This diploma thesis focuses on the research of education of representatives of small municipalities. This education is very important, because it influences the level of community management and the quality of life for its inhabitants. Education is currently not obligatory, however the introduction of a wide spectrum of educational programs contributes to professionalization of the government and especially of the local government. The theoretical part of this thesis monitors approaches to the study of the legal status of the municipalities and their legal competences and decision-making autonomy. The practical part deals with the issue of the importance of education for representatives of small municipalities. This issue is analyzed in a particular area of the region Podřipsko, which is the region with a relatively high number of small municipalities. The thesis puts great stress on the result of the questionnaire-research which was done in small municipalities and on the result of the interviews, which were arranged with the representatives of the educational institutions. These results have contributed to the better understanding of the problem and to meeting the goal of the thesis.

Splicing is a process, during which non-coding sequences (introns) are cleaved out of pre-mRNA, and exons are ligated. This whole process is catalysed by a multi-megadalton splicing complex, composed of five small nuclear ribonucleoprotein particles (shortly snRNPs), which each contains its own small nuclear RNA molecule and specific set of proteins. During the biogenesis of snRNPs, U4 and U6 snRNPs are assembled to form the di-snRNP, which further associates with U5 snRNP and gives rise to tri-snRNP. With the help of mass spectrometry, we have found previously uncharacterized protein interacting with U5 snRNP, called TSSC4. By immunoprecipitation, I confirmed TSSC4 as a U5 snRNP specific protein and identified the region of TSSC4 responsible for interaction with U5 snRNP. I also showed that TSSC4 interacts with PRPF19, a component of complex driving the catalytic activation of the spliceosome and that this interaction is U5 snRNP-independent. Knockdown of TSSC4 in HeLa cells results in accumulation of di-snRNAs and U5 snRNP in Cajal bodies, nuclear compartments involved in snRNP biogenesis. This theses deals with analysis of cases that were held mainly before the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic with regard to the election process and political parties. It focuses mainly on the analysis of topics that are often criticised by small political parties as harmful to the free and fair election process. Specifically, these topics include election threshold, setting electoral districts, methods for allocating seats, subsidising political parties from the national budget, financial restrictions on candidacy, and access to media. The thesis briefly summarizes relevant theoretical premises, which is followed be presenting the bases of criticism of the specific institutes, and finally the courts' opinions are analysed as well. With each of the institute, the main goal of the theses is to show how the courts interpret them. Specifically, it focuses on finding a line between what courts still deem acceptable, and what is perceived by them as too damaging to the fair and free election process.

Práce vymezuje přímou a nepřímou formu finanční podpory investic. Podrobněji jsou charakterizovány investiční pobídky a problematika přímých zahraničních investic, programy zaměřené na podporu malého a středního podnikání, vyhlašované vládou ČR, a programy na podporu podnikových investic v rámci strukturálních fondů EU. Práce se zabývá situací v oblasti investiční podpory v zahraničí a v poslední části analyzuje poskytování investičních pobídek a poskytování prostředků v rámci programů na podporu malého a středního podnikání.

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu malého textilního podniku. Práce zahrnuje charakteristiky malých a středních podniků, metody strategického managementu a základy krizového řízení. V práci je popsána současná situace na textilním trhu a nástin jeho budoucího vývoje. V práci jsou analyzovány silné a slabé stránky podniku, příležitosti a hrozby pomocí SWOT analýzy. Diplomová práce je dále zaměřena na analýzu možných příčin neúspěchu při podnikání na textilním trhu.

Předmětem mé diplomové práce je ?Regionální diferenciace v úrovni rozvoje malého a středního podnikání v České republice?. Cíle diplomové práce lze charakterizovat následovně ? zjistit, jaké faktory mají vliv na rozvoj malého a středního podnikání, specifikovat podmínky, za kterých lze začít s podnikatelskou činností ve 3 vybraných krajích, které ovlivňují a utvářejí podnikatelské prostředí, dále vymezit a definovat ty přednosti nebo nedostatky a možná pozitivní i negativní rizika, které mohou působit na rozvoj podnikání. V neposlední řadě se budu věnovat činnosti státu jako prostředku podpory malým a středním podnikatelům. Pro srovnání jsem si zvolila kraj Hl.m. Praha, Jihomoravský a Liberecký. Rovněž uvádím praktický příklad v oboru podnikání výstavy a veletrhy, hodnocení provádím na třech podnicích sídlících v krajích Hl.m. Praha, Jihomoravském a Libereckém. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je věnována především definicím a klasifikacím malých a středních podniků, stručné charakteristice vybraných krajů z pohledu makroekonomických veličin a programům podpor malým a středním podnikům. Druhá část je věnována vybraným krajům a v nich působícím firmám.

Od poloviny devadesátých let min. století se ve vnitřním obchodě při jeho liberalizaci vytvořil trend intenzivní koncentrace, čemuž významně přispěl vstup zahraničního kapitálu. V tomto kontextu zaujaly patřičné místo na vnitřním trhu v obchodních strukturách a sítích přímé zahraniční investice nadnárodních společností. Internacionalizace retailingu pokročila natolik, že je určující pro rozvoj odvětví, nicméně vyváženost rozvoje obchodu současně vyžaduje podporu malého a středního podnikání

Práce se zabývá zpracováním podnikatelského plánu. Teoretická část popisuje vývoj malého a středního podnikání na území ČR v letech 2000-2004, popisuje výhody a nevýhody malého a středního podnikání,zabývá se zpracováním, přípravou, obsahem a strukturou podnikatelského plánu. Druhá praktická část je tvořena reálným a detailním popisem celkového podnikatelského konceptu, včetně analýzy současného vývoje a shrnutí podstatných skutečností o podniku a podnikatelském prostředí.

Nástin daňového systému v Mongolsku a v ČR, zaměstnanosti a posouzení možnosti vstupu českých subjektů na mongolský trh.

The aim of this study is to compare implementation, impact and sustainability of educational projects in small and medium enterprises which are funded by the European Social Fund. The results of the analysis should give us an answer to the question whether the financial support is used effectively and contributes to the fulfilment of its objectives or the potential of these funds remains untapped. The theoretical part deals with the current situation analysis of training and development of employees in SMEs, different methods of measuring the effectiveness of company training as well as the opportunities of training promotion in SMEs with support of the ESF. The practical part is focused on comparing the implementation of educational projects funded by the Operational Programme Prague -- Adaptability and Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment in chosen SMEs. These companies are compared with enterprises that fund their educational programmes with their own resources and with respect to differences resulting from their size measured by number of employees. This comparison enables us to assess the effectiveness of the use of public funds in this area.
