The contents and isotopic composition of lead (Pb) were studied in a small forested catchment Lesní potok. The catchment is located 30 km southeast from Prague near Jevany. Monitoring inputs and outputs in GEOMON, a network of small forested catchments in the territory of the Czech Republic, has been coordinated by the Czech Geological Survey since 1994. It was analyzed litter of spruce and beech, collected between 2013 and 2014, and an archival sample litter of spruce from 1997. Lead in soil was studied at two profiles cambisols in each diagnostic horizons. Samples of profile LP 38 were collected in 2005, the LP 39 a year later. Surface water and bulk precipitation were sampled monthly for one hydrological year 2013. The ICP-MS method was used to determine the concentration and isotope ratios of lead. To determine of sources Pb were used isotope ratios 206 Pb/207 Pb and 208 Pb/206 Pb. In spruce litter (3,87 mg.kg-1 ) was measured average Pb concentration higher than beech (0,98 mg.kg-1 ). Topsoil horizons contain elevated concentrations of Pb (up to 100,70 mg.kg-1 ) decreasing towards the deeper horizons. The Pb concentration in the soil was 61,28 mg.kg-1 . Bulk precipitation in with average Pb concentrations206 Pb/207 Pb = 0.87 µg.l-1 contained more Pb than surface water 206 Pb/207 Pb = 0.50 µg.l-1 ....

The topic of this dissertation is employee education in the organizations. This work begins with the description of a comprehensive system of training and education of employees in the organizations. Next chapters are devoted to the business education system with focus on conception of learning organizations. The subsection is also focusing on the concept of strategic human resources development. An important chapter of this dissertation is a description of the process of designing the training of employees in the organizations, which includes parts focusing on the identification and analysis of a need of education, planning and implementation of education and its evaluation. In this framework are defined areas such as learning objectives, selected subgroup of learners, forms and methods of educational events, role of personality motivation and trainers. The practical part is devoted to description, analysis and comparison of the selected small organizations in terms of structure and organization of the education system. Broulík in his Master's Thesis sets his goal to analyse the automobile sales sector. He focuses mainly on the situation of automobile dealers. He depictures the contemporary development of automobile sales in the Czech Republic and in the world. He observes the impacts of the world economic crisis on automobile producers and dealers. He closer addresses the Škoda brand sales network which he uses to illustrate his findings. On the basis of the analysis of the automobile sales sector he establishes its particularities which he categorizes as supplier -- dealer relation particularities, sector particularities and dealer -- consumer relation particularities. Broulík assesses the current block exemption and compares it with the legal regime which will apply to the automobile sales sector in EFTA from the 1st June 2013. He concludes that the current block exemption suits the established sector particularities better. He however closes that neither the automobile producers' ascendancy over dealers nor many other sector particularities should be treated through economic competition legal regulation.

Goal of this theses is to prepare real and concrete business plan of hospitality business. Theoretical part focuses on entrepreneurial activity, legal aspects of hospitality and goals and structure of business plan. In practical part is described establishment of company, operation, marketing strategy, analysis of macro and micro environs, and analysis of financial statements. Then there is SWOT analysis and selected financial indicators.

This thesis deals with an evaluation of a project which was financed from public funds. All of the theoretical bases were analyzed in detail focusing on a project management in a small and medium sized companies, management of soft projects and financing from EU funds. A practical part of this thesis is based on this theoretical knowledge. There is described and evaluated a project in a company Gravograf Ostrava, s.r.o. in the practical part. This project dealed with organizing retraining course called Commercial advertising designer - graphic designer and using cutting and engraving plotters. This project is described and evaluated from different points of view and includes suggestions to improve the processes within project management.

In my thesis I will compare the public diplomacy and national branding of the Czech Republic and Switzerland. The goal of the thesis is to define, explore and evaluate these fields for both countries. This paper will focus on identifying different aspects of nation branding in these two countries and will aim to evaluate the strategy and sketch the recommendations. The thesis is divided into 3 parts. In the first part the author defines and describes public diplomacy as general term. The second part is dedicated to the public diplomacy of small and medium states. The last chapter focuses on the comparison of public diplomacy and nation branding of the Czech Republic and lesson that could be learned from Switzerland. The goals of this chapter are as follows. To compare aspects and specifics of these two states and evaluate specific activities developed by governments to improve the perception of their country by the foreign public.

Small and medium sized enterprises(SME) play a crucial role in Slovak economy. However, Slovak market is relatively small, therefore SMEs are forced to penetrate international markets. If they want to succeed, they have to offer cheaper or better goods than their foreign competitors. Authors offer many solutions how to improve competitiveness. Thats why I decided to analyse main factors which directly or indirectly have an impact on companies'export performance.

The thesis deals with services of CzechTrade foreign offices and evaluation of the services contribution to small and medium enterprises. The first two parts of the thesis describe the state support of export and CzechTrade agency. The following part of the thesis provides details about services of CzechTrade foreign offices. The last part of the thesis evaluates the services contribution to small and medium enterprises. The thesis on the basis of survey compares the state's and companies' point of view regarding the countries of priority interest for export and it appraises the level of cooperation between the public and private sector.

This thesis focuses on cooperation among municipalities in the Czech Republic, on total description of this issue and on evaluation of the forms of the cooperation. The thesis relates especially to small municipalities which can acquire additional financial resources by establishing cooperation and therefore initiate socio-economic development of the region and economies of scale. Diploma thesis is divided into three parts. The first and the second part make up the theoretical part of this thesis. The first chapter characterizes the position and the competency of municipalities in the Czech Republic, clears up the historical context of high number of Czech municipalities, describes current municipal size-structure and then goes over to main theme of this thesis -- cooperation among municipalities in the Czech Republic. The second chapter introduces all possible forms of the cooperation, both inter-municipal and also between municipalities and other local subjects. The third chapter is the practical one and there are two different forms of cooperation analyzed and their activities evaluated. Concretely, I have chosen a voluntary group of municipalities named Region Zlínsko and Local action group named Místní akční skupina Ploština. Both of the cooperative groups are situated in the region of Zlín and their members are (with only some exceptions) small municipalities.

The diploma thesis focuses on developing a business plan to project Cinema-café. The goal is an overall assessment of the viability of the business plan, developing the financial plan, marketing strategy, SWOT analysis, evaluation of project risks and their elimination.
