 to 0 according to the fattening cycle phase, 3 OUE. Ks-1. s-1. Compared to the BREF reference document, which lists emission odor values from 0.032 to 0.7 OUE. Ks-1. s-1 the measured values on the farm Mr. Šonky came out very low. Dust particles of PM10 fraction were measured according to the ČSN EN 12 341 methodology for the measurement of dust particles and the production specific emission of PM10 particles was found, which during the whole fattening cycle was measured to a maximum of 0.0025 kg. Ks-1.year-1. The measurement results were compared with the BREF reference document, where the maximum permissible production of solid pollutants of this fraction from 0.004 to 0.025 kg. Ks-1.year-1. In comparing the measured dust emission values with the BREF, the production of harmful emissions was very low.

Crimes related to the abuse of addictive substances Abstract The diploma thesis deals with the drug crimes and it is split into four chapters. In the first chapter author describes the addictive substances from the historical point of view. Firstly from the general historical point of view and secondly from the law historical point of view. The author also uses the ineffective laws that regulated the addictive substances from the nineteenth century and recent laws, which regulate the addictive substances. In the second chapter there are described the most common addictive substances which the application praxis mostly struggles with. Author describes those addictive with the focus on their influence on the human organism and the possibility ty consider how they influence the controlling and the recognizing abilities. The third chapter is the most extensive and it focuses on the crimes related to the abuse of addictive substances from the point of view of the substantive law. In this chapter, there are described facts of the drug crimes. Namely handling with narcotic and psychotropic substances and poisons according to § 283 TZ, possession of narcotic and psychotropic substance according to § 284 TZ, unauthorized cultivation of plants containing the narcotic o psychotropic substance according to § 285 TZ,...

Vývoj a další perspektivy drogových trestných činů / Development and other perspectives of drug offences

Lucký, Matyáš Teodor January 2018 (has links)
The subject of this thesis is the criminal law governing the manipulation of psychoactive substances or so-called drug offenses. For the purposes of the thesis the term psychoactive substances is equal to the term narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances as used in Act 40/2009 Coll., Criminal Code. Special attention is then paid to the real impact of this regulation in the area of drug related issues. The first chapter maps the development of laws governing psychoactive substances from antiquity to present day while observing the repetitive trends in the historical legal approach. The attention is also paid to the modern development in this area in the international field, with particular focus the most important conventions signed during the twentieth century and the gradually increasing role of the European Union. The changes in the legal treatment of drug offenses on Czech territory are then described in more detail, the current Czech legislation being one of the main focuses of the thesis. The individual drug offenses contained in Sections 283 to 287 of Act No. 40/2009 Coll., Criminal Code, are discussed in further detail also taking into account the relevant case law and any problems encountered in their practical application. Due to the interdependence of criminal and non- criminal norms it's...
