Examensarbetet utfördes på företaget Invencon AB i Karlstad och är en del av programmet för högskoleingenjörer inom maskinteknik vid Karlstads Universitet. Syftet med arbetet är att förbättra säkerheten och effektivisera montaget av så kallade vändväggar av betong vid husmonteringar. Idag är detta tid- och resurskrävande och det finns inget riktigt bra verktyg för ändamålet. En förstudie av var och när problemet uppstår. Efterfrågan från marknad/användare följt av en konceptgenerering så presenteras en möjlig lösning på problemet. Vid byggnadskonstruktioner monteras idag moduler ihop till en färdig kropp. Dessa levereras till montageplatsen på lämpligt sätt. Situationen kan uppstå att modulen behöver roteras 90o till sitt rätta montageläge. Hanteringen av rotationen är idag resurskrävande och kräver i själva vändningen två kransystem. Det gör att det skapas moment som stoppar flödet i monteringen samt utgör en säkerhetsrisk för inblandade. Rapporten behandlar möjligheten att effektivisera rotationsarbetet på ett säkert sätt. Resultatet av detta arbete ledde fram till ett koncept i form av ett lyftok som kräver endast en lyftpunkt i form av kran. Idén bygger på att bromsa ned blocket till rätt läge med hjälp av ett hydrauliskt bromssystem. Det denna rapport innehåller är ett fokus på de yttre belastningarna i form av krafter som systemet utsätts för samt en ideal dimensionering av hydraulbromsen som blev det slutliga valet. System har en utvecklingspotential med fokus på att handhavarens arbetssätt ska bli säkrare och underlättas samt att momentet ska kräva mindre resurser på montageplatsen. / This thesis is made by Jonas löfgren for the company Invencon AB in Karlstad and is part of the program of mechanical engineers at the University of Karlstad. It has been carried out to make the work of the rotation of heavy precast walls during construction more secure and effective. Today this work is very time- and resourceconsuming and there is no specific way to handle the problem. A preliminary study of where and when the problem occurs has been done to see if there is a possible market for the solution from the users perspective, followed by a fase of concept generating as presents one possible solution to the problem. The situation can occur that the module needs to be rotated 90o to its proper mounting position. The handling of the Revolution today is resource intensive and requires, in effect turning two crane systems. The creation stops the flow of the installation and constitute a safety hazard involved. The report deals with the ability to streamline the rotation work safely. A concept in the form of a lifting yoke that requires only one support point in these cases a tower crane. The idea is to brake down the wall to its right position by means of a hydraulic braking system. The present report includes a focus on the external loads in the form of forces that the system is exposed to as well as an ideal design of the hydraulic brake which became the final choice. The system has a great potential for development with the focus on the operator's approach should be safer and easier, and that momentum will require less resources on the assembly site.

Dagligvaruhandeln har förändrats genom åren, idag är branschen något helt annat än för 80 årsedan och detta är till stor del med hjälp av digitalisering. Det empiriska materialet för dennastudie är hämtat från ICA Maxi Stormarknad Växjö och ICA Gruppen. Branschen hargenomgått många förändringar och är nu på väg in i den potentiellt största i branschenshistoria. Med hjälp av Richard Normanns bok När kartan förändrar affärslandskapet kanICA Maxi Stormarknad Växjös förändringsarbete analyseras i en kvalitativt studie ur ettkonstruktionistiskt synsätt. Vi har genomfört intervjuer med anställda inom ledningen på ICAMaxi Stormarknad Växjö med utgångspunkten förändring som har sitt startskottet i ny teknik,förändrade konsumentbeteenden och hur ICA Maxi Stormarknad Växjö jobbar medaktiviteter. Intervjuerna har genomförts för att kunna beskriva hur en butiks lokala ledninginom Sveriges största dagligvaruhandelskoncern arbetar med förändring. Uppsatsen kommerundersöka tidigare förändringar som har bidragit till dagligvaruhandelns utveckling. Medhjälp av den insamlade teorin ämnar vi med denna uppsats att analysera förändringsarbetesamt blicka in i framtiden och analysera potentiella vägar framåt för ICA Maxi StormarknadVäxjö likväl ge insikter som kan hjälpa branschen i stort. Slutsatsen kommer därmed mynnaut i att presentera hur ICA Maxi Stormarknad Växjö kan förändras om de går i linje med denteoretiska referensramen och empiriska insamlingen. Uppsatsen presenterar därigenom inteett facit med lösningar på problem utan en utomstående syn på förändringar lokalt medkopplingar till ICA centralt och teori. / Grocery stores have changed and developed over the years. Today the industry is completelydifferent than 80 years ago and a big part of this is due to digitalization. The empiricalmaterial for this study has been collected from ICA Maxi Stormarknad Växjö as well as theICA Group. The industry has undergone many changes and are now on their way towardspotentially the largest one in its history. With the help of Richard Normann's book Reframingbusiness, when the map changes the landscape, ICA Maxi Stormarknad Växjö's work withchange can be analyzed in a qualitative study from a constructionist point of view. We haveconducted interviews with employees within the management of ICA Maxi StormarknadVäxjö based on new technology, changed consumer behavior and how ICA MaxiStormarknad Växjö works with different activities. This is to be able to describe how thelocal management in a store which belongs to one of Sweden’s biggest grocery storecompanies works with change. With this thesis we aim to examine how previous changeshave contributed to where the ICA Maxi Stormarknad Växjö is today and together with thecollected theoretical knowledge look into the future and analyze potential ways forward. Thethesis will not present a conclusion to the problems that we have found, but an externalperspective of changes locally and with a connection to ICA centrally and our gatheredtheoretical chapter.
