Diploma thesis called Historical Self-consciousness works with the topic of personal art history, that is natural to the work of every author. Time is cyclic and different epochs are changing and overlaping. Diploma thesis is result of my very long interest in history and understanting to this term, as it have been changing during my studies.

Diploma thesis called Brush stroke demonstrates technique of materialization brush strokes in an open space. Center thought of the project is application of a specific technology, when color or another material is not applied on surface by brush, but pressed through surface. It is important, that gesture of painting act remains in the color matter. Project works with reflection of painting as an artistic medium, highlighting visual and haptic elements of the result. Thesis is based on invention of technique, it's demonstration and presentation in form of an exhibition.

Diploma thesis called Life 2 is a „representation“of common situations, stories of everyday life, which essence is not entirely clear on the first view. It used to be common that the appearance of our life is not consistent with the reality. Sometimes it differs dramatically. Life 2 represents this reality, truth, which is often hidden. Disertation studie is installation, which combines painting on canvas and gingerbread stage.

I have been working on my Master degree work at art residenci in Gedok art centrum in Stuutgart,Germany. Thecollection of work is consist of approximately 15-20 works.Medium is painting, technique oil on canvas. The serie of paintings has different kind of measures, from 80x90cm to 200 x 200cm.

In the first part conceivable interpretation of the term, which is written more serious and argumentative tone, we view the horizon in several stops, which are based primarily on theories of art and Philosophy and carry the wave of post-modern methodology in style Umberto Eco. Didactic of DP indicates possible use as a theme for the term hours of art education, two of these ideas were implemented at Red Hill Primary School and are further detailed. In the end I tried to enter into a theoretical problem and evaluate show some benefits for my work. The practical part of the thesis is a series of paintings and drawings incurred in the last five years, and bear in themselves the poetic approach horitontu on a line that clearly separates our sometimes mundane lived world and spirituality, and sometimes disappear again behind a tangle of "objects" in which the But still somehow present.

Anotation: The subjekt of the diploma thesis is a creation bound to natural environment and to processes, phenomenons and materials in it. The theoretical part maps a simile isme in the art history and it also explains the term landscape. Practical pictorial part of the thesis follows the theoretical part and it contains series of paintings in which natural processes partake. The research part of the work, in the form of interview with Mgr.A. Lenka Klodová PhD. And Mgr.A. Lukáš Gavlovský, complements the information about present interferences to the nature. Didactical part contains elaboration of the topic for the high school students, whose work takes place directly in the country. Mural art and its development in Czech republic This work deals with mural art as street art discipline. It briefly describes the development of muralism into the 20th century. Subsequently, he deals with the development of street art from the arrival of graffiti to the present, with the main emphasis being on mural art. The main part of the text shows this development in the Czech Republic, mentions the leading personalities of the Czech mural art scene and then maps its main centers and presents concrete examples of murals. The work at hand deals in a broader way with the placement of the Slavic Epic from an architectural point of view. The author first focuses on the role of historical monumental canvases in relation to the formation of the national identity and looks in this respect at some Czech monumental canvases before the Slavic Epic was painted. Another chapter deals primarily with the Slavic Epic. It presents a detailed view on a difficult process of finding a tailor-made exhibition space for the monumental canvas from the point Alfons Mucha started with its painting until the present time. It also shows specific demands on a building in which the Slavic Epic should have been placed. The next chapter presents all projects that have been made so far to build a new exhibition space for the Slavic Epic. Based on the analysis of this work the final chapter describes author's own ideal proposal of a complex architectural solution of the exhibition space which also encompasses exhibition management and marketing.

This diploma thesis deals with mural painting of the 13th and 14th centuries in the northwest Bohemia. The first part describes a brief history of medieval mural painting in the region. The most important part of the thesis consists of separate essays on places with surviving murals, i.e. mural cycles from Krupka, Brozany, Slavětín, Dobroměřice, Bedřichův Světec, Židovice, Radonice, Černochov, Volyně, Roudníky, Bečov nad Teplou and Potvorov. These chapters always have two parts: first existing literature on a particular location is critically evaluated and then a description and style and iconographic analysis are conducted. The thesis is specifically concerned with those who ordered the murals, including both famous aristocratic families and monastic communities. For this reason, even localities beyond the borders of the specified region are included, because they are connected with the topic by the donors.

Diploma thesis, titled "Mural painting in Bohemia in the 14th century" is focused on two particular locations, The Chapel of the Church of Saint John the Baptist in Český Rudolec and on the ancient minorit church of Saint John the Baptist in Jindřichův Hradec. The first part of this thesis deals with the contemporary, historical, political, religional and art situation and consequently discusses the question of the wall paintings of these two locations mentioned above in the broader context. The next two chapters are focused on the locations on their own and discuss their history and the history of the dynasties as the owners of these landed estates. In brief the thesis also presents the historical sacral monuments - the Church in Jindřichův Hradec and the Chapel in Český Rudolec, where the described wall paintings are situated. The main attention is devoted to the murals and to the iconographic motifs. The main goal of this thesis is to describe and assess the wall paintings in Český Rudolec and in Jindřichův Hradec and to interpret the wall paintings in Český Rudolec in terms of their style and iconographic context in which they have not been presented before.
