Chovatelství v praxi na základních školách v Třebíčském regionu / Breeding in practice at primary schools in the region Třebíč

KAŇKOVÁ, Jana January 2011 (has links)
This thesis deals with the topic of the breeding at primary schools. By using of questionnaires applied at primary schools in the region Třebíč it was investigated, how is the topic of breeding introduced into the teaching and what is the relationship between students and animals. The thesis also contains proposals for lessons on Breeding.

Vliv intenzity odlistění na kvalitu hroznů

Zugárková, Petra January 2014 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was to establish experiment with different dates of defoliation in the zone of grapes, evaluate the infestation by Botrytis cinerea putrefaction, monitor the development of qualitative and quantitave parametres and the content of phenolic compounds. The experiment was conducted at white wine grapes variety Ryzlink rýnský a blue wine grapes variety Carmenere. The literary section describes leaf and its area, microclimate of leaf walls, qualitative parametres, balance of the vineyard, green works, Botrytis cinerea and partial defoliation. Within the experiment were evaluated and controled at the defoliated variation: quality parameters (sugar content, titratable acid pH, assimilable nitrogen, amount of glucose and fructose, tartaric acid and malic acid), infestation by Botrytis cinerea putrefaction, content of phenolic compounds. Measurements were performed at the Department of viticulture and viniculture in faculty of Horticulture in Lednice. Used instruments: TitroLine - pH, titratable acid, assimilable nitrogen; HPLC - tartaric acid, malic acid, glucose and fructose; Spectrophotometer - the content of phenolic compounds; Digital Scale - weight of the grapes. As the most appropriate option in terms of measured parameters was selected the option before the flowering and during the flowering of Ryzlink rýnský and Carmenere.

Vliv termínu odlistění na aromatický profil vína Sauvignon blanc

Šťastný, Radek January 2016 (has links)
The purpose of the thesis on topic Effect of date of defoliation on aromatic profile ´Sauvignon blanc´ wine was to find out the effect of removing leaves from grapes zone on qualitative and quantitative parameter of grapes of this species. The practical part of the experiment with defoliation in different terms was carried out during 2015 on a vineyard in Svatobořice-Mistřín. Part of the practical experiment was the production of wines from different variants and and evaluated the sensory properties of wine.

Domácí experiment při výuce fyziky na ZŠ / Home experimemt by physics education at basic schools

MARTÍNEK, Pavel January 2012 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with home preparation for teaching physics at basic school by simple experiments. Set of worksheets with didactic analysis and evaluation of a questionnaire survey of attitudes pupils and parents of this theme. The worksheet is possible use in education of physics on basic school. Conclusions of questionnaire survey give an answer about appropriateness of home experiment by physics education from the perspective pupils and parents.

Evaluation of the completeness of the 2010 list of qualifying disability expenditure : an exploratory study

Coetzee, Elizabeth Susanna Maria 07 March 2012 (has links)
A disabled taxpayer, or a taxpayer caring for a disabled spouse or child, may deduct 100% of disability expenses from taxable income (section 18(2)(b) of the Income Tax Act No. 58 of 1962). For a 2010 year of assessment, disability expenses must meet the following three requirements to be deductible:  The expense should appear on the prescribed list.  It should have been necessarily incurred and paid for (and not recoverable) by the taxpayer.  It should have been incurred in consequence of any physical disability suffered by the taxpayer, his or her spouse or child, or any dependant of the taxpayer. If compared to a 2009 year of assessment, the second and third requirements remained the same. However, the prescribed list only became effective as from 1 March 2009 (i.e. as from the 2010 year of assessment). According to the discussion paper issued by SARS, the prescribed list was introduced to bring clarity as to the type of expenses that qualify and not to add another requirement. The expectation therefore arises that ALL expenses that meet the second and third requirements will appear on the prescribed list. The study explored the possible existence of an expense which had been necessarily incurred and paid by a South African taxpayer during his or her 2010 tax year in consequence of his or her disabled child, but which does not appear on the prescribed list. Data was collected by the researcher by using a questionnaire when having semistructured telephonic interviews with parents of severely disabled children. The results of the study indicate that there were indeed legitimate expenses incurred by the respondents during their 2010 year of assessment that did not appear on the prescribed list. The prescribed list therefore does not cater for all the possible legitimate expenses incurred by the parent of a severely disabled child. / Dissertation (MCom)--University of Pretoria, 2012. / Taxation / Unrestricted

Sankčné zoznamy Rady Bezpečnosti OSN: de-listing / United Nations Security Council sanction lists : de-listing

Jakabová, Maja January 2009 (has links)
Targeted sanctions serve as a coercive tool to change behavior, or as a precautionary measure to prevent violations of international peace and security, as is the case of targeted sanctions against individuals and entities associated with terrorist acts. Targeted sanctions have become an important and frequently used tool in the global efforts of the UN in combating terrorism. The introduction of targeted sanctions, however, brought new questions associated with the status and rights of individuals in the regime of sanctions. Security Council imposing targeted sanctions significantly affects an individual's life, but does not provide an effective mechanism or means for its protection and thus violate his fundamental rights. In my work I analyze the implications arising for the persons and entities if they are wrongly listed, and what are their options for redress solicitation. The work is thus to analyze the current practice of United Nations sanctions regimes in the process of sanction lists, focusing on the human rights of listed individuals at the United Nations Security Council sanction list.

Ampelografický rozbor vybraných moštových odrůd z rodiny Veltlínů

Muchová, Eva January 2019 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis was to study the available literature and to describe selected wine grape varieties from the Veltlín family using basic ampelographic methods. For these purposes, the varieties Veltliner rotweiss, Frühroter Veltliner and Grüner Veltliner were selected. During the year, the onset of individual phenophases was monitored, the leaves, grapes and berries of the varieties were collected and described. The work was focused mainly on the leaf. Descrtiptor List Genus Vitis L. was used for the description, only some descriptors were selected. The measurement results were evaluated using tables, graphs and basic statistical methods. Cluster analysis was used for statistical evaluation.

An Introduction to List Colorings of Graphs

Baber, Courtney Leigh 11 June 2009 (has links)
One of the most popular and useful areas of graph theory is graph colorings. A graph coloring is an assignment of integers to the vertices of a graph so that no two adjacent vertices are assigned the same integer. This problem frequently arises in scheduling and channel assignment applications. A list coloring of a graph is an assignment of integers to the vertices of a graph as before with the restriction that the integers must come from specific lists of available colors at each vertex. For a physical application of this problem, consider a wireless network. Due to hardware restrictions, each radio has a limited set of frequencies through which it can communicate, and radios within a certain distance of each other cannot operate on the same frequency without interfering. We model this problem as a graph by representing the wireless radios by vertices and assigning a list to each vertex according to its available frequencies. We then seek a coloring of the graph from these lists. In this thesis, we give an overview of the last thirty years of research in list colorings. We begin with an introduction of the list coloring problem, as defined by Erdös, Rubin, and Taylor in [6]. We continue with a study of variations of the problem, including cases when all the lists have the same length and cases when we allow different lengths. We will briefly mention edge colorings and overview some restricted list colors such as game colorings and L(p, q)-labelings before concluding with a list of open questions. / Master of Science
