"Jak se Vám daří?" Filosofie Principů života a její přínos do života studujících / "How are you" The Philosophy of the Principles of life and its contribution to the lives of students

Nevěřilová, Ivana January 2011 (has links)
This thesis examines the impact of philosophical system Principles of Life® on lives of its students. Theoretical part begins with introducing this philosophical system by its self- presentation and after that it is confronted with sociological literature. Philosophical system Principles of Life is regarded as non-theistic form of spirituality focused on development of human potential so it is perceived together with Human Potential Movement. New spiritual movements generally use some elements of psychotherapy. Therefore system Principles of Life was examined by Rican whether it uses some of common elements of psychotherapy and spirituality. Thesis also works with Roof's concept of "seeking " and "dwelling" and spiritual feminism concept. By means of qualitative research and interviewing its students, thesis observes how does this philosophy influence their life.

Chudoba v rozvojovém světě / The Poverty in the Developing World

Rožánková, Alice January 2010 (has links)
The theme of this diploma thesis is "The Poverty in the Developing World", the poverty that not only less developed countries mainly in Africa, Asia and Latin America suffer from, but developed countries that are trying to help the developing world suffer from it as well. How much is that help important and what kind of help is crucial for the developed countries, that is the main subject of this thesis. The theoretical part is based on the available economic theories that solve the vicious circle of poverty in which these countries are trapped. Leading economists mentioned in the theoretical part are Thomas Malthus, whose study was one of the first, then Thomas Merrick, Albert Hirschman, and many others. The practical part deals with three countries, which connect the African continent - Somalia, Angola and Botswaa. Each of these countries is currently in a different situation, but their initial conditions were the same - the hole in the vicious circle of poverty. The conclusion of this work is a prediction of the future development of these countries and recommendations what direction they should go.

Analýza pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců / Analyze of working satisfaction

Mašátová, Jana January 2008 (has links)
The aim of thesis was summed up the basic theoretical knowledge, to identify the fundamental factors of working satisfaction, to analyze working satisfaction to identify the factors of working satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Based on the results of research propose new measures how to improve dissatisfaction. In this thesis was used a questionnaire survey and structured interviews. A questionnaire was used for technical-economic employees and workers. Structured interviews were conducted with five top managers. Respondents were asked about satisfaction with the content of work, remuneration, promotion of personal development and career growth, the human relations and working conditions. In conclusion they were asked about their relation to the company in which they work.

Propočet výnosnosti investic do vzdělání v ČR / The estimate of the rate of return on investment in education in the Czech Republic

Malinová, Kateřina January 2007 (has links)
The aim of this work is to estimate the individual rate of return on investment in tertiary education in the Czech Republic. Firstly, I focus on the theoretical explanation of the issue of human capital and investment in education as the most important investment in human capital. On the basis of the theoretical knowledge I present a list of revenues and expenses associated with investments in human capital. From this list I then select quantifiable revenues and expenses for the calculation of the internal rate of return on investments in tertiary education and present the data used in calculations. I describe my own methodology and also the methodology used by OECD, which is a base for my methodology. After estimating the individual rate of return on investment in tertiary education in the Czech Republic, I describe some limits of the calculation and interpretation obstacles of the estimate. At the end of my work, I mention some possible directions for further research in this area.

Analýza spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve firmě Delfi / Analysis of working satisfaction in the company Delfi

Chrustová, Eva January 2010 (has links)
The aim of diploma thesis was to summarize the theoretical knowledge of working satisfaction and factors which influence the working satisfaction of employees. After that, this theoretical level was transferred to practical parts of thesis. On the basis of results which were found out from research were suggested improvement measures. In this research was used a method of questionnaire survey and discussion with the top management. The top management could change and adjust the questionnaire. Vícekriteriální analýza indexu lidského rozvoje / Multicriteria analysis of the Human Development Index

Janů, Jakub January 2014 (has links)
Diploma thesis describes the problem of quantitative expression of the quality of life. For this purpose is used one of the most widespread indicators of quality of life - Human Development Index. This paper describes its basic characteristics, method of calculation, its advantages and drawbacks. One of the objectives of this paper is the elimination of these shortcomings by alternative method of calculation. The methods of multi-criteria evaluation of alternatives and data envelopment analysis models are applied for these purposes. One part of this paper is a theoretical description of the tasks of multi-criteria decision making and their classification into the methods for multi-criteria evaluation of alternatives and into the methods of multi-criteria linear programming. In this paper are used methods WSA, TOPSIS and PROMETHEE, based on the definition of the theoretical characteristics of the methods of multi-criteria evaluation of alternatives. These methods are applied on the source data, obtained from a model of the human development index. After calculation, the results obtained are analyzed and written into the conclusion. Another alternative approach to obtain the level of human development is to evaluate the degree of efficiency of countries using data envelopment analysis models in comparison with the human development index. For these purposes is written the theoretical background, which defines the basic types of data envelopment analysis models. These theoretical findings serve as the basis for the practical analysis by the BCC output oriented model and by the corresponding model of super efficiency. The results of these calculations are analyzed and subsequently written into the final conclusion.

Posouzení lidského činitele při obsluze vybraného stroje / Assessment of the operator reliability of the selected machine

Jakl, Tomáš January 2021 (has links)
The master thesis is focused on the reliability of the human factor in the operation of the production machine. In the first part the basic legislative requirements for safety and reliability of work are presented. In the second part, the reliability of the human factor is discussed along with a description of selected methods for assessing the reliability of the human factor. The research section then concludes with a proposed methodology for human factors assessment for the manufacturing process. In the practical part, the proposed methodology is applied to the selected process, which includes risk identification and outputs from the selected methods. The thesis then concludes by recommending preventive measures to eliminate the identified risks.

Nositelná anténa pro komunikaci v blízkosti lidského těla / Wearable antenna operating in proximity of human body

Jakubíček, Marek January 2015 (has links)
This thesis describes the possibilities of wearable antennas and the basic properties description. Numeric model for ISM 2,4 GHz band is created by CST Microwave Studio®. The thesis also deals with the human body proximity effect by two models of human tissue. The effect of flexibility to antenna parameters is evaluated. Several samples of the antenna has been created and measured. Obtained results has been compared with numeric model and with the literature.

Nositelné antény pracující v ISM pásmu / Wearable Antennas Operating in the ISM Band

Zapletal, Ondřej January 2016 (has links)
Presented thesis is oriented on wearable antennas. The main aim of this thesis is to introduce the basic properties, measurement of textile’s electric properties and several manufacturing methods. The antenna design for the ISM 5.8 GHz bandwidth is also included and further observed by numerical model in CST Microwave Studio. The impact of flexibility and the influence of human tissue are evaluated in the case of designed equipment. According to the optimized design was made several samples by various technologies and samples were measured. Achieved results are further compared to equivalent results listed in actual available references.
