Návrh a ověření nízkoteplotní části UHV - STM mikroskopu / Design and verification of low temperature part of UHV – STM microscope

The diploma thesis addresses the design and experimental verification of cooling system and low temperature part of UHV - STM working in temperature range of 20K - 300K. Due to the demand of variable temperature, the flow cooling system with cryogenic (~5 K) helium (He) is used. Two variants of the low temperature part of the microscope are studied. First the version with cooling only the sample holder, and second with cooling of the whole STM. Designed cooling system consists of He flow cryostat allowing to connect it to the Dewar vessel with liquid helium (LHe) using a low-loss transfer line. The cryostat consists of He inlet and outlet, heat exchangers and copper strains (i.e. braids) for the thermal connection of the sample holder/STM and radiation shield around the STM with the heat exchangers. The thesis describes the design of the flow cryostat and its initial tests in the designed vacuum chamber. Heat flow through a spot contact is also discussed to estimate thermal conductance of insulation supports based on thermal resistance of spherical contacts. The thesis was elaborated in collaboration with the Institute of Scientific Instruments of the ASCR, v.v.i.

[en] THE PRONOUN LHE: IN THE PHRASE STRUCTURE / [pt] O PRONOME LHE: SEU FUNCIONAMENTO NA ESTRUTURA FRÁSICA

[pt] Esta dissertação examina as classificações atribuídas ao pronome lhe, com base na gramática de valências. Segundo a tradição gramatical a nomeação do pronome é uma etapa suficiente como proposta de ensino. Neste trabalho, refuta- se esta conduta, à medida que se defende que - com relação à aprendizagem - importa para o aluno compreender, sobretudo, o funcionamento do pronome lhe na estrutura frásica. Do mesmo modo, é necessário depreender que este pronome pode desempenhar funções sintáticas distintas, as quais são justificadas através do comportamento do lhe e não por uma determinação meramente classificatória. O corpus selecionado privilegiou exemplos reunidos em livros didáticos, em gramáticas pedagógicas, no corpus do CETEMPúblico e do CETEMFolhaNILC/São Carlos. O resultado da análise revela que o pronome lhe é um genuíno complemento e que não basta classificar o elemento em questão, mas entender seu papel básico desempenhado em qualquer contexto. / [en] This dissertation examines the classifications which are attributed to the pronoun lhe with the base on the basis Valence Grammar. According to the grammatical tradition the nomination for a pronoun is an adequate step as a teaching proposal However, this dissertation refutes this procedure by defending that, as far as learning concerned, what matters to the student is above all understand the function of the pronoun lhe in the phrase structure. At the same time, it is necessary to consider that this pronoun may have distinct syntactical functions, which are justified by structural collocation and not only by one merely classifying determination. The selected corpus favoured examples from didactic books, Pedagogical grammars, in the corpus of Public CETEM and of NIL/São Carlos. The result of the data analysis reveals that the pronoun lhe is a genuine complement and it is not sufficient to classify the aforementioned particle on debate, but to understand its role in the context it which it occurs.

With this purpose, a bibliographic research was carried out to conduct a survey about the literature on the subject and related topics, in order to identify the theoretical reference on the application of LHE, focusing on Public Higher Education Institutions (IESP) in Brazil. Through an action research, the mapping of an academic-administrative process was implemented in DAE / PROEG, using the Map of Value Flow. In order to evaluate the process in question, a specific Working Group was set up for this purpose. Finally, an Action Plan was proposed for the scope of possible improvements. With the execution of this research it is expected to have contributed in the theoretical production and in cases of LHE application in the Brazilian context. Furthermore, it is hoped to have demonstrated the plausibility of the application of the LHE, in particular, in the management of academic-administrative processes that proceed within PROEG/UFAM. / Essa pesquisa teve por objetivo geral analisar a contribuição da filosofia LHE para a gestão de processos acadêmico-administrativos em uma Instituição de Educação Superior Pública Federal. Para tanto, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica para o levantamento da literatura existente sobre o assunto e temas correlatos, no intuito de identificar o referencial teórico sobre a aplicação da LHE, com enfoque nas Instituições de Educação Superior Públicas (IESP) do Brasil. Por meio de uma pesquisa-ação fez-se o mapeamento de um processo acadêmico-administrativo que tramita no DAE/PROEG, utilizando-se o Mapa de Fluxo de Valor. A fim de avaliar o processo em questão, foi constituído um Grupo de Trabalho específico com este propósito. Por fim, foi proposto o Plano de Ação para o alcance das possíveis melhorias. Com a execução dessa pesquisa espera-se ter contribuído na produção teórica e em casos de aplicação do LHE no contexto brasileiro. Além disso, almeja-se ter demonstrado a plausibilidade da aplicação da LHE, em especial, na gestão de processos acadêmico-administrativos que tramitam no âmbito da PROEG/UFAM.
