This article aims to investigate whether this labor heterogeneity within large, medium-sized and public-sector companies (MGEySP) during 1995-2014 could have generated a more complex segmentation related to the existence of formal and informal workers. For this segmentation, different scenarios are analyzed considering the characteristics of jobs based on the notion of job quality introduced by ILO (2002). The period under study allows consideration of different labor, economic and social settings. Although more than 78% of workers work for MGEySP, the literature has paid little attention to them because of the assumptions that are made about their features and operation. Also, this paper questions the studies in Argentina which argue that labor segmentation occurs only as a result of informal employment or employment within the informal sector. The evidence confirms some assumptions made about segmentation and the presence of a complex structure. / Este artículo tiene por objetivo investigar si la heterogeneidad laboral presente en las MGEySP, durante 1995-2014, pudo haber generado una segmentación más compleja que la relacionada con la existencia de trabajadores formales e informales. Para ello se analizan distintas hipótesis de segmentación considerando las características de los puestos de trabajo desde la noción de calidad del empleo introducida por OIT (2002). El período bajo estudio permite considerar diferentes escenarios laborales, económicos y sociales. Pese a que más del 78% de los trabajadores se desempeñan en las MGEySP, la literatura le ha prestado poca atención debido a los supuestos que se realizan sobre sus características y funcionamiento. Asimismo, la hipótesis de estudio cuestiona los estudios en Argentina que sostienen que la segmentación laboral se produce exclusivamente como consecuencia del empleo informal o al interior del sector informal. La evidencia confirma algunas hipótesis de segmentación formuladas y la presencia de una estructura compleja.

In this Master's Thesis I am solving two seemingly not related issues -- the title of the thesis is to propose the change of the SME approach to the cooperation with partners and the target of the thesis is to recommend to the company changes in business and management behaviour which will help to break through the tenders of the large size companies. To meet the target of the Master's Thesis there was analysed current situation of the particular enterprise which does not cooperate with large companies. There were used Five-Forces Model, PEST analyse and SWOT analyse to describe this enterprise. Based on the analyses' results there were discovered main deficiencies which are connected with the character and behaviour of the owners. The basic deficiencies are missing planning and undisciplined behaviour of the owners to their firm and missing Quality management certification. If the company eliminates them, it has better chance to be successful in the tenders of the large companies. Cooperation, partnership or another company connection, these are also the opportunities how to become the supplier of the big company. Czech SME trading with electronical components are not willing to cooperate with other companies. In this Master's Thesis I gave the reasons, why the companies should have positive approach to cooperation.

Today the use of the social networking technologies is becoming more common in users daily lives, both their professional and personal lives. Recently the application of social networking technologies’ communication power has begun to be leveraged by enterprises in order to gain competitive advantage in terms of productivity and employees’ efficiency & job performance. However, there exist some gaps in the communication and coordination processes within a company between the different employees and groups involved in their professional activities. Overall, we can see that large enterprise employees lack identity with their companies due to their lack of voice and the small impact that they have within the large number of individuals that compose a large organization. In this thesis we deeply analyze the factors that directly affect communication and collaboration between employees within a company and how we can improve this communication and collaboration using social network technologies. In this work we focus on the state-of- the-art and compare one of the most used social networks (LinkedIn) with the most used corporate network (Yammer) providing a tangible measure with the key performance indicators. Afterwards we measure with Node XL software and its metrics samples of monitored corporate networks, introduce an innovation within the networks and show the improvement of the key performance indicators related to the software  metrics that have changed in order to enhance some social network parameters that are the tangible measure of plenty of social corporate network issues. / Idag blir användningen av sociala nätverk teknik vanligare i användarnas vardag, både deras yrkesliv-och privatliv. Nyligen har börjat tillämpningen av sociala nätverk teknik kommunikation makt utnyttjas av företag för att skaffa sig konkurrensfördelar i form av produktivitet och anställdas effektivitet och arbetsprestation. Men det finns vissa brister i kommunikation och processer samordning inom ett företag mellan olika medarbetare och grupper som deltar i sina yrkesverksamhet. Sammantaget kan vi se att stora företag anställda saknar identitet med sitt företag på grund av deras brist på röst och liten inverkan som de har inom det stora antalet individer som utgör en stor organisation. I denna avhandling analyserar vi djupt vilka faktorer som direkt påverkar kommunikationen och samarbetet mellan de anställda inom ett företag och hur vi kan förbättra den här kommunikationen och samarbetet med sociala nätverk teknik. I detta arbete fokuserar vi på state-of-the-art och jämföra en av de mest använda sociala nätverk (LinkedIn) med det mest använda företagets nätverk (Yammer) ger en konkret med centrala resultatindikatorer. Efteråt mäter vi med nod XL programvara och dess statistik exempel på övervakade företagsnätverk, införa en innovation inom nätverk och visar en förbättring av de centrala resultatindikatorer relaterat till programvaran statistik som har ändrats för att stärka vissa sociala nätverk parametrar som är konkret mått på många sociala företag nätfrågor.

After, the Conceptual Pattern of Integrated Sustainability Management, its Dimensions, Components and Variables; the Integrated Sustainability Management as Professional Management for the enterprises based in Entrepreneurism in two areas of literature: Economical and Managerial; and the World and Brazilian wide view about Entrepreneurism. Then, the Integrated Sustainability Management in two sceneries: Scenery I – the Integrated Sustainability Management and the impact in Management, Success and Perennity of industrial Micro, Small, Medium and Large Enterprises in the State of Maranhao; and Scenery II – the impact of perennity of industrial Micro, Small, Medium and Large Enterprises in the Industrial Development in the State of Maranhão. In the second stage, the study presents the results and data analyses of the Field Research performed in the sample of industrial Micro, Small, Medium and Large Enterprises of State of Maranhao in 14 (fourteen) counties, representing the universe of the 170 (a hundred seventy) ones that have formal industries based on Federation of the Industries of the State of Maranhao cadaster (2006). From the analysis of literature and of the managers’ view of industrial sample, the Thesis analyzed the problem of: 'How does the Integrated Sustainability Management befriend Management, Success and Perennity of industrial Micro, Small, Medium and Large Enterprises and how does these Micro, Small, Medium and Large Enterprises’ perennity impact the Industrial Development of State of Maranhao?', in which the results confirm that ' The management of industrial Micro, Small, Medium and Large Enterprises of State of Maranhao, when applied in Integrated Sustainability Management, according to the managers, befriends Management, Success and Perennity of Micro, Small, Medium and Large Enterprises'; and 'The perennity of industrial Micro, Small, Medium and Large Enterprises in the State of Maranhao, according to the managers, impacts positively the Industrial Development of State of Maranhao'. Finally, it presents limitations, recommendations of the research for future investigations and conclusions. / A Tese analisou nas Micro, Pequenas e Médias Empresas, em sua primeira etapa, através da literatura, e descreveu: o seu papel na sociedade – suas definições, concepções, fases e processos; aspectos políticos, econômicos sociais, legais, de gestão, sucesso, perenidade, insucesso e mortalidade da realidade brasileira; dados comparativos das Micro, Pequenas e Médias Empresas em alguns países e a Grande Empresa. Prosseguindo, o Modelo Conceitual da Gestão por Sustentabilidade Integrada, suas Dimensões, Componentes e Variáveis, como Gestão Profissional para as empresas fundamentada no Empreendedorismo em dois ramos da literatura: a Econômica e a Gerencial; e o panorama mundial e brasileiro do Empreendedorismo.
