Multisensoriese liturgie (Afrikaans)Du Plessis, Izak 06 June 2006 (has links)
Text in AfrikaansMulti-sensory worship is a popular term in postmodern worship. It involves seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling, touching, and experiencing. This approach is an attempt to enhance communication in worship gatherings. According to the latest trends in the science of communication, this is the way to go. Due to the decline of church attendance in the Reformed Churches, some congregations experiment with some of the elements of Multi-sensory Worship as well as other approaches. The danger is that they can lose their reformed identity. Although it is important to keep up with the culture we live in, it is as important to stay in touch with the tradition. This thesis investigates the possibility of incorporating multi-sensory elements in the reformed church service. According to this thesis the answer lies in Multi-sensory Liturgy. / Dissertation (MA (Praktiese Teologie))--University of Pretoria, 2007. / Practical Theology / unrestricted

Ticho v současné římské liturgii / Silence in the Contemporary Roman LiturgyNovák, Václav January 2018 (has links)
Silence in contemporary Roman Catholic liturgy. The thesis studies the phenomenon of silence in contemporary Catholic liturgy of the Roman rite. The first part looks for the semantic field of the term "silence" from the perspective of several disciplines. The second part consists of an analysis of currently used liturgical books of the Roman rite, while the attention is paid to introductory instructions, to rubrics and to liturgical texts as such. Third, synthetic, part follows up with a typology of various types of silence in liturgy. A list of all identified incidences of silence within liturgical books is added and these passages are classified according to the above-mentioned key.

Das Tropenrepertoire der Kathedrale von Chartres im 13. Jahrhundert im europäischen Kontext: Untersuchungen anhand der Handschrift Provins Bibliotèque Municipale 12 (24) und Transkription / The 13th century trope repertoire of the Chartres Cathedral in the European context: Studies based on the manuscript Provins Bibliotèque Municipale 12 (24)and its transcriptionDorofeev, Maria January 2019 (has links) (PDF)
The early 13th century trope gradual Provins 12 from Chartres cathedral is a testimony for the late usage of tropes in North of France. The subject of my study is the repertoire of the proper liturgy tropes from the manuscript Provins 12. The available collection of tropes comprises 132 items. In my dissertation, I have examined the tropes concerning their regional specifics and historical layers, taking into account provenance and transfer routes within the tradition of sharing tropes.
The aim was to clarify the following questions: What position does the trope collection from Chartres occupy within the European context of liturgy tradition? Can we regard the existing repertoire as a local or regional product, or can we speak of historical interleaving of tropes?

Ducharme, Pascal 14 January 2022 (has links)
