Podnikatelský záměr: květinářství / Prospectus: Flower shop

Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na definování malého a středního podnikání, na aktivity související se zahájením podnikatelské činnosti a na vymezení legislativního rámce soukromého podnikání včetně forem podnikání. Dále se soustřeďuje na zakladatelský rozpočet s ohledem na jeho význam v začátcích podnikání a podnikatelský plán. Praktická část je zaměřena na konkrétní podnikatelský záměr, kterým je malé květinářství. V úvodu se věnuje důležitým krokům před samotným zahájením podnikatelské činnosti. Dále se soustřeďuje na zpracování zakladatelského rozpočtu. Je zde sestaven rozpočet startovního kapitálu a rozpočet nákladů, výnosů a zisku, a to nejen pro počáteční fázi podnikání, ale i s výhledem na několik let dopředu. Na konci je sestaven nástin podnikatelského plánu.

Práce si klade za cíl charakterizovat faktory, které ovlivňují konkurenceschopnost malých a středních podniků České republiky. Východiskem je analýza postavení podniků v české ekonomice, která rozlišuje sektor malých a středních podniků dle velikostních tříd podniků. Malé podniky se ukazují jako nejméně výkonné (a konkurenceschopné) oproti podnikům středním a velkým. Faktory konkurenceschopnosti podniků, kterým se práce věnuje podrobněji, jsou podnikatelské prostředí v České republice, státní podpora malým a středním podnikům a informovanost podniků.

Corporate social responsibility is the responsibility of companies for their impacts on society and is based on voluntary commitment. The thesis analyzes current state of CSR in small and medium-sized companies in construction industry of Czech Republic as an industry which has great impacts on environment, energy resources and also national economy as one of the biggest employer and propose recommendations for improvement of CSR and hereby improvement of competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses in construction industry. Thesis is built on qualitative and quantitative research within four member countries, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Sweden and United Kingdom.

The thesis examines the role of a small town as the centre of rural micro-region. The small town examined in this work is Bucovice. The aim of the thesis is to evaluace the role played by Bucovice as a local centre and evaluace the available literature dealing with the isme of small towns. Theoretical chapters define the town's history and characteristics of the area, as well as town districts and villages in the catchment area of Bucovice. Analytical chapters use statistical data regarding mainly the population of the town, commuting to work and services, infrastructure, industry and agriculture. The thesis also includes a questionnaire survey of the town's population and SWOT analysis.

The goal of the thesis is identification and comparation the most significant internationalization's risk factors during SME's entry to foreign market. Based on the comparison of individual risk perception and testing defined hypotheses seeks to identify the causes of their different or identical perception. The work also identifies the main motivating factors entering the foreign market.

This diploma thesis deals with the marketing of grocery stores. The aim of this work was to develop marketing recommendations for grocery stores in small towns in order to improve their relationships with customers and increase traffic to the outlets. Resultscontain qualitative research in the form of in-depth interviews of twenty operators of grocery stores in Brno region, the outputs of these interviews were analysed using grounded theory. The second part of the research was carried out in the form of a questionnairesurvey, the sample consists of 317 respondents. There are verified assumptions formulated on the basis of the findings of qualita-tive research. The main findings of this study are marketing recommendations that lead to improvement of satisfaction of current and potential customers, these pro-posals concern implementation of merchandising and category management.
