Diplomová práca sa venuje problematike propagandy, úlohe a postaveniu médií v propagandistických kampaniach, najskôr obecne, neskôr so zameraním sa na jednotlivé typy masmédií a zmeny ich roly v propagandistických kampaniach. DP obsahuje historický vývoj propagandy a nezastupiteľnej roly médií v nej, upozorňuje na faktory, ktoré síce nepredstavujú propagandu v pravom slova zmysle, avšak rovnako ako propaganda narúšajú objektívnosť mediálneho zdelenia, ako aj obsiahly súpis uvedomelých a cielených propagandistických metód a techník, využívaných k presadzovaniu propagandistických cieľov. Druhá časť DP sa venuje procesom zmien postavenia a úlohy jednotlivých typov médií a na konkrétnych príkladoch poukazuje na zlomové body v histórii toho ktorého masmediálneho prostriedku, so zameraním sa na oblasť vojnovej propagandy a zmeny roly médií v nej.

The main content of the thesis is to analyse the handling of waste and the subsequent design process optimization with scrap, which produced in various parts of the production lines. Analysed problem is based on specific company data, manufactures packaging for eggs from waste paper. The measurement, that describes the current status of the handling with waste conducted at the company premises. The measured values are processed according to a predetermined methodology. Gained knowledge along with practical experience led to the development and design alternatives to improve process optimization. The result of this work is potential saving of one handler with a fork agent in the production hall.

This Thesis deals with proposal, implementation and testing of a program for detection of objects to be manipulated and a program for control of robotic arm Melfa RV-2AJ manipulating with these objects. The Theoretical part describes selected algorithms for object detection using a Basler camera and introduces options for controlling the robotic arm Melfa RV-2AJ. The Practical part focuses on development and implementation of a program in the LabVIEW Development Environment for object detection using LabVIEW module NI Vision Acquisition Software and NI Vision Builder for Automated Inspection. Furthermore it describes the development of a program for control of robotic arm Melfa RV-2AJ with use of the LabVIEW module for Mitsubishi robot control called Imaging Lab. The program has been tested by a set of testing tasks and the test results subsequently used for suggestions for functionality improvements.

This thesis deals with the creation of optimalization data of rollway frame for transport handling units. Optimalization is performed on the basis of the size of load handling unit and the subsequent deflection of the profile. The solution is carried out analytically and the results are compared with FEM program outputs.

This diploma thesis deals with the material manipulation in Alltub production halls and optimization of packing places of production lines and packaging material. In the literary part, the problems of logistics and material handling, supply methods, lean enterprise, ergonomics and work safety are described. The practical part contains a summary of the current state of the production lines and the subsequent possibility of adjusting the arrangement of the individual devices at the end of the lines and saving the surfaces for manipulation with all the material. Furthermore, the economic evaluation of the adjustments and their benefits for the company is elaborated.

Market Manipulation Abstract The thesis is structured in two main topics and four chapters. The aim of the first topic is a proposal of new theoretical division of market manipulation types and the follow-up analysis of the most common and the most serious types of market manipulation (from the author's perspective). A graph or a scheme is enclosed to almost every type of the market manipulation for better illustration and representation. This work focuses on the issue of fake news and related disinformation in contemporary, especially electronic media. The aim of the thesis is to clarify the definition of fake news and their function in the context of media manipulation and to give a comprehensive picture of this issue. Fake news are also related with hoaxes, rumors, urban legends, conspiracy theories and more. This work also maps the incidence of fake news especially in the Czech environment, estimates the possible reach of false news to the audience and describes their characteristics. These characteristics include captions in the form of a clickbait, highlighting emotions, manipulation with lexical means and invective, misleading or completely not specified sources (and seeming authority) and the construction of reality by image materials. Another aim of this work is to delineate the problems that fake news affect. It includes violations of journalistic ethics, growing distrust in traditional media, possible influence on political preferences, violation of legislation or personalization of the content. The research is based on the analysis of a representative sample of fake news, their comparison and a survey of public opinion.
